No audio on call

Windows 11, FireFox 157, Zoom Workplace 7.2
When on a Zoom call, I cannot hear any audio.
But....
If I go to a local news channel website, and hit the Sound icon in the system tray, I get the typical connection parms, AND a window above that. Like the uploaded image.
If I click on the "play" in that window, I can here the news channel.
When I go back to Zoom, I can now hear the audio.

Why isn't the audio turned on when Zoom opens?
Is that a Zoom issue? A FireFox issue?
