Recently I noticed the outgoing caller ID on my desk phone is not showing the correct number from my settings. It's using the main company number which is toll-free. The Zoom desktop and mobile apps show the correct caller ID. Any ideas on how to fix this? Desk phone is a Poly VVX450.

Hello Zoom Community,   I am not a paid customer. Apparently, I can not get technical support if I am not a paid customer. However, I need video recording and transcript for the meeting that was hosted by someone else (I was participant and not an organizer). What are my options to get in touch with Tech Support for this request?   Appreciate your help in advance.

Hi everyone, I have recently changed from a Windows PC to an iMac running Sequoia 15.5 and can't not get the camera or microphone to work with Zoom on the iMac.  I have troubleshooting sessions with Apple who are saying its a Zoom App issue and with Zoom who say this was a known issue with Apple Sequoia 15.0 / 15.1 but was to be resolved in Sequoia 15.2, which I am beyond.  There are no firewall or security restrictions in place on my iMac.  Can anyone confirm if this is still an ongoing issue with Sequoia despite it meant to have been fixed or suggest anything that you have done to get this working if you faced similar issues with Sequoia. I am having trouble finding out how to record my personal zoom meetings for future course I'm working on. I cant figure out how to record it ,Im currently using the free version is this the problem?

We use a Neat Bar to connect remotely in our conference room. In the past, when not necessarily in a meeting, but when we're gathered, we do screenshares through the device using Apple Screen Mirroring. For example, on our macs, we click the screen mirroring option, and "Conference Room" used to show up, for years. Lately, that option has disappeared. Does anyone understand why this might happen. It is still enabled on our Zoom room settings. I've reached out to the people at Neat and they told me it's a Zoom issue. Thanks,Drew 

One of my meeting participants was sent to a separate room rather than my group meeting.  I received several emails from Zoom indicating that the participant was in my personal meeting room, and it was during the time of my meeting with several other participants.  I host weekly Zoom meetings and have never had this issue before.  Participants are allowed to join before I start my meeting and rejoin the meeting at any time if they lose connection, etc.  I do NOT have the waiting room enabled.  Passcodes are NOT required.  I DO have the "embed passcode in invite link for one-click join" option selected.   Why wasn't she allowed to join the group meeting?

I was joined the pro verision, and recorded a meeting til 26th april, I didn't download the recording at that time.  Now i need the recording for my business promotion, however i am using free version now, the recording is no more available for download, how can i get it back?

I have set up Zoom Workplace Reservation, but when I try to reserve a room or table, it says it is unavailable even though there is no reservation made by anyone else.Does anyone know how to solve this?

Eventually, I will be joining a Zoom meeting that is supposed to be at least 2 hours. However, my account says that I am limited to 40 minutes a meeting. Is that if I am the one creating a meeting, or will I be able to do the 2 hours that I need?

There's a way for the Zoom App to bypass DnD and Sleep Focus by adding Zoom in "Allow Notifications", however if the phone is on silent, it will only vibrate.Is there a way for Zoom to bypass silent mode by forcing it to have an audible ringtone, similar to when you tag a phone contact in iOS as "Emergency Bypass"?

We have a Zoom Events License with a 500 attendee limit and our average attendance limit is well below that so we're not restricted by that.Current setup:Running ~70 webinars through Zoom across various languages. The audio transcripts for my cloud recordings are automatically being generated in Persian lately for some reason, even though I didn't change any relevant setting. I've been having to change the language back to English one by one for each recording and wait on the transcription. Is there some way to make the default language English again, so that the audio transcript generated is automatically in English? Thanks!

Hi,  Like the subject says, I have Phone A that is a delegate for Site A, but I am also trying to add it as a delegate to Site B. For some reason, no matter what common area phone you try to add as a delegate for Site B, I always get this error saying, "Not found any Iines." 

I have been spammed by a party (or parties) in one country. I want to keep the scheduler available, but avoid one country.Please advise.

I started my meeting at 3:15 PM  today, and I was recording in the cloud as a host. Suddenly at 4:35 PM, zoom disconnected automatically. I started the meeting again and the participant said the recording was stopped when you disconnected. So I started the recording again. After the meeting there is only 1 recording available on the cloud which started at 4:35PM. The first recording is not available in the cloud. I want that recording at all cost. Kindly provide me that recording.

When a booker schedules an email and the confirmation email comes to our inbox, their email is in the body of the confirmation email.  When we reply to that email to follow-up or respond to a question, it only says "Zoom Scheduler" in the "to" field not the booker.  How we do get the booker info in there, so that we can reply/follow-up?
