Hey there, I've been using Zoom on Mac for years and share my iPad notes regularly via a wireless connection.  Earlier this week, after such a share, I went to reconnect the iPad screen and the iPad no longer showed the zoom sharing option to accept (Doesn't show on iPhone either leading me to suspect a Zoom setting/issue). The regular airplay options are listed, just not Zoom. Airplay works, as does a wired connection. I may have been distracted and 'cancelled' a pop up when I initiated the screen share on the Mac, I'm not sure. I've deleted and reinstalled the program on the Mac. I've walked through what I know are Zoom screen sharing options and they work, just not the iPad. Seems as if the IOS devices aren't receiving the sharing request from the Mac's Zoom program. Any thoughts or directions?

I am unable to get video on a zoom call when I was previously able to.  When I click and turn on the video, a locked padlock is appearing on the screen and there is not self image.Any suggestions for how to solve this so that I can once again be able to get video of myself during the zoom meeting. Thank you. Regards,   

I have a picture saved in my profile. When I do not wish the video to be on, I do not see my picture in the screen. I just see my name. I want other participants to be able to see my picture. How do I make sure that is visible? 

If I change my name and profile pic is there anything like an ID number the host can see that identifies it as the same account?

I have never used OBS before, but I've got it set up exactly as it says to do in numerous tutorials. I've used VB virtual audio cables and Voicemeeter and neither of them work...EXCEPT when I am testing the mic and speakers in Zoom and even then it is choppy. Everything in OBS is properly configured, and everything in Zoom is properly configured. I'm using Windows 10 with most recent Zoom desktop client and I don't know what else to do. It's very frustrating, especially because I can hear the sound to some extent when I'm  testing. As soon as I click out of the test window, the sound cuts out again. Anyone know how to deal with this?

I use Zoom Workplace 6.2.3 on a Mac. My organization has cloud recording that is turned on for meetings. I've reproduced this problem with 2 different computers using 3 different sound cards. When I'm in the meeting everything is fine, but the recorded video file only has sound in one channel. I'm not doing anything interesting with stereo imaging but it's annoying to have audio in one channel only when it was recorded in 2. I've double checked everything on my end - sound card, inputs etc and as I said it seems fine in the meeting and I have reproduced it on another sound card and even another laptop (all Macs tho; I don't have Windows to check). Is this a software bug being worked on? Or am I missing something obvious? Thanks.

Me and my dad got problem with projector USB cable in zoom but it doesn't work

Hi all, Recently my zoom has decided to begin recording my meetings with audio coming through in only one channel, ie: coming through in only one headphone when listening to the raw footage on headphones after recording has finished.  Any ideas how I can fix this?Thanks!

I am trying to doing meetings from my iPad instead of computer. It doesn't show upcoming meetings, only one recurring meeting. These meetings do show on MAC computer

Hi, I was sent a link to a Zoom meeting to my email address (gmail).  I will be using this link every week to attend a meeting.  The way I get into the meeting room is by clicking the link in the email.  Is there any way for me to input this link in the Zoom app on my computer so that I can go right to Zoom and enter the meeting room rather than search for the email and click on the link?Thank you.

I attempted to Live stream a LI Live event yesterday. Everything set up correctly and I hit the go live button...but there was quite a significant lag between what I was saying and when it was broadcast, meaning I ended up speaking over myself or leaving big gaps while I waited for the sentence to finish. Does anyone know why this was happening and how I fix it? I had to end the live event and reschedule as a result. 

In our system we've got a lot of overflow call queues setup, and they currently show up in the phone directory on the Zoom app and on desk phones.  Is there a way to hide these from the directory so they don't show up when people are searching? Primarily it's needed for call queues but it would also be useful to be cable to exclude auto receptionists too.  We use Yealink T44W desk phones if that is useful information for this.  Thanks!

Hi, my Salesforce org has conversation insight licenses, but zoom phone isn't supported out of the box.  There is however documentation for connecting with Zoom Phone via the API.  Has anyone done this?  I can't find any specifics on how to integration Zoom Phone with Salesforce Conversation Insights, just API documentation.  

We have Zoom Workplace Business licenses for our users. We have AI Companion turned off org-wide. When in a non-recorded meeting, a transcript option is available to our users and it appears to be doing live-transcription. We are seeing this behavior on MacOS clients v6.2.6. Where are the admin controls for this functionality? Does this transcription happen on-device or is Zoom processing audio data on its servers? Thanks!

Hello,I am having problems with allowing others to edit/access/annotate my whiteboard even it appears I have allowed all participants.  I keep getting a message that says "admin has restricted access to anyone not in my organization" but I am admin and I can find nowhere to even find this setting or change it.  I've checked every section I can find but clearly. haven't solved the problem.  Since I am the sole person on my account, it restricts everyone!Help! 

How to set up resolution for meeting recording, now I face long time of rendering recording video which sometimes get full hd, sometimes 2k, sometimes 4k

I launched a survey in the browser following my meeting. I know it appeared as I saw it launch and I checked with others who also saw the survey and completed the survey. However, now when I check the survey responses it says 0. Does anyone know how to get my response report?

Starting today, any time I open Zoom on any of my linux machines, it terminates after a few seconds. All my machines are OpenSuse Tumbleweed with KDE running Wayland. I have not done any updates since last week and this problem just started today. It also happens on all machines which makes me think it has to be something with my account or with the service rather than my machine or software. The only workaround I found was to downgrade to version 6.2.10 (4983)Yes I deleted settings in my home folder. I also tried both the flatpak and native buildsI have crash dump files but looks like those arent files I can attach to this post  UPDATE: I have 100% confirmed its not my software or machine. If I sign into a DIFFERENT zoom account, all is well. I opened a ticket with Zoom Support and provided logs. Has anyone else ran into something similar? I can delete and recreate my account but thats a bit involved

Cannot see participants when shareing screen on.On my windows laptop this works perfectly fine.On my chromebook i cannot see the participants when shareing a screen, and i cant draw on the shared screen either.  

We are a recruitment company, and occasionally our clients (the businesses hiring) ask us to create Zoom links for their interviews with candidates we have put forward. One of our consultants has created Zoom meetings where she has checked all the proper boxes to allow access to anyone with the meeting link without the host present, and to allow anyone with the meeting link to access the meeting at any time. She has now had an issue with two different clients who use the link to start the interview with a candidate, and they get stuck in a waiting room even though she has unchecked the waiting room option, which should allow them to bypass that. Do you know what might be happening here?
