I want to add people to the zoom I don't know where to get the code

Hi, we’ve just received over 800 spam registrations to our webinar. Zoom support says we have to delete them one at a time. Is there a way to mass delete and a way to stop this aside from switching to manual approval? Since we had over 400 registered, switching to manual will require a lot more work to individually approve so keen to avoid. Many thanks,James

I use Zoom for meetings where I sometimes need to review the recording afterward. When there are several long meetings, the recording files can take up quite a bit of storage, especially when I keep both the original files and edited versions.I’m curious how other Zoom users manage this. Do you normally keep recordings in the Zoom cloud or download them locally? How do you organize recordings when there are many meetings? Is there a recommended way to reduce the size of downloaded recordings? Do you keep separate folders for original and edited recordings? How long do you normally keep older meeting recordings? I’m looking for a simple workflow that makes recordings easy to find without letting them take over local storage.

I am using my personal meeting room link to schedule meetings. I attach the link to a meeting in my calendar, but when I click on the link in my calendar, while logged into my zoom account, I get put into the waiting room, waiting for the host to start the meeting. But I AM the host.  The only thing I have found that could possibly be the issue is that my calendar is a different email address than my zoom account? Is it because I'm clicking on the link from my email that it doesn't recognize me in zoom? But i'm already logged into the zoom account on my computer. So it doesn't seem right. HELP!

I'm using a MacBook Pro with iOS Sonoma 14.0 and the current Zoom website to attend and host meetings. After the last iOS update, a window pops up at the end of the meeting, asking to access data from other apps. I do not wish this to happen, so I select "Don't Allow". The window continues to pop up, although I have already declined this access. Hoe do I get the window to disappear forever?

Recently, my system got an upgrade from 22.04 to 24.04. Since then, Zoom can't output audio to my Jabra Speak 510. * Music players, browsers, spotify can use the Jabra sucessfully. Not a general hardware support problem.* Zoom can use the built-in speakers of the laptop successfully. Not a general audio problem with Zoom. Since 24.04 (Noble Numbat), Pipewire is used as the audio backend system. So, I already played around with some settings here. The Zoom client for Linux seems to use PulseAudio which Pipewire supports with a compatibility layer (package pipewire-pulse). This is installed. Has anybody faced something like this and has any pointers?

Does zoom vdi client supports E2EE meetings? Specially when it offers screen sharing from VM. @VDI @zoom

I have a MacBook Pro and Chrome browser that I am using for a live music recital.  I struggle with knowing exactly how to set up the meeting with the correct audio settings for the Listener/Viewer.  Do I determine the correct audio settings when I create the meeting or when I actually begin the meeting?  I did this before and something wasn’t right but couldn’t determine what exactly was wrong. Grateful for some guidelines.Ed

Hi everyone,I recently started hosting small online game sessions with friends using Zoom, and one activity that has worked surprisingly well is the Letter Boxed word puzzle game. Since participants only need to see the puzzle and discuss possible word combinations, Zoom's screen sharing and annotation features make the experience very interactive.I'm curious if anyone else uses Zoom for puzzle-solving sessions, educational word games, or team-building activities similar to Letter Boxed. Have you found any specific Zoom features that improve collaboration, such as breakout rooms, whiteboards, or annotations? We're always looking for ways to make our virtual game nights more engaging, so I'd love to hear about your experiences and any tips you might have. Thanks!

