How Can I change the Log In Email address to a new email address, as I do not have Access to the old one.

Hi, I'm a zoom user from South Korea.I already have the invoice in Korean won, but I need an invoice in dollar.I need to submit it to my company.Thank you.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I very much appreciate any help.   My dad died in December and Zoom wants a copy of the death certificate to cancel his monthly subscription. This seems like a lot to ask considering Zoom is not a bank, retirement account, etc. death certificates cost money, granted not much but it’s a huge inconvenience for my mom to get more official copies. why can’t zoom just look at his obituary and agree to stop the monthly charge? At this point, my mom is more likely to cancel the debit card rather than deal with zoom anymore. Zoom customer service people, what’s up with your terrible process? Is people faking death to get out of a subscription such a huge problem for your company that you require a death certificate?     

My email is no longer valid for my account therefore I can't verify myself logging in therefore I can not get to customer service.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to reach a human being? 

Hey Zoomies! I am having a time with resizing images. Can anyone advise?  I have tried preview and I also tried wix.com.  Nothing has helped. My pics are all getting cut off at the top. : (

How we can get the monthly subscription of zoom

I recently changed my old email address to my old one. My old email address was a work email and I don't have access to gmail and my inbox. What should I do about this? 

I want to change my work email address on Zoom to private mail address, but my private mail is rejected, as I've used it before as a free account. The account I have is paid. I don't intend to make a new mail address for Zoom, so how do I get the private mail address to be accepted as the default?

I activated 500 participants large meeting add-on just for a month. but cannot cancel it now. its says >>   "You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions."   I dont have activated any annual plan. It has already overcharged for two months.

Good afternoon Tell me, please, I paid for the zoom for a year in July 2023 ($173), but now the zoom turned off and I billed for $96. Why is that? Am I being asked to pay for an annual subscription again? How to check information?

dear Community members,previously using my credit card was made a payment for zoom business account. unfortunately i forget the email address for that account. How is possible to restore access?

We were subscribers of the Zoom Pro plan. For a particular meeting, the number of attendees hit the max of 100 participants, so in a hurry, we upgraded our annual Pro plan to an annual Business plan. We want to downgrade back to Pro and purchase a Zoom webinar subscription. Unable to figure out how to do it. I called the sales phone number but was on hold for over 30 minutes, I had to hangup. 

Hi ! When I was asked for my subscription's renewal, I received the invoice with the coupon but not how to use it. The result is that I was charged without the reduction. It should be far more explicit on the mail on how to use the coupon ! Then I spent hours trying to send a message to a billing service but apparently there's none so I sent a message to the commercial service. Now I lost 56 € unless Zoom pays me back ! I'm furious and I just canceled my subscription for next year ! Best regards to everybody from France !

I just saw a carge of 130,42 € and 0,90€ in my personal credit card but I didn't subscribe any plan (I have a base one).Did it ever happen? Does it can be a scam?

Hi, My account expired in July and i then decided to choose a monthly pro plan, now that i try to cancel my annual subscription it says I have unpaid dues and when I checked the invoice history there is a invoice from July 2023 to July 2024. However i was able to continue using zoom through the month of august, i can pay the monthly charges but not the annual charges.How do i go about this? Pease advise

There is a man here on zoom pretending to be a Hiring Manager for Oxley Holdings offering employment his name is Richard Lewis email *********** he tried scamming me for $500 dollars said it was for equipment and I still see him on zoom he just sits on zoom all day trying to scam as many people as possible.someone needs to do something he makes you think you get hired then asks for your debit card offers to put money on it after he asks you to send money

I was paying 15.95 for Zoom Pro. This included Whiteboard, which I don't use. My contract still says 15.95, but I am being charged extra for Whiteboard. I cannot figure how to change this.  

I tried to renew my subscription "Zoom OnePro", but it would not proceed to payment unless I choose 2 users?Why is that?? 

How can I delete my Zoom-community account? I want to delete my Zoom-community profile. I do not want to delete my entire Zoom account, just the community profile attached to it. There seems to be no option for this, so where can I delete this?

Hello I recently bought a new PC (Windows 11). I have a couple of 'old' hard drives, one being from an earlier computer that "died". I never backed anything up, as I don't know how. I heard that it could be possible to get the information off the hard-drive and put it on the new computer. I know nothing about computers. I can send an email and print a document and scan a photo, but not much more than that. A friend of mine, who is a computer genius took the hard drives and transferred all the documents and photos onto an external hard drive. When I plugged this into my computer and tried to look at the photos with Picasa, over 5000 images went whizzing by, but I did not see the images -- they just showed what looked like the Golden Gate Bridge. So I stopped the download, as it seemed it would never end. I asked my friend about it. He said I should download Zoom, so he could talk to me and show me what to do. When I tried to create an account, using my email address, Zoom told me I alre

I can get into my account, but it wants your old password, and I do not remember it. There is not a spot to send a link to your email so you can reset to a new password. I have a meeting to attend tomorrow and I have NOT received a link to join the meeting or an email. I have registered 6 times, and still no email.

Hi! I am trying to pay as there is a warning every time I start a meeting and when I try to pay it just appears as they cannot do it at the moment , as an error occurring . I ´ve already given an alternative credit card number as support for the payment and it´s not happening! since yesterday.

I am so confused. I pay for a Zoom Plan. I need to add two more lincences for one month, so I pay for the one month upgrade. They told me that they will charge me if I didnt cancel the upgrade beofre the month finished. I did it. And now they are telling me that I have a basic plan. I payed for the whole year on April, but I just wanted to cancel the other 2 licences that I bought.
