Running into an issue trying to get Zoom setup to work with Intune. I have Zoom Workplace for Intune setup and the enterprise app setup for it as well. I also have an app protection policy setup that requires the use of a managed browser. The initial Zoom for Intune sign in appears to succeed without issue however it then asks for a second sign in. This sign in shows up as "Zoom Social Login" in Entra Logs. The issue is that this sign in tries to use Safari on iOS for the sign in which is not a managed app and fails the sign in due to the App Protection Policy. Has anyone else run into this and found a way past it without allowing sign in from any browser? We did try changing the default browser, but that does not seem to change the sign in browser.

Linux Zoom client up to 5.15.12 worked fine on Linux Mint XFCE using the screen scaling XFCE provides for 4K monitors.  Version 5.16.0 now shows up VERY big and the usual fixes of adjusting zoomus.conf values of AutoScale and ScaleFactor will not make it any smaller.  ScaleFactor will make it bigger still.  If ScaleFactor would accept a fractional value (like 0.5) the issue would be addressed.  It only appears to accept integers. Something changed between 5.15.12 and 5.16.0 that has broken the image size.  I've been waiting for a subsequent update to address this, but nothing so far. Suggestions?

I have a user who wants to make calls from certain area codes depending on who he is calling (he is a Business Development Representative). Can I assign multiple phone numbers to a single user?

I manage our church's Zoom account.  We use the Restream.io service to live stream our Zoom sessions to Youtube and Facebook.  Restream provides a custom stream key to plug into the advanced In-meeting settings so that starting a live stream is a quick click of a button ["..." --> "Custom Live Stream" ].  Lately, when clicking the button,  it stalls for about a full minute and then times out.  A link is provided on the screen to go to the live stream settings.  On that subsequent screen, which I am unsure how to navigate to on my own in any way, I can see an outdated stream key in the "Stream key" field, but a banner on top of the screen that displays the current, updated key.  I have to then copy and paste the correct number from the banner, and the stream then kicks off properly.   The old key is persisting somewhere, despite it being updated in the settings.  I am using the latest version of Zoom, updated today.  This issu

I got several users who cannot join to a meeting or login to their Zoom client. I got an error code for unable to join meeting (Error 5003). The login attempt, there is no error code but just a message "It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network connection and try again". It only happened to 3 users out of 20.  2 users with login issues are on windows 11 and the 1 user who cannot join a meeting is on windows 10.  They have no proxy enabled on their PC and there is no firewall block rule for Zoom. I have also changed the DNS address to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 but no luck.  All the users are on Zoom 5.16.10. Is anyone able to provide me with some insight? 

Hi Zoom Community, I have a problem with zoom room whiteboard which is starting on non-touch screen.The setup is configured with:-Computer  HP Elite Tower 600 G9 Desktop PC (Win11 24H2) with installed zoom room 6.5.6 (6405) , 64bit version-2 TV Sony.-1 Interactive touch screen Iiyama.I tried to change display configuration in Windows settings but it's look like zoom forcing to set Sony TV as main display. In the zoom admin panel i can't found any option to make Iiyama screen as a main screen or whiteboard screen.I physically switched the HDMI cables in computer but with no result. Is it possible to launch whiteboard on specified display ? Maybe somebody had similar problem ? Regards 

I have been stuck on Blur (not the normal blur either, just a lesser version of blur) for over a month now and can not just go back to 'None' and a clear live background. This is happening on my Samsung Galaxy 23+ phone, have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom app multiple times to no avail. Works fine on my desktop Zoom app. I am a paying Pro customer and not receiving much support. Anyone know what is going on here?

When I go talk to my friends it just shows blank and not text messages.

We have the Pro-subscription which means a limit of 3 Whiteboards. But in Breakoutrooms there's no limit for Whiteboards (says the Chatbot).And it seems to be no problem to open one Whiteboard in each of four Breakout rooms. But after a short time, the toolbar disappears.... Is this because we have a limit of 3 whiteboards?Or what can we do?

