I lost my pro packet.

Hi Everybody,

 

On 15 March 2023, I subscribed to the Zoom one pro package for one year.

The last time I logged in, my email address was not accepted and I had to approve something, which I did, and now my subscription has disappeared. I had to change my email address for some reason, I don't understand why, so the subscription is no longer live. I have my bill.

Can I do anything?

Can you help me?
