I find it annoying and a waste of screen real estate.

Why would they do this? Now you have to open multiple tabs to get anything done in Zoom. Genuinely thinking of switching our company to Teams full time, why pay for a subscription that has over complicated itself for no reason. Not being able to find recordings, meetings, or webinars quickly and having to open a separate page for each one is ridiculous. Who even complained about the previous layout? Everything was where you could easily get to it.

Goodstack Denied Our Nonprofit the Nonprofit Discount. Customer Service claims they can’t do anything. They transferred me to SALES who then said, “We have nothing to do with Goodstack. You can reapply at Zoom Cares (Zoom For Nonprofits) | Zoom. How is it going to help if I simply upload the same 3-4 documents again? I could really use some help. I’ve been on support for 30+ minutes and getting the runaround with “John Dave” from sales and the person before him from support (the one who erroneously transferred me to sales). This feels scammy, to be honest. It’s just wasting my time. Is there someone who can help?

I am a private tutor.  My students just come to my personal meeting room.  For the last six years, every time I’ve opened my room I click “host tools” and then “allow screen share.”  Seemed weird I couldn’t just do that by default, but it was fast.Today, after the update, I open the meeting room and have to go to “host tools” then go off to the side and click “advanced” (not “participants” which would be logical) then “share” then choose “all participants” from the dropdown menu, then close the sidebar that opened. That is wayyyyy too many clicks for something that I have to do every. single. time.Is there no option to just always allow participants to screen share? Why update an app in 2026 to make it remind me of a Blackberry phone from 2005?

In the current Windows version of Zoom Workplace, the Home/Today panel on the right side cannot be hidden. It can only be expanded, not collapsed. There is no collapse button, no menu option, and no way to disable it. This blocks the workspace in Team Chat and reduces usability. The panel needs to be collapsible, just like in earlier versions. Please restore the ability to hide it.

When using zoom chat, some accented glyphs cannot be input, regardless of the user's system keyboard settings or hardware. For instance, the Alt/AltGr+i shortcut does not result in a fada í even with an "Irish" keyboard, but always results in italicizing text. It would be preferable if these shortcuts were changed to make typing input conform with system settings, en par with word processing software - where italicizing or bolding is achieved with Ctrl+i and ctrl+b, respectively. I could also imagine just treating the Alt and Alt Graph keys differently, so existing shortcuts could keep working with the Alt key, but the AltGr key would work for inputting special characters.Another solution could be adding a toggle control to enable/disable the italics shortcut and other potential interferences in the chat options. This issue is occurring in all English and German language settings I've tested - Umlauts do seem typable on a German QWERTZ keyboard, but not with shortcuts on an internationa

Is there a way to customize the in-meeting controls bar at the bottom of the screen?  For example, I'd like to remove the AI Companion, Emojis, Summary, etc, buttons.  It's starting to get very distracting and when it's so crowded, it makes it difficult to find the buttons you need.

So super weird issue that only has zoom as the common thread. Issue: After being in a Zoom meeting for 20-30 minutes, the user's keyboard stops working. This is while in the zoom call and after leaving it. This is an ongoing issue and the user has updated zoom 3 times since the issue occurred and it's still present. User is completely up to date with all OS, app, and driver updates. What I've tried:• Restarting the computer• Updating Windows 10• Upgrading to Windows 11• Updating all available drivers• Updating Zoom• Uninstalling/Reinstalling Zoom• Removing and re-adding keyboard drivers• Complete wipe of Windows and all personal information• Assigning a brand new laptop• Using an external keyboard Whenever it does go away, regardless of what I do, it comes back once the user joins a Zoom meeting. No idea where to go next.

When we off-board an employee I am sometimes left with a voice mailbox containing hundreds of messages.  Typically they are marked as read so I assume that the messages have been resolved.  Is there any way to force messages be deleted?  A mailbox capacity limit would accomplish this but I don’t see that as an option.Any other thoughts on how to encourage users to delete messages after they are no longer needed? Can an admin see which users have a large number of messages in their mailbox short of granting themselves access to each mailbox and manually reviewing the contents in the Zoom desktop app?Can we export the contents of a mailbox?

Running Zoom on an HP Laptop, using Linux Mint, latest version (dowloaded yesterday). There's a long-standing problem of video suffering from jitter and lag. How do i keep the same ID for a reoccurring meeting?

The AI Companion icon constantly flashes if someone is using it, but the flashing is distracting. Is there a way to have it stop flashing or to remove it from the title bar? Thanks.

Hi everyone,When dealing with browser-based video playback and real-time media streaming, maintaining smooth frame rates and low latency across different hardware configurations can sometimes be challenging, especially when heavy UI overlays or custom client-side layouts are active. For developers or technical teams testing browser video rendering performance, what are the best practices for leveraging hardware acceleration effectively in web clients to prevent high CPU spikes during extended sessions? Would love to hear how others approach optimizing smooth media rendering and responsive UI design in browser environments!