Hello, I held a workshop today, and I prepared various whiteboards beforehand. My plan was to have three breakout groups working on their dedicated whiteboards simultaneously. But I had no idea how to make the people getting access to "their" whiteboards. All ideas I tried failed. Sending them a link failed, they had to enter a password (?), and a pop-up said, no cursor is shown when more than five people enter the same whiteboard. All the options are "open", no restrictions, so according to the settings, everybody should be able to use it. Is it possible that ZOOM doesn't support such a situation with multiple whiteboards for multiple breakout groups? Thank you for your input,Akki

Is it possible to have participants in two different breakout rooms editing different whiteboards?If I have two breakout rooms, can each room work on a different whiteboard. I would need each breakout room to be able to see and edit their groups corresponding whiteboard page.

Our zoom account has been hacked. I have spoken to 17 people at zoom over 48 hours on a continuous loop of new tickets, new people, multiple trust and safety report, more tickets. Zoom just close the tickets so I cannot escalate them. I am at a loss of what to do and am now resorting to making this public via every public channel that I can. I am stuck in an eternal loop of hell. Can anyone help??

For years, I've recorded a weekly meeting on Zoom and it captures me as the active speaker even though I view the meeting in real time wtih gallery view. The last two meetings, the recording captured my voice but a participant's video rather than mine even though the participants mute themselves. I'm sure the participants whose videos took over the recording were muted so I'm not sure why this has happened. It's never been a problem until now. I've checked the settings and I have the recording set to capture Active Speaker With Shared Screen so I'm not sure what's going on.

Our audio options are set for computer and telephone, but no phone numbers appear in the meeting invitation. This is true for both out meetings account and our webinar account. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, how did you correct this? Thanks.

I'm having trouble hearing audio in videos shared in Zoom Meetings. I have an Acer Nitro V15 notebook, model ANV15 - 51 - 58AZ, Windows 11, using Zoom Workplace version 6.4.12. However, this problem with the audio has been happening for several versions now.The problem is when someone shares a video on Zoom and it has audio, the music contained in the video is automatically cancelled, as if it were noise cancellation. Only the voice contained in the video, whether spoken or sung, that can be heard.I've already checked audio processing settings on my notebook, and removed them all, but the problem continues. I updated zoom to the latest version, tested previous versions, but nothing changed. I looked here on the forum and saw that in one case they asked the host to remove the noise cancellation option in the audio settings if it had it. On Monday 29th September 2025, at least five institutions in Finland, as well as some institutions in Norway and Iceland have faced "Warning. The instructors email is invalid(2216). Error Code 2216 - int_edu_{institution specific numbers}" when trying to access Zoom via Moodle LMS as the Moodle instructor role user. This prevents instructors, typically university teachers using Zoom the way they are used to. In addition to this, institution admins are facing "Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again." when trying to configure LTI Pro settings, which are unexpectedly empty. No problems on Friday 26th September 2025. Hi all,I have been invited to a zoom meeting this Sunday - and I received the invite and added it to my google calendar - which worked. However this meeting is not appearing in the workspace in the zoom app.Can anyone help me ? I want to just be able to open the zoom app - see the scheduled meeting for this Sunday - and join from within the zoom app. Why is it not appearing in the zoom workspace ? I have added my google calendar acces into my zoom accountAnd I added the Zoom app into my Google Workspace 

There seems to currently be no way to add multiple Google Calendars using the "Calendar and Contacts Integration" option under Account/Profile/Others/Calendar and Contacts Integration. You can only edit your google account and choose one or another. This does not work as I get Zoom invites on two google email accounts and I need all my invites from both accounts to show up in Zoom. Please add an "Add Another Account" option.

We have a Zoom webinar account set up and integrated to HubSpot. This integration has worked in the past with few issues. The HubSpot workflow we have set up for our latest webinar is running, but returning the following error "Action failed because HubSpot is being rate limited by the connected app, but will retry soon."We did just put up a new website and while I was testing the website this weekend, the number of form submissions that would trigger this workflow were less than 10 (no other API calls to Zoom). HubSpot support told us to wait to see if it cleared on its own. After 24 hours I retested and got the same error. Any ideas?
