i have done payment for pro account last friday ,but still my account is in basic plan .  i raised tickets but no one replay

    Hi @neethuoet was @Bri able to resolve your issue? If you're still having issues AFTER assigning your license, go to the Zoom desktop client, sign out and sign back in and see if you are licensed. 

     

    To check, you can check within your Zoom client settings --> Profile
