Super frustrated that on this new Macbook pro - when I join a Zoom now, the video is ultra zoomed in, and I can't figure out how to Zoom out.  This does not happen in Google Meets, so it seems like a Zoom-specific issue.  I've tried enabling Option+Command and the "minus" key on my laptop, but the farthest I can go is way too big still.   Help please!

With Zoom DS - can i diaplay a URL thats internal to my company, for example a PowerBI Report URL or a web published application?

I purchased a paid subscription to use the online translation feature from AI Companion:"Zoom AI Companion can translate your Zoom meetings into over 30 languages in real time. This can help you communicate with people from all over the world."However, I don't see anything similar in the settings or interface. How do I enable it?

It's been almost a month that all of the blue the audio stopped working when I was in a meeting. I can't listen to anyone or any other sound when I'm the host.  I thought the problem could be with my device so I changed the earphones, but nothing happened. Apparently the program can recognize my mic but i don't hear any sound (even when I try the "test" on settings".I deleted and downloaded the app again, but it didn't fix the problem. I sent a message to the support, but nobody answered me and I'm still paying for this without being able to use it.

On 10/02/2025 in the evening, a zoom was performed, I can't find it in any way.I made a recording for a Zoom meeting, I can't find it in the cloud or on my computer. I tried following the instructions and still haven't solved the problem.

after my zoom was updated recently, everytime i want to start a new meeting, it gives me message that i have another open meeting , which is not correct. i signed out and signed in again but no change. any suggestion please.

I have recorded meetings, but when I go to Meetings>Recordings, all I get is the loading timer. This has been going on for days. How do I access my recordings when nothing on the Recording page will load?

Hi there, It's been days that I do not manage to access the "Recordings and Transcripts" paga on the website. Anyone else having the same problem or now how I can recover a recording from the bin without having access to that page? Never had this problem in years of use... Thanks so much!Susana

Hi everyone,I'm having trouble with the Zoom app on my computer. When I try to create a meeting, it doesn't show up, but the app icon suggests that I'm in a meeting. Additionally, whenever I go to the audio settings, the app crashes completely.However, the Zoom web version in my browser works fine—I'm able to create meetings and access audio settings without any problems.I’ve tried updating, reinstalling the app, and checking my system’s audio settings, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have a solution?Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello,  why can't messages be deleted or moderated in in-chat meetings and webinars? It would be a great feature. Now in-chat meetings are very risky and it is often safer to disable or limit them to host and co-hosts only. Thanks! Federico  

I have been using Zoom for months. Today the camera on my end was not working. My camera is ON and the message comes up 'Zoom can not detect camera' Anyone have any suggestions?

Help, the CSV file will not upload. We have just added Zoom Events to the account. This is the first webinar. I have formatted the CSV file with email, First_Name, Last_Name. Exported as CVS. The file throughs an error on every line for every column. What is wrong?  

Aside from differing skill types, what uses are there out there for creating multiple skill categories?  How is everyone else out there using them?  As someone new to ZCC, I've been creating a Skill Category for each queue.  Hoping to hear examples from others how they leverage categories, and how it helps them.  Thanks!  FYI, we are a small outfit with just a few queues under each channel, but looking at potentially growing them, leveraging more skill-based routing. 

Per this article on Contact Center storage - https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057885, it states that each CC license has a different "Base Storage Capacity depending on the license type." I cannot find these levels in the support page and the ZVA bot cannot connect me to a live chat agent to ask. Does anyone know what the base levels are for Essentials, Premium, and Elite license types?

I find the sidebar in the team chat hard to see. The default theme ("dark") is a black background with a medium grey font color. There is not enough contrast. In Settings > Team Chat I know that I can change the sidebar theme to "light". But they you get a light background with the same medium grey font color. There is still not enough contrast to make it much better.  It would be better if the "dark" sidebar theme had a white font color, and the "light" sidebar theme had a black font color. That would provide sufficient contrast to help. Seems like a simple fix. The chat window itself already has good contrast with a light background (light blue or light grey) and a black font color. 

I've been hosting remote church services for well over a year, and have been generally happy wit the outcome.  I've now been asked if I can duplicate the experience inside a church that seats 150+ with a 2 story vaulted ceiling, organ and soloist.  The room is previously mic'd and speaker-ed with a 20+ year old Radio shack amp.  I tested using multiple PC's, and the video isn't a problem, but I have no idea what to do about the sound.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

When connect my Samsung S10e phone to my TV using a USB-C to HDMI cable, the sound normally comes thru the TV.  This works for apps like Disney+, YouTube, and any other app I've tried except for Zoom.     What do I need to do to make my Zoom audio work thru the TV using an HDMI connection? thanks,Tom 

Hi, my microphone volume is suddenly too low. I have a macbook pro. It's hard for all my client's to hear me. In audio settings the microphone volume is on max. However, when I test my microphone in audio settings my voice volume is much too faint.I tested the microphone on my computer itself, it is fine. I have done the most recent update.Please help! I have a problem with Zoom meetings desktop app.1)When I try to join a meeting, it loads, and a window appears asking if I want to connect the audio as always. Then I click connect using my computer audio. It just exits the whole thing by itself;2)When I open Zoom settings, there are menus, like Video, Audio, General Settings and so on. All the other menus work but when I click on audio, the settings closes automatically;3)I can join meetings through browser but it's uncomfortable;4)I have tried updating and uninstalling and reinstalling.

Cloud Recording is ON.Create Audio Transcript is CHECKED.I recorded a meeting to the cloud.The recording is in my list, but there is no transcript listed.

I can't install the latest linux client (5.16.6.382) on Ubuntu 23.04.  The install seems to work until ending with this error:   N: Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file '/home/jima/ptmp/downloads/zoom_amd64.deb' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied)    I tried installing using "sudo dpkg -i zoom_amd64.deb' and it seemed to succeed but the zoom client silently exits (with zero status) immediately without displaying anything.   Does anyone know what to do?     $ sudo apt install /home/jima/ptmp/downloads/zoom_amd64.deb Reading package lists... I have never done this kind of thing before however, I'm kind of desperate. I am a Zoom client who uses Zoom for personal family/friend Zoom meetings as well as setting up meetings for some community groups of which I am a member. Since installing Windows 11, I am unable to connect my Zoom account to my Outlook Calendar and Contacts. I use MS Office 365 and it is a personal account. If I try to connect the Calendar when I open the Zoom app (on my pc laptop) I am instructed to log into my Office account. The problem is, as I wrote above,  I have a personal account with Microsoft Office 365 not an educational or business account. From what I've been reading through my online searches for a solution, this is a problem for many and seems to stem from Microsoft and not Zoom. However, I would think that Zoom would want this problem solved for your clients such as myself. We recently held a webinar event in which I wanted to share the On Demand link afterwards so people could watch it.  Tested it on my end and it all worked every time.  Let me know if you had the same experience or not.  1. People that registered before event and used the Join Now link from their invite email were asked for a passcode.  Through testing I found that the meeting passcode and the recording password were not the same.  So I tried to make them the same, but the Share passcode had restrictions on it so that it could never be the same as the meeting passcode.  So I had to send out the Share passcode to everyone.  Some still couldn't get it to work until they logged into their Zoom account, some got it to work without logging into their Zoom account and some never got asked for a passcode at all.  Used the original registration link from the webinar invite.  2.
