Screen recording of a powerpoint presentation on Samsung S11 Ultra Tab. Create meeting (audio on, camera off...recorded no problem with camera off previously) Open presentation Share screen (presentation only...or whole screen...doesn’t matter, recorded both before) Start recording Go to presentation and lecture for an hour End recordingThis worked the other day but most recent recorded video flashed the shared presentation for half a second and then went completely black. Almost an hour of video lecture notes gone with audio only. WTH!?!?!

New surface when I open Zoom, cannot find overview on my booked mtgs and can go only day by day view, tried a lot. I need an overview function!

I recently upgraded to a pro account so that I could do in meeting polling. I created a poll outside my meeting which is already scheduled, but when I enter the meeting, there is no option to launch a poll. The icons at the bottom do not include polling, and when I click the more button, it only has livestreaming options. I cannot launch an existing poll nor can I create a new one. I have read and tried everything I can find int he zoom help files. been trying since yesterday.

How to insert in meetings invitation the possibility for the guet to accept it and have the meeting automatically registered in his calendar ?

Hi, I use a Thinkpad X1 Gen 11 with a Raptor Lake chipset/cpu and an IPU6 camera with openSUSE Tumbleweed.IPU6 cameras have been a long standing issue and are still not fully supported everywhere but with the latest software in openSUSE:- kernel 6.13.4- libcamera 0.4.0I can finally at least get a video picture from the qcam application which is part of libcamera.Camera is also referred to as "ov2740" in case that is important. Still the latest Zoom client 6.3.11 does not show any video. It selects the Camera "ipu6" but it stays black. Anyone knows the state of support of this camera within Zoom? Should I rather raise a support issue? Thanks, Wolfgang

We have a few people in our organization who do not like using the Waiting Room, so our Admin team who have Scheduling Privileges have taken to disabling the Waiting Room when they make everyone appointments.I prefer to use the Waiting Room and have it Enabled in my settings.  But the Scheduled Meeting seems to override this. Is there a setting where I can maintain control of my own Waiting Room to be ALWAYS enabled?I had an incident this morning logging in 15 mins early to test my settings and get my slides ready, only to discover 2 people already in the meeting waiting for me! I had to make small talk 🤣

Hi, I have been using zoom workplace on linux for a couple of years for my professional use (trainings) and use extensively screen sharing of apps, browser tabs, pdf etc during zoom meeting.With new version of zoom workplace 6.7.2 (6498) on linux mint 22.3 , it is not working anymore. When I want to scren share I get the option between system desktop capture or system window capture but non of them share anything. Doesn’t work.In order to share I have to start meetings, or join meetings from the browser, and then it works. When will this be bug fixed for Linux workplace version, and is there a workaround ? Thanks.   

I consider myself experienced with Zoom ... I use it DAILY and usually use MMHMM camera with it... well now I can't get rid of this virtual background to save my life. I have recorded a video showing that there is NO virtual background selected.. I really really need help because I am struggling teaching with it because I can no longer use mmhmm... help! Hey there! Last week I got my Zoom Pro: As far as I understood I no longer have 40min limit unless someone who doesn´t pay for any Zoom suscription makes the call, right? Otherwise I have up to 30 hours? Last week I was on a videocall I had programmed and all of a sudden my Zoom kicked me of the call. (This happened 2 times) Any idea what´s going on? Is it possible that if my internet connection is not the best this may be the cause?Thanks! 

Hello Zoom community, I am in a pickle.  I have a number of meetings that I have set with "No Fixed Time" in recurrence. I have set a new meeting today and I cannot find how to make it the recurrence "No Fixed Time"  In the drop down menu it does not have that option.  What am I doing wrong?  -- Thank you!  -- Dennis

After the latest Zoom update, the camera behavior has changed significantly. Previously, I was able to use the tablet’s ultra wide-angle front camera, allowing a fully zoomed-out view. I am requesting immediate help with two recurring issues that are impacting our meetings. I have already contacted support multiple times, but I have not received a resolution.Issue 1: Unknown third party participant joining our meetingsEvery time my boss and I join a Zoom meeting, a random third party participant joins automatically. It appears as a blank or black tile and shows the name “Netic”. We have disabled AI Companion and auto-recording across our settings, but this participant still joins even after turning those features off. Is there a way to add or import someone else's weekly recurring meeting within zoom to my zoom scheduled meetings-so when I click My Meetings it is listed automatically there and I can join right from the zoom interface? Seems like there should be a way within zoom to add a scheduled meeting I always attend but someone else hosts to My Meeting list/ schedule? I'd like to be able to join the meeting directly from the Zoom app without having to look for the link or meeting ID and password. I don't want to use outlook or calendar apps to set reminders etc. Specifically asking if this is possible through Zoom. Thank you. 

