My original sign in email address is no longer active and I cannot access it. I went to settings and updated to an active email address but received a message to contact Zoom help in order to activate the change. I tried Zoom chat but was told I do not have access to live chat support and was given no option to fix the problem. What now?
I need to know how to delete the information for the credit card in the 'Billing' section. I tried to do this but it appears to change the payment only without deleting the existing information for the credit card.

I am unable to down an updated software version onto a Galaxy 727 phone. I am getting a message saying that they are "Staging an app" and asking if I want to install, which I say "yes". Then I get nothing. I have tried to go through online support, and get hung up in the "Chat bot" function, and cannot get a live person to help me. Does anyone know how to get a live technical person at Zoom on the phone???? TIA for any help you can give me.

I have the Basic plan. A user with a licensed account invited me to be Admin. But I only have Basic privileges in that account. Meetings I schedule have the 40-minute limit. Is this by design? Do I also need to be a licensed plan?

Some of the zoom (logout button) and most of the icons and participant names during the meeting are broken and only appear as rectangles. I'm using Windows 10, and I've tried reinstalling zoom, changing Windows settings..., but the error is not resolved. Zoom version is 5.15.3. Help me!
Hi Everybody, On 15 March 2023, I subscribed to the Zoom one pro package for one year.The last time I logged in, my email address was not accepted and I had to approve something, which I did, and now my subscription has disappeared. I had to change my email address for some reason, I don't understand why, so the subscription is no longer live. I have my bill.Can I do anything?Can you help me?
Is it possible to upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan through the Apple App Store? I know this is possible through Zoom’s own website. Just curious if it was also possible through the App Store. Thanks.

My account was upgraded to pro with my company. I received an e-mail from zoom to update and a success message after it was done. Now, it says I am on the pro plan under account information but still says basic in my profile space and is kicking me out of meetings at 40 minutes. help please!

I have a pro-plan ( $15.99/mo) and have been using Zoom for 4 years. I have had scheduled recurrent meetings until August 31. Today they all disappeared. My account does not show at all even though i could log in. About one year ago I changed the email and when i try to log in to that account they say I need to change the password because it may have been compromised so they are sending a code to change it. However it only has a 10 minute life and it does not come to my old email fast enough to change login info. I don't know who to talk to and cannot get tech or billing support. Thank you Shanta

In 2022, I had an online conference so I hired 1 company with a business license with Zoom. I gave that company my email and password so they could add me as one of their members. I paid for online license meetings through that company.In 2023, that company has not run an online conference business anymore. I will have an online event for 2 days so I decided to buy a license from my e-mail address. I don't know somehow that my account has been tied with that company. I bought a Pro license for 149.9 USD and I bought add-on cloud storage for 10 USD on 22 May 2023 to record my 2 days event only. After finishing my event on 15 Jun, I didn't come back to Zoom at all. Then on 21 Jun, I checked my credit card, it was charged 3,995.92 USD for the storage from 22 May-21 Jun from all files from that company since they started an account with Zoom. I sent a ticket to Zoom already 2-3 times but they reply me only 1 about the usage. I try to exp
