Hi, I have an annual sub until 24 June 2024, but today I would like to cancel the sub since the company will only need to use it until this Dec.The problem is, I got some kind of message that kinda confuses me.It says: "By canceling your paid subscription, you will lose access to your cloud recordings." Is it means that I will lose access today as I canceled or it only will happen after 24 June 2024?

Hello dear Zoom Community, I have received mails from Zoom asking me to renew my Pro account, which is strange because I assumed that the account would be renewed automatically. Also, the mail claims that if I don't renew my current subscription, my annual subscription will be converted to a monthly subscription. Do I actually have to actively renew my account? I find this quite ridiculous. Thanks in advance!
I paid for Zoom Pro yesterday. They said they are still working on the purchase and that I will receive an email with further information within the next 1-2days. I guess something went wrong because usually you get immediate acces after paying.

I was looking to sign in to Zoom with my work email but clicked the educator account at the bottom out of curiosity. I am now unable to sign in without being prompted to sign an educator data release form, which does not apply to my organization/the work we do. Is there any way to disable this so I can just have a regular Zoom account again? I'm using my personal email to post this since I am fully locked out.
