I started recording but forgot to end before I ended the meeting.  Will the recording save?   

Lots of people have discussed how to get audio files for each participant, and how to delete multiple meetings and even to set meetings to delete automatically after a certain time. Those aren't what I want, and I'm sure I'm not alone.1) Downloading - it like to be able to tick individual participant audio files so they get downloaded at the same time as speaker view, gallery view and the shared audio file. At the moment I have to download the bundle, then go to each participant audio file that I want and download them individually2) Deleting - for some reason the participant audio files are all huge (lots of silence recorded without compression) meaning a recent meeting had 1.5GB in video files but 3GB in participant audio files. Before I even want to download, I know I only want audio files for the main speaker and the facilitator. At the moment I have to go to each participant audio file individually, press the delete button, wait for it to delete, reopen the list o

Periodically, I am informed that my microphone is a little quiet.  I have unchecked "Automatically adjust microphone volume." (And this has been unchecked for the last year, and yet this issue has occurred multiple times during this period)  This is where I want my microphone level to beThis is where it is being to As you can see, it's really a minor change but it does happen I do have the Audio profile set to Medium  Is there anything outside of Zoom that might impact the level?  

Hi all,I can't remove a virtual background, although I've selected 'None'. I can freely select any other virtual background, but when selecting 'None' I'm back in the forest.I've logged out and in again, plus deleted and reinstalled Zoom.Anyone tried something similar and found a solution? I run a Mac (Big Sur 11.6) and give  Zoom talks using lots of photo images. Powerpoint runs ether slowly with lag between slide, or jumps slides. Is this a Zoom issue or Powerpoint?Thanks!

I launched the app today to an unpleasant surprise - there seems to be no way to get my list of recurring meetings to show up other than from a tiny dropdown?  This is a terrible change for my use purposes - most of my meetings are "no fixed time" and I rely on being able to see and access that list easily throughout my work day as I meet with clients. The other thing I do at start is launch my personal meeting room for drop-in meetings, and that is also difficult to find and access. I do not want Zoom to manage my calendar, I do not want or need a calendar view, and now there is no option other than this useless view? I would like to have choice in what kind of display I have, because this is not it! Older questions about this kind of issue reference a "merge meetings and calendar tab" option in account settings, but this setting DOES NOT EXIST - I have searched the account settings using Zoom's search feature and it returns no results (see image 2 below).

When in a meeting I have a square with a camera and a slash through the camera. How do I fix this so my meeting can see me and I can see myself?  I have tried settings and chats to no avail. Tami

During joining a conference via a link, the program first writes 'Connecting...' then this small window disappears, and it doesn't join the conference at all. The same happens when creating a conference. Could you please advise what to do?

Hello everybody.On my desktop I use Zoom and Voice Recorder butthe microphone does not work.Now the scenario is this:- I do not use headphones or external microphones- the Realteck audio application is installed on my pc- the audio drivers are up to date and I have no updates from Windows Update- if I use applications like Skype, Webex or Google Meet my microphone works fine- only with Zoom does not work, as for the Voice Recorder- needless to say I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and that my pc is spotless- the related privacy settings are all activated- I have reset all imaginable and possible settings.In short, I have tried them all and have not got out of the problem.But the funniest and weirdest thing is this: if I launch Google Meet and start a meeting, the microphone starts working both in Voice Recorder and in Zoom.In short, everythi

Hi For some zoom meetings I have gotten an email like this  https://yyyyy.zoom.us/my/some.random.name?pwd=xxxxxxxxxxxxx  Where there is not conference number, but there is some words like someone's name with dot.When there is conference number, then there is number with 10 or 11 numbers in length. And this url is like that ".../j/" I need to open zoom links with zoom.exe directly, using command line. I have the correct syntax for that. Zoom.exe "–url=zoommtg://yyyyyyy.zoom.us/join?action=join&confno=number_here&pwd=some_password"  But it does not seem to work with URL-s where there is "/my/" instead of "/j". Can someone tell me how can I open those URL's also from command line  ? Thanks RegardsRaul Kaubi 

I have a particular problem. I used to participate in meetings on Zoom and I could display my video without having a personal zoom account. A few months ago, I opened a zoom account and created a meeting. By mistake, I checked the "Stop my video when joining a meeting" box in the camera settings. After that, when I activated my camera during a meeting, the camera was considered activated but only displayed a black screen. In Windows 10, in the camera privacy settings, my camera (an integrated webcam) was seen as currently being used by the Zoom app.The problem remained after of course unchecking "Stop my video when joining a meeting" in the camera settings, restarting the computer, downloading the latest version of Zoom, stopping my Zoom account. I have left the problem alone by joining Zoom meetings with a black screen as video while the video works using other applications like Teams. Has anyone experienced the same problem? I would a

This question was asked previously (years ago) and the answer that worked back then isn't working for me. I have to download this onto my 4 year old's computer (she has an old one because... she's 4!) and I don't want to upgrade a computer. Her school requires Zoom desktop client.Each time I download, it says it's not supported. I've tried all the work-arounds I can find on the internet so far. Any suggestions are appreciated!

It seems the functionality of a NO FIXED TIME meeting has changed with what's displayed in the browser being very different to what's displayed in the app. I really need the app to reflect the browser, as currently the app is displaying INCORRECT information about recurring meetings with no fixed time. Is it me alone? Am I just too clumsy? Does Zoom want to get rid of Apple product user customers? What is described below took / is taking  place on the Zoom Desktop App. FORMER SCHEDULING METHODUntil a few days ago, after setting the date and time of a new meeting and clicking Save in the "New event" pop up window, a new window would automatically pop up to insert this meeting in my Apple Calendar.  NEW SCHEDULING METHODNow, to reach the same result (i.e. to have a window popping up to insert the new meeting in my Apple Calendar), I need to: 1. Scroll the "New event" pop up window down to its bottom2. Click Export3. Click Use an external calendar Does anyone know how I can set up my Zoom account to avoid these 3 additional steps? A couple of months ago the video feed from my webcam (WB7022) has become lower resolution  and very choppy only in zoom. This doesn't happen on any other video calling apps like Teams or Google Meets. While troubleshooting this I've noticed something interesting - while in a call the video will be choppy, but if I boot up the DDPM software (dell camera software) the camera shuts off and on suddenly (as indicated by the light turning on and off) the the video is then PERFECT in zoom. If I turn off my video in zoom then turn it on again the choppy video returns. I'm baffled.   I'm on a Mac Pro 14inch 2023, running sequoia 15.2. The webcam drivers are the lastest according to DDPM; 0.0.9,1.  Zoom version: 6.3.5 (46181) I've also disabled "optimize quality of the video I send with de-noise" as I've seen other posts indicating it helped their video but it did nothing for me. Hi everyone,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, encountering an issue that’s been affecting my work recently. Whenever I’m typing on my screen, whether in Keynote or Pages, the Zoom homepage unexpectedly pops up and interrupts my typing. The strange part is, this also happens when my client is typing on my screen.In addition to that, we hear a chime with every key pressed, and typing stops altogether. Sometimes, the Zoom home screen appears, and we have to click back into the document to continue typing. This has been happening multiple times per hour, and it only started in 2025.Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any suggestions on how to fix this? 'You are signed in on multiple devices' message comes up on my laptop and phone - the only 2 devices I use for zoom. I have 'logged out of all devices' from both and restarted the laptop and phone. I still get the same message. Can someone help?

About a week ago ZOOM did an automatic update and since then my camera is lagging. All other participants in the meetings are fine, but my camera, as the host, is not. Any advice?
