Hi all,I'm wondering if it is possible to record each participant's camera as a seperate video and audio file, as well as recording the group screen as a sperate video file too?  Or can you only get the multi screen recording?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, i trying to streamline my business and looking for a solution that i dont have to manually share the recording with attendees of my zoom meeting . Yes there is an oprion of an email template but i am trying to have less work with this. i would like to autmatically get attendees the email that the meeting assets are ready. so my clients can download it instead of me doing this manually . ps i am on cloudrecordings thank you so much in advance

I put a custom disclaimer for an event and am unable to turn it off again.  The toggle button is greyed out and it simply says that an it admin must do this.  I have a personal pro account and am the only one using it.  I tried logging out of all devices to see if that were the issue but it hasn't made any difference.  Can anyone help?

Hello!I am confused by the embed passcode for one-click. I have this option turned on. Yet, at a meeting the other day, everyone reported that they had to enter the passcode when joining from the link. This is the first time anyone has said they needed to enter a passcode when joining from the link. I am wondering if one of my settings is wrecking havoc with the one-click setting? I have attached two screenshots with my settings. Thank you in advance, I appreciate your help!

I'm on an annual subscription to Zoom, and I'm going to use the webinar only for 1 month and cancel it after paying monthly for the webinar only, is it possible?The unsubscribe button on Zoom doesn't work and I asked to contact Zoom, but they said no. Does anyone know why?

Hmmm.. a video conferencing forum that doesn't allow image uploads... So I just logged into Zoom for a new job.   There was the AI Companion pane that I couldn't figure out how to get rid of.   So I typed in AI Companion "hide ai companion"   The Response: Thought process "User Wants to hide the AI companion interface"   Getting ready to retrieve information...Nu pot sä vä ajut cu astfel de cereri. Pentrua vedea ce pot face, tastati "ajutor".After some google searching, this is in Romanian and the translation is: Romanian: "Nu pot sä vä ajut cu astfel de cereri. On a Mac the Zoom Workspace app lets you delete or override most but not all Keyboard shortcuts.  e.g. Command 1 can't be changed from "Move to a specific tab".   There's no menu bar option for Zoom  for "Move to a specific tab" which could be used within MacOS Keyboard Shortcuts to override the behavior. Anyone know of a way to delete / override these locked keyboard shortcuts?   thanks   

HiI have two e-mails, which are quite common in my country yet not gmail or outlook etc. I use Apple Mail and calendar. It seems like there is no way to make the integration unless some one uses Outlook, Gmail or Exchange, which is quite disappointing from Zoom.

When joining a meeting, there is an error code 13215 displayed. We are not sure what the cause. Would you pls help me to solve the issue. (Zoom accout have been paid)

Hola a todos espero que alguien me pueda ayudar, tengo un problema y es el siguiente, al momento que estoy compartiendo un video o un audio en una Reunión, este le suena mal a las demás personas como si tuviera una distorsión, yo la puedo escuchar bien, pero los otros no. Ya reinstale la aplicación en mi pc, hasta formatee mi pc haber si así mejoraba pero nada, espero que alguien me pueda ayudar a encontrar una solución ya que me perjudica esto por mi trabajo.

I used the Zoom Outlook Plugin to schedule a meeting. Before the meeting took place, I moved the meeting time till later that day. Once I hit the Send Update button, this message popped up "The event description will be replaced with the Zoom default invitation" (see attached screenshot). So, now the meeting no longer has the agenda text (event description) that I had originally included (so that attendees would know what the meeting was about).   Any ideas on why this happens and more importantly how to prevent it in the future?   FYI, this happened to me with a previous rescheduled meeting too and I've been searching around for this Plugin message without success.

Zoom 6.6.0 and earlier 6.x versions suddenly stopped playing back stereo audio on Linux. I have original sound for musicians enabled and stereo audio selected. It does not matter if high fidelity mode or echo cancellation are enabled. Other people in the meeting get stereo audio from me, but I am only getting mono back. The other side has stereo audio enabled and other meeting participants can hear them in stereo quality.The Linux audio system seems to work fine: When connect a DAW like Reaper instead of Zoom to the same audio ports, stereo audio is recorded and sent back.I am using Ubuntu Studio 24.04 with the default Pipewire sound system.

