Cannot Open ZOOM app

Suddenly, I cannnot access to the ZOOM via installed ZOOM app version at Windows.

My account is personal account with free-email address that there are no body such as IT team or some in my account....

Also, there are no method to version at ZOOM app because all the time pop-up onlt this picutre...

If you have trouble starting Zoom on the desktop or web, joining a meeting, or signing in to your Zoom account, we recommend clearing cache and cookies in your device or in your browser. Clear the cache and cookies from the Google Chrome browser, then relaunching Google Chrome also fixes the issue.
