Hi, I have a problem with a share screen during a meeting. I use three monitors for my desktop PC, and when I want to share screen and try to choose screen 2 or 3, it does not appear. Also, I try to go to the advance for screen portion. It is not there. There are no options for that. Previously, I used to have them; I am trying to understand why these options are now missing under the share screen.  I tried to search under Zoom Help and couldn't find information to resolve this problem. I uninstalled, restarted my computer, and closed and opened zoom, but nothing changed.  I resort to this now with the community for Help!  Appreciate it if someone familiar with this problem could provide some guidance! in getting ready for a zoom meeting I had 'camera disabled' once zoom started on my windows 10 desktop that uses a USB webcam.   Seeing 'disabled' I started checking permissions of the browser (duckduckgo and chrome).  I had recently changed from Norton 360 to bitdefender -so I went through all those settings.  I next went to 'settings - devices' because I thought well maybe the camera quit working or a reboot was required.   Device wasn't listed.   Trace cable to webcam - it is unplugged.   If the zoom application simply said 'camera unavailable' or 'camera not present' then I would have check it first.  Since the application said 'camera disabled' someone with decades in the trade assumes that something is blocking access to the camera, but the system knows the camera is plugged in. &

How can I integrate Zoom for Mac with iCal so that when I schedule a new meeting using the Zoom app, it automatically opens iCal? This was a feature I've been using for years on my old MacBook, but on the most recent version of Zoom Version: 6.3.6 (47101) it appears to no longer be an option.

As a participant it's always been possible to save the chat in a Zoom meeting. I've upgraded to Zoom Workplace and I can't seem to find the option for saving the chat. Has this function been taken away? 

Hi! I am working on a Mac, and for years, all meetings I created in Zoom were directly entered into ical. This has stopped working since I upgraded to a new computer. I have browsed this forum, and no solutions I have found seem to be working. What can I do?

We have our zoom rooms set to automatically share content when you plug the HDMI in, but when the room is in an idle state this does not work. Is there a way to set it up so idle ends when HDMI is plugged in?

I would like to automatically share Zoom AI summaries with all attendees of a meeting. While there is already an option for this, it does not work when the members are under a Google group. In this case, the members under the group are not given access to the summary automatically and must be given access manually which is tedious for groups with a large number of members.Can this be changed so meetings shared to groups give access to all members of group to AI summary.

I am attending my first zoom event, and I don’t see any sort of microphone option. I wish there was something confirming that I am muted. Does anyone know if the lack of any sort of mic display means that no one can hear me? I completely muted my computer mic after a minute but I’m just curious.

Hello,I have seen the new option of ZOOM with automatically translated captions in different languages "translated captions".I bought this option and activated it in the advanced settings (image 1). However when I start a meeting this option does not start and I just have the option to put the subtitles in the spoken language without translation (image 2).Does anyone know if I have forgotten to activate anything? I can't find anything on google to help me.Thank you for your help!Nadine

Hello,Everytime when I am in a Zoom meeting my Mac Mini M1 gets really hot. After leaving the meeting it cools down immediately.I am using May OS 26 Beta which might be the reason.However, does anybody know a solution for my problem.

I have Basic Zoom versionn 6.5.11 running on an Adroid phone, Samsung Galaxy S25+ (recent model).  On this phone, Gallery view does no work properly.  On any of my Windows computers I see a matrix of rectangular views of the correct aspect ratio. My view of myself is is the same as all the others, included in the matrix.  On my phone, the views of other participants are all perfect squares no matter how I orient the phone, and my view of myself (the speaker?) us a small thumbnail.  I can't find a setting that will make my phone go into the normal matrix gallery view.  The only control I have on the phone of my views is swiping left.  The last swipe left brings up the fake gallery view described above. The correct gallery view used to work for me on an older Samsung phone, probably with an older Zoom version.  As I recall, there was a view control on the upper right corner that included the matrix of dots (the gallery) that you se

When setting up a meeting, you can enter attendees however whenever I paste a list of emails, it is seen as invalid. I tried to separate them with commas, but it still is not working. I do not want to enter them individually, any ideas?  

Hi, I wanted to ask the community about Translated Captions. Our company works with a global audience and we have an Enterprise account. I can't figure out why the Translated Captions option is not in our portal. The first picture is what we see and the second picture is what we want to see (with the option to enable the feature) . If anyone can assist that would be great. Thanks.           

Zoom has removed the webinar service from my account (despite having an active license), and I had active webinars accepting registrations. What will happen to those events and to the people who registered for them and how do I get this fixed so that we can run our webinars. 

I have a user who is a delegate for multiple people. For example, User = Delegate is a delegate for both User A and User B in both Zoom Admin and Exchange365 for User A and User B mailboxes.The Delegate is working in Outlook with the Zoom Outlook Add-in. Intermittently, when the Delegate schedules a meeting in Outlook for User A from User A's calendar, the meeting appears correctly on User A's calendar with User A's meeting codes. However, the invite email goes out to all invitees with text stating that User B has invited them to the meeting.This discrepancy was not visible when the meeting was created. Once the invite is sent, it cannot be edited. The meeting has to be canceled and recreated, causing multiple unnecessary emails and making my client appear unprofessional.Do you have any suggestions as to the root cause of this issue?

I have a number of tracks defined for a particular event. When I display the filters on the "Sessions" page, the Tracks are all listed in a random order. Its not alphabetical, nor is it the order that they were created - its just odd.  Is it possible to define the order the tracks are displayed? Or at a minimum, have them sorted in alphabetical order? Also, it would be ideal if you could edit a track name and have it apply to all sessions. Imagine the use case where I decided to rename a track - as I understand it, currently I would have to individually edit every session in that track. Thanks

The symptoms: - Sharescreen green button -> Advanced -> Share via Airplay -> no "Zoom-Device Name" option appeared on iPhone/iPad - "Device Name" as an Airplay option exist, which means I can Airplay iPhone/iPad to my device;    just no "Zoom-Device Name" option, so I cant Airplay to Zoom - The only solution I found in previous discussion does not work for me (reference post)   If i follow "system preferences—sharing—turn off AirPlay Receiver", my "Device Name" option will disappear.   And the option comes back when I turn on AirPlay Receiver. - Sharescreen in Zoom via cable works. That's how I survive my work now.

How do I permanently remove the "J" icon that appears as my profile image when I'm off camera during a meeting? Every time I delete it, it re-emerges in my next meeting. I don't want an image or a picture.

I have had to turn off my video in order to remain at a meeting hosted by another,,,,,,the flashing images are intense and distracting.......HELP !

Sharing CX Analytics Reports share option will be available in the September Release? 

This isn't exactly Zoom related but I'm having an issue getting my Cisco 8865 to connect to WIFI. Any idea what the issue could be? Thanks!
