1) Could you please tell if the information provided in the post https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Events-and-Webinars/Is-there-a-way-to-access-personal-webinar-links/m-p/162197 is still valid?2) If we would like to use personal links to join each attendee, all attendees need Zoom accounts (although free accounts should be sufficient for this purpose)?3) We would like to organize a meeting for more than 300 people, with personalized links for each participant to join. To do this, we need the Zoom webinar 500 plan + Zoom Workplace pro license, at minimum?4) Also, does the Zoom webinar 500 plan mean 500 attendees for the whole month in total, or it means there can be a maximum of 500 active attendees at the same time?

I have a Zoom Event set up and it has a few existing sessions and speakers. I would like to upload the remaining sessions and speakers using an CSV file (basically using the instructions at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0069120). I have been completely unable to get this to work. I upload session information through CSV file as per https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065263 but when I get to the step that says "Click Choose Files to select the CSV file you want to import. After selecting a CSV file to upload, click Open." whenever I choose my file and click Open, nothing hap

I'm a TA at a university and we're using Canvas to host the class and classes will very virtual on zoom through Canvas. All semester I haven't been able to connect to zoom. I get error code 2216. I thought it was because I didn't have a university email address but now I do and have added it to my Canvas profile and made it my primary. But I'm still getting the error. Any ideas of how to fix this? I'm trying to get this resolved as soon as possible as the next semester will be starting soon 

My God guys - EVERYONE ABSOLUTELY HATES this "feature."If we want to pull our hand down, we can do it ourselves.Get rid of this PLEASE - or at least implement a way to turn it off. There is nothing more infuriating than waiting to comment in a Zoom meeting for 15 min. and then finding your hand has been dropped because you told your dog to lay down or something.

Hi, does anyone have any idea why my zoom crashes mid meeting and causes my computer to blue screen? It has happened the last 3 times I have been hosting meetings. Not only is it embarrassing but it takes about 10 mins to get back online. I have had hardware checked and apparently ok. My laptop is only 6 months old, I upgraded specifically so I wouldn't have zoom issues. It is a HP but zoom keeps failing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have updated Logitech webcam software, I don't have anything else running when I am online, and still after about 10 minutes each time it gives my computer a blue screen. Any assistance, tips, ideas to try or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Having a problem with a specific host on Zoom. I use Zoom and have never had any technical issues whatsoever - except for this particular one. Had a few meetings initially - no issues. The last two meetings - despite doing a zoom test re:  controls prior with no issues showing / all systems go - I have experienced extreme frustration as I was unable to access my mic primarily and have also had issues with the camera and chat. Both times, I continued to attempt to engage my mic the entire time - and other attendees noticed this and told the host to unmute me. At the very end of the second time these tech issues  happened, the chat suddenly became active in the last 5 minutes as people were leaving - which I find odd.  I then quickly texted and asked the moderator to check in at the end. She waited - and told me that I should " find someone younger to help " which was imho rude and dismissive. I am really puzzled as these me

As of today, April 24, 2024, when sharing the WhiteBoard, I can no longer see the participant video. I have been using Zoom for years and I have not had this issue until today. I can see the participant video when I am not sharing the WhiteBoard. However, if the WhiteBoard is being shared, the only video I see is the host video. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

My video is just black and i keep getting a pop message sating "Virtual Background still loading",  this seems to be only on the desktop app as my web version is working just fine. I've tried all the online troubleshooting guides, including removing the backgrounds, changing settings, uninstalling & reinstalling the app but the video will just not come up.  please help

Is there a way to set the lifetime of meeting summaries on Zoom?- eg delete after 10 days?Or is there a DELETE meeting_summary API in development?My organization wants to be able to delete zoom meeting summaries after a certain time or via API call without requiring users to manually do this.Thanks

 I had tried thousand times, either one person will be erased when two people are in the same camera using virtual background. Is the camera only can capture one object in the virtual background? Is any setting or equipment required for multiple people in the same camera when using virtual background? 

I am unable to change my default screen name in my zoom profile online. I can change the screen name in the zoom app but it always resets to the default. When I try to update my profile in the zoom website the screen has a spinning circle like it is loading but it never loads. It seems like a website malfunction. I have tried several times over. the past week and the situation is the same. I have a free account. I am using safari on mac book pro. Most recent operating system. 

