Price variation for Pro

Hi Zoom team,

 

I’m trying to renew my Zoom Workplace Pro subscription in India, but I’m seeing very different prices depending on the device/account I use.

 

Here’s what I noticed:

 

- On my mobile, the Pro plan is showing ₹499/month, and I was offered a discount, so it came to around ₹424.

- When I checked the same subscription on my laptop, it was showing around ₹1,500/month, which is much higher.

- On another Zoom account, when checked on the laptop, the Pro plan is showing around ₹680/month.

- Interestingly, yesterday the mobile price was also showing around ₹1,500, but today it has gone back to ₹499.

 

Could someone please explain why there is such a large price variation for the same Zoom Workplace Pro plan in India?

 

Is the price affected by:

 

1. The device/platform (mobile vs. web)?

2. The account or subscription history?

3. Promotional/renewal discounts?

4. Taxes or billing currency?

5. Different pricing for new subscriptions vs. renewals?

 

I would like to renew my Pro subscription, but I want to understand the correct pricing before making the payment.