I would like to disable two factor authentication. I have followed the Advanced, Security, click the toggle, and have received an email today the TFA has been disabled.  Yet, when I next went to log-in to Zoom I was asked to enter the TFA code. How do I actually disable TFA please?

The update on Jan 12 changed how zoom meetings links in a chrome browser behaves to open directly in the web app, and it appears there is no option to go back to the old functionality. This would probably be fine if the web app had virtual backgrounds, but it does not. Has anyone found a way around this? My audio keeps dropping out in the middle of meetings. I quite often have two meetings back to back, the first one this evening was fine, then the audio cuts out during the second then this message appears, "low system audio may affect your audio quality. Try closing down some applications to improve performance" I don't have any other  apps running on my laptop, I've closed everything down, I even make sure the cloud isn't backing up in the background. So what could it be???? It's becoming very annoying as I rely on this for my business. Could it be something to do with the Zoom apps? I would appreciate someone getting back to me. Many thanks.

I am using an individual Zoom account (not managed by an organization). When I try to enable virtual backgrounds in the Zoom app, the option is blocked or grayed out on the Zoom website, even though you are the account owner. I have already:Checked and confirmed all account-level and group-level settings for virtual backgrounds.Verified that your device supports virtual backgrounds (since it works with your personal account).Signed out and back in, and reinstalled the Zoom app.Ensured you are not signed in with multiple accounts.Confirmed your account is not managed by an organization or IT team.Despite these steps, the virtual background setting remains blocked and cannot be enabled.

Hi, I have uninstalled Zoom, reinstalled, checked camera settings all are on (But Zoom not showing in the list)  including web, allowing it.  But no video when I open the app for meetings.  I am on Firefox, windows 11.  I have cleared cache and restarted multiple times.  Had an important meeting today and I was the only one without video.  Sad!   Does anyone know how to get Zoom to show up on the apps that will be allowed camera access? Thank you.

Folks, When I use the Zoom Outlook Plug-in it auto populates the body of the Calendar invite with my companies info and link,  dial numbers, etc. All is good, but if I type a message on the body before clicking the plug-in it pushes my message to the bottom. I can assure it will not be read if not on the top! How can I change so the plug-in populates BELOW my message?Thanks in advanced for your help!  LM

How to create a more permanent meeting ID for a meeting that has already been set up with 10 digit meeting code in 2020. This is an AA meeting and the meeting link will show up in an online schedule. It is twice a week and is using the original zoom link established in 2020.  Therefore the 50 meeting limit doesn't suffice . 

Hello Everyone:I've tried customizing the waiting room but users keep seeing the default zoom screen when they log on.I tested the various options - logo, image, etc. and successfully saved but it's not displaying on the users end. Also restarted the laptop to see if that would help, but it didn't. Signed out of Zoom settings as well, but that did not help either. Everything else I change has taken effect except the waiting room customization.*Pro licenseIs anyone able to assist?

My app version needs to be 5.12.2 or higher to sign in. How do I update my app.?

When I start a zoom meeting and click Livestream to FB and I click option to my profile timeline and public, FB is only showing it to me and another person. I have friends who don't have this issue on FB. So what am I doing wrong! Chat gpt says I can't do it to a profile only to a page. 

It's been probably up to one year since I tried to upload my own virtual background for Zoom meetings. It never allows me to do so. It looks like image is uploaded but at the end it doesn't show up in my zoom profile to be picked as preferred option. I tried everything and I'm truly desperate. It seems like such a simple thing and yet it's not working. I found it bit ridiculous. I'm using Zorin OS, which is Linux Ubuntu.

When I set up the meeting I selected to record the meeting. I hosted on my android phone using the Zoom app. I can't find the recording. On the app, I don't see a Recordings tab. I have a regular zoom account, I don't pay for any add ons. Help, please!
