When Clips was initially rolled out, it worked fine.  A month or so later, my microphone and camera are blocked.  Our State IT has stepped into my computer to adjust the privacy and security, but they are set to allow access.  Several people on my network have the issue and some outside the network....with the same originator/admin of our licenses.  I can make silent clips., but the beauty is being able to talk and explain as I am clicking away.

I am a non licensed User in an account with a Pro license. The Account Owner has a Pro license and the Account Owner has 7 Users in the Account, all non licensed.  Three of these Users (including me) have the Account Owner Host key so that one of us can start our monthly Zoom meeting when the Account Owner can't attend. The account was set up in 2020 by myself. I set up a recurring, no-specific-time meeting which has been used since I set it up in 2020. I don't recall exactly when Zoom rolled out expanded chat options but at the time I set up this Meeting, I enabled the account setting which allowed the chat to be saved to the Host's local computer and the Host would email the chat out to our guild members.  Later, when other chat options rolled out, I enabled those advanced chat settings in the Account Owner Meetings tab and the Account Management Settings- Meeting Tab. All of a sudden nothing happens when I hit 'launch Zoom' button on my Lenovo tablet.  Have cleared cookies and restarted tablet and reinstalled zoom but no improvement.  Any ideas plz?

We have been trying to set up the customized channels for Zoom updates. We have created a few different channels and there is an option to set a channel to "No limitation" settings. What does that mean? We are assuming that it will keep our Zoom apps up to date without ever changing to any specific build but not sure. I haven't been able to find any documentation about it either. Does anyone know what that settings mean? Thank you!

How do I obtain permission to record meetings for training purposes?

Has anyone come across this: Our alt. host for the last year have been able to screenshare/share slides as their background. But now when they go in the option is grayed out in the advanced options. - updated accounts- all listed as alt host on events- and one is even a licensed user in our hub

I am hosting a meeting with 10 breakout rooms, each room will have a trainer. Can each trainer share his presentation in his own room at the same time as other trainers are sharing in their room?

Hi I am hoping you can help me with a problem that has just started. I am a long term zoom user and have not had problems with my camera during zoom meetings until about 3 days ago. Now I find that at varying times during zoom meetings my my zoom video suddenly stops. This is happening when I am not the host but streaming a meeting where someone else is the host. The times when this happen vary. When I try to go back into the camera I was using it isn't there. All that shows up is a virtual camera that refers to my smartphone as the camera. The sound isn't effected that come through a separate usb microphone. I am using a windows 11 HP 64 bite operating system 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100 3.30 GHz with 8 GB ram. I have tried two cameras a Razer kiyo and a logitech C270 but had similar problems with both webcams. I am able to go back into video using my smart phone as the camera. I have tried using the camera app when my camera is connected by usb on windows 11 to see if

Since last week, every time I enter in a meeting created by me or somebody else, I cannot listen to anybody, but they listen to me. The audio system is working perfectly and I can use Google Meet very well. It is just when I use Zoom meetings that I cannot listen to the sound.No errors codes.I use a desktop.The newest Zoom version. 

I recently bought a computer and my old computer (On a zoom meeting) would be able to pick up the sound of my guitar and a singing bowl.   The new computer does not.  I have gone into settingsand have chosen the option under audio profile and chosen original sound for musician and "X" high fidelity and I tried also  choosing Stereo audio.  I left echo cancelled unchecked.   Every time I test, I just get my voice and not the musical instrument or chime.   I have also left unchecked  automatically adjust volume.   Any suggestions 

I want to take attendance of participants with video on for atleast 1 hour. I can see that through the 'reports' feature, we can get the details of all who joined but it does not give whether they kept the video on/off and for how much duration. Please help me get this data.Thanks,Bhumika

When the participant videos are not filling the whole frame, they are placed in the center of the window. This can lead to an empty space above and below the video frames. Since the camera is on top of the screen, I would prefer the videos to be as far up as possible. Is there an option to align them with the top?

I have version 6.3.6 installed. How can I use the blurred background. Does this version no longer have it?thanks for your help

I am logged in as part of a company account on my desktop app, but my employment with the company ended and thus I cannot log in through the SSO on the web. Without realizing I was still logged in on my old company account, I recorded a meeting to the cloud today through the desktop app. (I was not the meeting host; I requested permission to record.) The "Open recordings" button on the desktop app shows many old recordings but not the one from today, and I can't log in online to look for it there because of my disabled login. Is there any hope of accessing my recording? 

I integrated zoom with salesforce and every time a sales rep. create an event and add a zoom link to it a second event is created as well. How can I solve this?

Probably duplicate but I'm not seeing any solution that works.  Audio volume is fine on my laptop across multiple programs until joining with computer audio to a Zoom meeting, then volume drops.  I have the speaker volume at Max and have turned off, unchecked Automatically Adjust Microphone Volume, and set Audio Profile to Zoom Background Noise Removal to Low (although I have tried Auto, Medium and High but no change).  Why does Zoom automatically change the volume?  What else am I missing?  I don't seem to see any other fixes posted other than the uncheck auto adj mic volume and that doesn't fix it.  The laptop is 3 months old running Windows 11 Pro (although I had the same problem with the laptop this replaced)

Good morning,  Is there a way or option to, by default, allow participants in a webinar the ability to unmute themselves? I have done some digging, and I believe I found a way to enable it per meeting, but we would prefer it to be a default "going forward" option that anybody in a webinar can unmute themselves to speak.  Thanks,  Tyler Kurth

Hi. I am using zoom to host webinars for a Learnworlds platform. At the moment I am struggling to get Learnworlds to recognise the resgistration link from zoom. Does anyone have experience with this who can advise? Many thanks 

Is there a Plan that allows adding Audio transcription to a single Pro account. We are a small not-for-profit and can't afford to pay for a 10-licence business account to get this feature.

We have a dedicated after hours phone number with 3 people accepting calls from that number.  What do I need to set that up in Zoom?  We previously had it set up in Vonage but now we've transitioned to Zoom Phone and I can't figure that feature out.  I've assigned a number to our After Hours "user" and assigned a phone license to it.  Now I need to figure out how to route any calls from that number to the 3 people who are monitoring it.  Did I even have to create a user for this task?  I can't find a how-to anywhere for this.  Thank you.
