Is it possible to download (export) a document from Zoom Docs to PC (data to excel or csv)?

Hi.

In Zoom Docs, you can download document by Open a Zoom Docs > Click the … button in the upper right corner > Print(save as PDF) .

not to pdf but to editable format (eg. excel)

Could you share your scenarios about when you need to export it into an editable format like Excel or CSV, please?

Hi Soph, we use Zoom as a corporate tool for meetings, chatting etc.

Zoom Docs is nice functionality which I discovered recently. I want to use it for collaboration on common document where users update current statuses for records and events. On regular basis I would need to extract data and upload it to our local BI system. So far there walkaround I found is selecting Columns by pressing Shift-button and Copy/Paste to excel sheet.

Hello, how do I download a zoom doc as a word document? I think this is probably what 90% of all users want to do!

Thank you for your feedback! Currently, Zoom Docs supports printing and exporting as a PDF. We're actively exploring additional export options, so please stay tuned for updates!

Sorry you need to change that asap, who wants a pdf? I can save Word docs as a pdf myself. I need to download the meeting document, work on it and then save it. What a wasted chance. D-

Hello Zoom,

This question has been left unanswered for such a long time - so what’s the deal here, why is it so incredibly difficult to make Zoom docs downloadable as Word documents like docs or if that’s too difficult at least as oft?? Please make this work otherwise Uoom remains limited.

I absolutely need an export to docx and xml. Print to PDF is NOT accessible for screen reader users. Not only that, but collaboration is great on Zoom, but has limited functionality with data tables. It's a great place to start for teams, but not powerful enough.

Also, it would be very helpful if you could share a bit more about which parts of Zoom Docs you feel are not powerful enough, especially regarding data tables or other features.

I'm testing Zoom AI Companion for my agency use and the inability to export to .docx or .xlsx is a deal killer for me. Please roll this out as soon as possible.

Just pitching in to add my wishes for a docx/xslx export. Just wrote a guide on how to use ZOOM-docs for our users and realized you can't download the documents for further use. This severely restricts the usability.