Hi everyone,When I try to connect Zoom with Google Workspace (Zoom for Google Workspace add-on), I sign in with Google and grant access, but then I'm redirected to integration-gws.zoom.us/gsuite/oauth/zoom-google-workspace/authorized and get an "HTTP ERROR 404 – page not found" message. Screenshot attached. What I've tried so far:- Retrying the connection from Google Calendar- An incognito window, signed in with only one Google account and one Zoom account- Disabling browser extensions and allowing cookies- Removing Zoom's permissions from the Google account and reconnectingThe issue still remains. Browser: [Chrome, Microsoft Edge]Has anyone found a fix or workaround? Thanks, Greti

We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.

Periodically, I receive a notification “ You have [x] recordings that will be permanently deleted on 2026-xx-xx. Click the link below to view files that will be deleted soon. You can restore any files you want to keep before deletion.”When I click on the link to the list of recordings that will be deleted unless I “recover” them, there does not appear to be an easy way to view the recording (so that I can decide whether to recover it or let it be deleted). What am I overlooking?

Hello,I have a couple questions:Is there a way to know if my e-mail receiver got my automated 30 minutes Zoom invite from Zoom's macOS app v7.1.5? How do I get a copy of the automated e-mail invite that I sent to the reciever from macOS app? This is with a free account and using the scheduler feature. AI chat bot said these are not possible. Is that correct?Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon.

I am working on an event in Zoom Webinar Plus. I want to be able to ask our breakout groups to participate in polls. I’m seeing polls in the main session area, but I cannot see them in the breakout rooms. Is there a way to add polls into breakout rooms? My event is this week and I need to find an answer to this asap. Thank you!

This is for the Zoom 5.13.11 app on Windows 10 Enterprise, when using the "Schedule Meeting" feature. I need to add a long list of invitee emails. Through trial and error I was able to figure out I could only enter 1 bare email address at a time, then hit space to convert it into an object, limited to no more than 64 characters per email address. There is no pop-up suggestion to guide the user on adding even the first email address, and I did not find any guidance in the docs nor here (so far). The field does not accept email standard list entries like "User Name <email address>", nor does it accept a comma-separated recipient list that might be copied from the recipients of an email application, which would seem like a sensible option. The one workaround I found was that I could paste a list of semi-colon-separated email addresses so long as no single pasted block exceeded 64 characters. Thankfully in vim I can quickly convert commas to semi-colons and break up the list

翻譯字幕(Translated Captions)是否也計入語音翻譯器的500點數/100分鐘額度? Does Translated Captions count against the Voice Translator's 500-credit / 100-minute limit? Does Translated Captions share the same 500-credit/100-min limit as Voice Translator? 翻譯字幕是否與語音翻譯器共用500點數額度?

Hi Zoom team, I’m trying to renew my Zoom Workplace Pro subscription in India, but I’m seeing very different prices depending on the device/account I use. Here’s what I noticed: - On my mobile, the Pro plan is showing ₹499/month, and I was offered a discount, so it came to around ₹424.- When I checked the same subscription on my laptop, it was showing around ₹1,500/month, which is much higher.- On another Zoom account, when checked on the laptop, the Pro plan is showing around ₹680/month.- Interestingly, yesterday the mobile price was also showing around ₹1,500, but today it has gone back to ₹499. Could someone please explain why there is such a large price variation for the same Zoom Workplace Pro plan in India? Is the price affected by: 1. The device/platform (mobile vs. web)?2. The account or subscription history?3. Promotional/renewal discounts?4. Taxes or billing currency?5. Different pricing for new subscriptions vs. renewals? I would like to renew my Pro subscription, but I want

I would like to bring to your attention a matter of great significance to the Ukrainian-speaking community and users in Ukraine. Currently, Zoom offers a wide range of languages for its platform, ensuring that users from various regions can engage comfortably and effectively. However, Ukrainian is not yet one of the supported languages. The Ukrainian language is spoken by millions of people, both within Ukraine and by Ukrainian diaspora communities worldwide. The addition of Ukrainian language support in Zoom would be a valuable step toward inclusivity, accessibility, and enhanced user experience for these individuals. I kindly request that Zoom consider adding Ukrainian language support to your platform. This gesture would not only be appreciated by the Ukrainian-speaking community but also align with Zoom's mission to connect people and empower them through accessible communication. I understand that implementing new language support may require time and resources, but I believe

Why is it so hard and complicated to cancel a subscription from this platform?

When creating new meetings I have always changed the dial-in options to United Kingdom, as that's where all our attendees are.  Just this month I have found the option for United Kingdom does not exist on the list any longer.  Is there some other setting to re-add it that I haven't been able to find?
