Full Screen Feature in Meeting SDK

I have implemented https://github.com/zoom/meetingsdk-web-sample for meeting. This is working fine but after join meeting if joining from this custom created application then not able to see full screen option and video screen is showing small also facing issue with video quality.

How to fix this issue?
