I reactivate my account (I can use it until this October) and Zoom charges me $3.92.Anyone knows about this $3.92?My reactivation fee is $159.90 and Zoom will charge me this on November 1st. It's Company account and I have to explain it to the office.  Thanks

How can I eliminate the flood of ads for up-charged services?  Is there an opt-out location?  I pay to use the service not be hounded every time I get off a meeting.

I am continuously receiving outstanding invoice notices from a "Michael Ochoa" and "Alex Rhodes" from "Zoominfo Technologies LLC". Our company pays monthly for our basic Zoom account and there are no issues with our account or payment. Who/where can I forward these suspicious emails to, at Zoom, for further investigation? 

I'm trying to host a 3 hour workshop where people pay for it within Zoom but have the ability for all students to see each other.  I'm just not sure I can do this all within Zoom. So I'm looking to do one of two things: Either charge a fee for my workshop via Zoom Meetings OR have the ability to see everyone in the Zoom Webinars where I can charge a fee. How can I do either of these?

When I schedule a zoom call through outlook, it does not appear in my zoom account and the call is only 40 minutes. I get a message to upgrade yet I already have. How do I fix this

Greetings.   I'm new to Zoom, switching from other platforms because so many users are most familiar and comfortable with Zoom.   I signed up for a new account, which worked as expected, and then attempted to upgrade to a "Pro" account, which I need to make the service useful to me.  However the payment process hangs when I submit my credit/debit card information, stuck on "Please Wait" forever.   I've checked with my bank.  They see the authorization inquiry and confirm that the transaction is authorized, but the Zoom app never completes it.   I've used multiple browsers and made sure that no blockers or add-ons that could interfere are active.   None of the online help options are meaningfully related, the chatbot is totally useless and Zoom apparently won't provide other help options except to paid accounts.  And I can't have a paid account if Zoom won't take my money.

Our plan was downgraded to basic because we missed our payment date. But even after paying, the plan still says basic. Do we have to 'manually' upgrade the account?

Hi, I would like to ask if zoom has a certificate of residence for 2025.

I have a personal paid account. When I went to create a meeting via google calendar and include zoom info, it said I had to log-in. I logged in with my email and password - but it said the password was incorrect, so I sent a password reset email to myself. That one said I had to log in via my google account on the log in page, so I did that. But then when I went back and tried to add the zoom meeting to the calendar event it said that I had a free account with a 40 minute meeting length - so I look at it on the zoom website and it's got me listed as a free user. I logged out, and tried logging in again with my email and password, but it now says I have to log in via gmail - and thus I'm stuck in a loop where I can't actually log in to the account that is paid (I double checked that the email I've been getting my billing info is the same address as the one I logged in with both previously and now via gmail). How do I get these accounts merged, or how do I delete the free account with

I have several charges on my purchasing card that I have been trying to have removed and Zoom will not remove them. I work for an enormous college hospital system with a corporate Zoom account. I am one of literally thousands of lower-level employees, I do not pay for the hospital systems Zoom account. I have been ill served by their "Tier II" department. Who has claimed that the charges are from an increase in Zoom Room Licenses and monthly cloud services. MY COPRORATE CREDIT CARD WAS NEVER REGISTERED WITH ZOOM! I cannot believe that I am still fighting with them to remove the charges! Has this happened to anyone else?  Hi - Thank you for contacting Zoom Billing. I am from India and was successfully using a Zoom monthly paid account. However, my credit card expired, and I got a new one. When I tried to restart my monthly paid subscription with the new card, it showed the message: “The payment currency option is not available for your country.”I also tried using several of my international credit cards that work for making payments in USD on other apps and platforms, but not on Zoom. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi.I am trying to change my login email and the email Zoom notifies me with.  The problem is, I no longer have access to the original login email, but when I go to try to change my login email to the new one, Zoom says to confirm the change by checking an email they send to the old one.  Since I can't access it I can't confirm.  

HelloOn last Friday, August 29th I launched a 1-hour Webinar but forgot to record it. Is there any chance to get a recording of the event within the Zoom cloud?  

Hi I am a music tutor, teaching individual lessons, each 30 minutes long. I have the free zoom account as I  never have more than one client at a time or a longer lesson than 30 minutes. Next lesson follows on immediately from previous one.  Zoom is now asking me to upgrade and adding a 5/10 minute wait before I can log on to my next client. This makes me look so unprofessional as i am late for next lesson -- then even later for the 3rd one. Is there any way of disabling this? -  many thanks

What type of plan do I need to have to speak with a live agent?

Dear Zoom Support Team, We previously reduced the number of licenses from 43 to 37. The corresponding funds were allocated on our card to renew 37 licenses.However, these funds were not charged, because the invoice was issued for 43 licenses instead, and there were not enough funds on the card to cover this amount.We kindly ask you to reissue the invoice for 37 licenses, which we will pay immediately, and to cancel the previous invoice for 43 licenses.Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Best regards,Maxim Tarabrin 

What happened to the option to put a subscription on pause?  It used to be an option when you clicked on Cancel Subscription.  Now it's gone?  I need to put mine on hold for a few months.  I don't see why I should pay for pro plan if I'm NOT using it.  So the only option now is to cancel??

I’m experiencing an issue with logging into my account using my email. Despite entering the correct credentials, I am unable to proceed past the login screen. I’ve tried resetting my password and clearing my browser cache, but the problem persists.Could anyone please provide assistance on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it? Are there any specific settings or configurations I need to check? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Immediate help needed. I'm constantly trying to purchase the US & Canada unlimited regional calling plan. I've correctly put everything as it is in my plans & billing section but somehow I'm getting the same error time and time again.

My wife was trying to replace the lost password for her account when I thought to use her Apple account to access it.  I ended up creating a new account with the same email address.  The new account masks the old one and became the login for that email.  She needs to regain access to the old one to recover information there.  1.) Is the old account still there?  If so, will either of the following work to restore it to visibility.  2.) Delete the new account.  3.) Change the email address on the new account.  4.)  Backup is to icloud.  Is there a way to recover list of session ids? Anything else?  Thanks.