In most Zoom meetings (and Teams meetings), my headphones and microphone work perfectly.  In one weekly Zoom meeting, Zoom keeps lowering my microphone volume so no one can hear me.  I have a short-term work around to switch to internal and back to external microphone on my Win10 machine, and my mic works for a little bit until maybe someone else talks, and then my volume goes down again.I've tried adjusting microphone volume, turning on/off zoom echo cancelling and automatic volume settings, but nothing works.  I've seen several other people post similar problems.  I think there is a problem with the Zoom software for echo cancelling that when there is a certain combination of people using particular versions of Zoom or, more likely, particular types of headsets (most others have bluetooth, but I have analog), that it chooses one person to lower their volume to try to reduce echo (even though we don't hear any echo).Please fix this because it is ve

Not sure this is the correct group.  I noticed that while using a virtual background, only one person was recognized and appeared on the virtual background even though two were in the camera field of view.   This used to work on my older intel Mac mini, but not on my new one:Mac mini M1 Monterey OS with the latest Zoom app including the M1 enhancement.

Hi Community,  i am going crazy trying to find a way to set up call recordings properly, my calls are being recorded automatically for both inbound and outbound the way i want it, i just cant seem to find or enable the download option? ive looked everywhere followed different directions read many posts, nothing. it just DOES NOT show up. i set up transcripts, put myself as super admin which being the only user should have been this way by default but i already did that.  How can i download call recordings and how do i find out where my call recordings are being stored?  Thanks.    

Hi!As a techer I use classic board to write during classes. When I close it and share documents and then I go back to the board I was usin, the text I previously wrote disappeared! I also tried to save it, but still disappears.Never happened before. I wonder if you had the same pronlem and possibly consequent to a new version.It is relly annoying, because at the end of the session, before closing, I use to save the board and send it in attachment to the students.Any help? In my Keys & Positions I have setup 3 call parks (*801, *802, *803). While on a call when I press the park button it places the call in a random park like *845. Is there a way to force the phone's park button to use only one of the 3 I added in my keys? Thank you.

I have been using zoom for a few years on an older computer and needed to upgrade my desktop.  I purchased a much better computer, reinstalled zoom, same camera/monitor/speaker, same wifi.  Now every time I join a zoom meeting and go to share my screen it lags REALLY bad. Like a minute plus. I have also seen an alert saying my internet connection is slow. HOWEVER I have a great wifi signal.  I also can see other screen sharing just fine. I also can use google meet and share my screen just fine. I uninstalled and re-installed zoom, checked every setting, searched the net. Still can't fix and it is greatly affecting my work. Please help!

Hello Community,I have a Zoom One Pro license and also subscribed to Zoom Scheduler. Zoom Scheduler allows to book appointments for Zoom meetings directly on my website. This works as far as it goes. However, I would like to simplify the booking process for me by syncing Zoom and my Google Calendar. As soon as I block a time slot in Google Calendar, this time slot should also no longer show up as an available appointment on my website. Even though I linked Google Calendar in the Zoom account and clicked sync, it doesn't work. When I block a time slot in Google Calendar, it still shows up as available on Zoom. Does anyone know this problem and has been able to resolve it?

We use the chat log to type in our communication due to attendees having difficulty with bandwidth and all the bells and whistles.  The system used to (1) pull a raw log of the chat window including attendees and the communication texts which was very helpful,and (2) the new one sent me a log after the meeting - it flashed on the screen as if it downloaded into my computer, but I cannot find it at all. Is there something I can search on other than 'log'?  I need the log for the minutes.

We've been connecting our H.323 systems to Zoom meetings for 5 years, and in the last few weeks have noticed the Mute on Entry pop up message no longer disappears automatically. The mute on entry setting has been on for the meetings, and has not been changed on our end.The message below used to disappear within 30-60 seconds after connection, but now it never goes away. I've dug through the settings looking for something to auto suppress this, but either missed it or it doesn't exist. The OpenCTI Zoom phone widget in Salesforce will not sign in successfully, no error messages are reported when selecting “Sign in” on the popup.  Clicking sign in results in a pop-up window being presented and it appears the login is successful, the authorization window closes within 5 seconds.  The Zoom phone widget does a quick refresh but returns back to the “log in”  We had set this up in our sandbox environment and was able to successfully setup and configure the integration.  Since moving to production though, none of our users are able to sign in via the salesforce phone widget.  We followed the guide here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4418701163533 and https://support

I am at my online limit for saving meeting videos and would like to free up space. I can view them, but I see no way to delete them,

I am working on a setup for on of our teams that fields lots of call, we are planning to use Poly e550 phones. Sometimes they need to be able to quickly escalate a call into a conference. The workflow of adding callers one by one using their extensions is to slow and complicated.  Is there a way that we can setup BLF keys on each of their phones where they can send the caller immediately into an active conference? We would want the person transferring the call and others to have visibility that the conference is active and be able to easily join that call.  Any other workflow suggestions welcomed. TIA