Hello Zoom community, I’m experiencing an issue with calendar synchronization between Zoom and Google Calendar. When scheduling or syncing meetings, the times shown in Zoom are consistently one hour ahead of what appears in Google Calendar.This glitch is causing scheduling problems and confusion with important meetings. There may be a time zone or sync error in the Zoom Calendar integration.  The time zone is correct in Zoom, but in Google Calendar, it seems to be the incorrect one, so is very messy to check with each attendee if they use Google or any other platform to confirm the time.  Could you please look into this and advise on a fix or workaround?Thank you!

since i got a new lap top when ever i share screen & record, it records black boxes over my slides (like the shaddow of any notification boxes or the box that my face is in. they dont go away. how can i fix this. ive tried the support chat of the auto ai response which says try video rendering changes in settings but nothing seems to make a difference

I have a Zoom meeting with a panel of three to four speakers and two people doing signing. The people signing will be changing every 15 minutes. My plan is to spotlight all of the panelists and the person who is actively signing. I planned on using "Replace Spotlight" when they pass off every 15 minutes. I cannot see how I can designate who the new person is replacing when I hit "Replace Spotlight"; it removes all Spotlights and just makes the new signer as having the Spotlight.  Looking for a solution. Hope this makes sense.

This issue is plaguing my firm.  We are unable to "star" some whiteboards that that we have been sent in a URL.  I believe my access is granted through the "General Access" as follows "Only users in account [Our company]" Can Edit.  If my name doesn't explicitly appear in the Share list, the Star option does not exist for that whiteboard. Is there a global configuration item I need to get changed?

Dear Zoom Support, I am a licensed paid Zoom host, and I am experiencing a serious issue with annotation tools on the Android app. I no longer have access to the Text (T) tool or the full set of 12 colours when annotating while sharing my screen. My annotation options are now limited to Pencil, Spotlight, Pen, Highlighter, Line, Rectangle, Oval, Undo, Redo, Clear, and only 5 colours (yellow, green, red, blue, black). This happens on both my Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 and Samsung Galaxy A73 phone. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, but the issue remains. Strangely, my students still have access to the Text tool and more colours on their devices, while I do not, even though I am the paying licensed host.  This problem makes it very difficult to run my classes, as I rely on annotating shared documents (not the whiteboard).

If I have a scheduled webinar with a series of 8 occurrences is there a way of changing the set up so each occurrence has a different title?

I recently ran a series of webinars over multiple days and because we had many attendees, I set it up as a recurring event to ensure the webinar link stayed the same for all sessions. Each session had multiple panelists at different times, but I could not invite people to be a panelist for just one session. This led to a few awkward moments because panelists didn't just have one email with their panel time, they had an emai with the full list of sessions and could join at any time. Some of them clicked in to "test" the link while another presentation was happening. Is there a way, in the future, to reuse the same webinar link but to add panelists only to their particular session at their session time? Is this something Zoom Sessions or Events can handle? It seems like an overkill solution.

Hello,I want to set up a recurring meeting with no fixed time, as I have done multiple times before. But the option seems to have disappeared, I can only choose recurring daily, weekly or monthly. I contacted support, but got no reply. Does someone in this forum have a tip for me how to fix this?

Hi using AI companion for the first time and have issues/questions. I had a meeting and turned on the AI companion. It was working but I wasn't going to ask it questions (such as action items and lists that were made during the meeting) until after the meeting was over. So when the meeting ended I clicked end and then I thought oh wait what about the companion did I just lose everything? I received an email with a meeting summary which was great. But I still had questions and wanted to refer to a transcript. So I logged into Zoom in my browser and found a section called "AI Companion". I clicked it, and on the particular meeting I was interested in, and it brought me to the meeting summary. No other options such as transcript, or the ability to ask the AI companion questions. Am I missing something, or is there no way for me to access this now that the meeting is over? Thanks in advance fo

We’re hosting a large Zoom conference that requires registration. Every time someone registers, Zoom sends out the confirmation email with their unique join link and the Meeting ID/Passcode.The issue is that for this event, the Meeting ID/Passcode won’t work. Attendees must use their unique join link. Some people see both in the email and get confused, then end up locked out.I’ve been digging around in settings but it looks like Zoom always includes the Meeting ID and Passcode by default. Is there any way to turn this off, or at least stop Zoom from sending their confirmation email so we can handle our own through Zapier?Has anyone here managed to override this or found a good workaround?Can I turn off the emails from Zoom since we already have separate emails sent out with their unique Zoom links?
