How do I get the phone icon to appear? 

Is there any way to allow a caller who is waiting in a queue to break out to a designated voicemail box if they get tired of holding.  Ex. we've all heard the on hold verbiage, "we're sorry, we're experiencing an extremely high call volume, if you prefer to leave a message, please press 1.  Otherwise, please continue to hold and the next available agent will be with you shortly." It looks like this can potentially be fudged via a series of queues or overflowing back to the same queue, but then you get into infinite loops and broken call stats...  Zoom Phone doesn't even appear to be able to play intermittent on hold messages or announce what caller they are in line or other similar things to help engage the caller.  It looks like these may be possible in Contact Center, but that is way overboard for this type of basic functionality.   How are y'all working around this?

Hi everyone- I will be using the Zoom translated captions on a meeting I am recording. I plan on sharing the recording and need to have the captions displayed permanently as the speaker will be speaking in Spanish and our viewers are primarily English speakers. Does anyone know if I can ensure the recording always displays the English translated captions? Additionally, is there an option to display the captions in either English or Spanish? Thank you!

I have a user that currently holds a Webinar 500, and they have more than 500 registered.  Can we just assign a Webinar 1000 licence to them, and their link will stay intact? thanks

When I press the camera icon (Video) when I start hosting a meeting. a dialogue box states: "No cameras detected. Plug in device and retry.... OR:"Zoom is unable to detect a camera. Make sure that your camera is powered on and is connected to your computer." I use the camera in the computer so there is no need to plug a camera in. Recently I haven't been able to access the camera at all, but intermittently, for no reason, the camera DOES work!  Nothing's been changed! One of Zoom's suggestions is to check that the camera is not being used by any apps.  How can I check this out?   I teach students in China using Voov - can't access the camera in those calls either.  SO FRUSTRATING!!  

Longtime zoom user for work as an attorney. My PC build combination is a 5070 GPU/9800X3D CPU. All drivers/bios/Windows 11/Zoom are up to date. I’ve tried configuring every setting imaginable to fix this, including unselecting hardware acceleration for receiving video in the zoom application settings-nothing fixes the issue. Audio does not freeze and the videos aren’t freezing from the participant end, only my view of them which is incredibly distracting. I’ve tried tweaking every setting I can possible think of/find. My camera/internet connection has not changed and the application barely puts a dent in my memory/CPU. I manually ensured my GPU is selected in the Nvidia Application Control Center for Zoom. Is there any other suggested fix for this?

Hi,  The personal setting stated: allow participants to join anytime.   However, they can only join at 9:20.  Please help.

During meetings hosted by me I can hear all participants except one. She can hear me, the other participants can hear her as her microphone is turned on, It's only me who cannot hear her. This is not happening at every meeting but quite often. Obviously my audio works as I host many meetings a day and I have this problem with just one participant. Does anybody have any suggestions?  

I need to share the full desktop of my pc, not the single document... I am a teacher and I work with different files of different programm,I switch from one to the other one, and I can add some docs also during the lesson. In the past,  there was the opiton: share the screen or part of it.   Why did it disappear? Thank you

I use Zoom for teaching online piano lessons. With nearly everyone the original sound setting works very well, but with one pupil, as soon as he enables original sound his audio becomes almost inaudibly quiet. He's using a Samsung M53 for the meeting. He says he can't access a microphone audio level setting on the phone once the meeting is running. Any ideas?

I have just installed Ubuntu 22.04 on my PC, I previously used Ubuntu 20.04. Since the OS upgrade, and reinstallation of the Zoom client, I can no longer use Virtual Background. If I go to Settings and select Virtual Background I can see the images available (including some of my own that I added. Then nothing until the "I have a green screen" checkbox. This is actually new behaviour as earlier this morning it showed the colour of the green screen, although it wasn't green and clicking on the colour did nothing, i.e. I was not shown any colours to select. Confusingly, if I select an image, I see that image as my background while in the Virtual Background menu option. However, when I go to the Video option, all I see as my background is my green screen. Returning to the Virtual Background option also only shows the green screen, not the background image I selected. This used to work perfectly and the only dif

Since a couple of weeks back, when I schedule a meeting I don't get the option to open it in iCal. After clicking send it just disappears and I don't even know it's scheduled in Zoom, if the invite has been sent to the attendee or if it's been synced to my iCal like before. Turns out it hasn't been sent to the attendee and it isn't synced to iCal but it does show up as scheduled in Zoom .  Anybody know how to fix it?

Hello. I work for a corporation. Every time it installs a Zoom update, I need to change two things...1. I need to change the display to HD Quality and 2. Dual Monitors needs to be turned on. Today, after installing a new version, i turned on the HD Quality but the "dual monitors" is no longer in the same place (Settings, General). Was it moved? When I do a search for "dual monitors" in Settings, it does not show where to turn it on.  I use Zoom daily and need it to work with both my monitors.  Thanks, Ken

It directly impacts my ability to concentrate during meetings and especially while giving presentations or leading a class.I kindly request that you consider adding a feature that allows users to:1. **Move the name tag:** Let users freely drag and drop the name tag to any position on the screen.2. **Hide the name tag:** Provide an option to make the name tag completely invisible.I believe this is a common issue for a large number of users who rely on Zoom for professional and educational purposes. I have a new Dell laptop and just installed zoom. (Zoom would never work on my lenovo). However, the integrated camera does not turn on. The white light turns on as if the camera was working, but there is no actual video, only a camera with a line through it. When I go to the settings, the only camera option it gives me is "USB Camer". I have no idea why and i obviously don't have a camera connected through a USB. I tried restarting. My settings already give permission to access camera. What else can i do?

Greetings fellows Zoomies!Not sure if this has been discussed before but the AI Companion Smart recordings are a game changer for staff tasked with creating minutes from meetings as well as students and faculty conducting research interviews on Zoom.  The Smart recording content, however, is not one of the components that can be downloaded from the cloud recording like the video and the transcript.  Is Zoom going to add that functionality?Thanks,Ken

I have a process where I need to copy the text from the AI generated smart chapter text and paste it into a document. I have never had a problem until this week. Step one - I go to the first smart chapter, select it and then move the cursor down to where the summary is displayed below it and copy and paste it into my document. Step two - I try to do the same thing for chapter 2. I select it and the text I need to copy is displayed, however, if I move my cursor off of the chapter so I can select the text I need to copy, it instantly reverts back to the text from the first chapter. Thanks in advance for any help! 

The screen shows the text in each smart chapter when I hover the cursor on that chapter - but when I move the cursor off that chapter, it reverts to the first chapter summary. I would like to copy the text from each Smart chapter - how can I do that?

Hardware is Dell Optiplex 990 desktop with  i5-2400 3.10GHz 8GB Ram 500G HDD Windows 10 64-bitspeakers are small  external with standard   3.5 mm wired connection connected to audio out port. Realtek High Definition Audio drivers. Zoom meetings are the only application where the volume is extremely low. Zoom volume setting and windows 10 volume setting  are up at maximum and I can barely hear.  For all other applications,  playing videos, etc. the volume from the speakers is extremely loud. There must be a Zoom setting or option that I am missing.  Please advise, thank you! 

Hi all, I am trying to add the Zoom connector by Fivetran app on the marketplace and I am running into this error. On the requirements section, it says: "You are missing the following user role privileges to add the app.Edit on Web Portal API Features>View "Chat channels"" I tried to go to the https://zoom.us/role edit url but i am then shown this error code "Access restricted. (200)" I am confirm I am an admin for our org's account. My co-worker who has company owner role access, is getting the same error while trying to replicate the steps. Any idea how