Subject: Request to Reactivate Online Payment for SubscriptionDear Zoom Billing Support Team,I sincerely apologize for not completing my subscription payment on time. Unfortunately, due to insufficient funds at the time, I was unable to make the automatic payment, and as a result, my online payment option has now been disabled.I kindly request you to please reactivate/enable the online payment option for my account so that I can clear the pending subscription payment and continue my plan.Zoom is extremely important for my office meetings, professional communication, and day-to-day work, so I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest.I assure you that this was an unintentional situation and will not be repeated in the future. I am ready to make the pending payment immediately once the payment option is restored.Thank you for your understanding and support.Kind regards,Rashi Singh

A spammy online marketer keeps sending me Zoom email invites, and it's clogging up my inbox. I never subscribed to their thing and there isn't a way to unsubscribe/remove from list through the zoom invites that I can find. I don't want to block the emails because it will block all Zoom meeting invites and I do need access for work purposes. Nor do I want to just create a new folder because real meetings will get lost in the spammy jungle. Does zoom have no way to ask to be removed from someone's meetings?

I am repeatedly receiving unsolicited emails inviting me to join meetings and automatically entering the meetings on my Outlook calendar.  These are from persons or companies I haven't heard of, or are from zoom for their training meetings.  I haven't been able to find any way to stop this.  I am so tired of regularly having to remove these meeting from my calendar and there is no option to unsubscribe from the zoom emails.  Please help.  Thank you.

For several weeks now when acting as host on a family zoom meeting when I get the 10 minute warning notice which appears in the centre of my screen, if I click the ‘X’ to close the notice the session is ended. This is a nonsense and didn’t used to happen. What is the issue?

Traditionally I understand Knowledge Bases have been optimized for human ingestion and SEO, with regards to AI ingestion in Zoom Virtual Agents(ZVA), would there be any guidance on optimizing the following:1. CRM KB Records (Direct Integration)- to add a hidden field on record for only the ZVA to review and provide answers that is not visible to public (ZVA specific resolution guidance) to improve output. 2. Curated YouTube Playlist (Web crawl) - Adding Transcripts to videos, will this enhance the resources that the ZVA uses3. Word Documents (Upload to KB with manually adding tags and category) - with specific guidance however these would be for internal use and the ZVA cannot cite these as they are not publicly available. This is to improve the knowledge of the ZVA when dealing with support queries that require specific step by step guidance for resolution. Typically when syncing a KB there are column that will display Title, Category and Tag, is there another dimension of data that ca

Setup: Zoom Virtual Agent (AI Studio) connected to a Contact Center channel. We built a custom transfer flow that, before routing a visitor to a live agent, collects the visitor's name and email and sets the correct queue — so the specialist receives the visitor's details and lands in the right queue.Goal: For any live-agent / support handoff, collect name + email (and set the queue) BEFORE the transfer to Contact Center happens. The problem: Whenever a visitor expresses intent to reach support or a live agent (e.g. "agent", "connect with support"), a built-in curated flow named "transfer to support channel" fires automatically and immediately completes the transfer — bypassing our custom skill and flow entirely. The visitor is transferred with no name or email collected, and in some cases no queue set.In Agent tracing we can see the event: "Curated flow triggered: transfer to support channel" — it fires within ~90ms, before our own flow runs. On the live site the transfer completes (th

Hi all I am new to Contact Center, I am trying to understand the hand-off of variables from ZVA (Voice) to Contact Center. In my current config the ZVA has a skill that is collecting specific user info from the caller (name, email, company-id, extension) when they ask to speak to a live agent. I have the custom fields saved to global variables. I also can see the custom variables I created in ZVA in the Contact Center variables. I have strict instructions for the agent to respond back and confirm the variables are populated with the caller info provided. I created another skill for the agent to run /transfer_to_live_agent. When the call transfers to the agent, I do not see any of my custom variables when the agent accepts the call. I have double checked that my variables are set to global, active setting for Display in Zoom Contact Center client, Display Location is both incoming notification and engagement details. What’s the trick to get the details in the Contact Center Agent worksp

Imagine 5 to 15 retired seniors meeting to be taught and/or discuss a subject of interest. Sometimes all parties are in their homes connecting by Zoom. Sometimes everyone except the speaker is in one room like a church social hall or the back room of a small restaurant with a large screen TV and an upgraded microphone/camera on a laptop. The problem is that most of the time there are a mix of people in the room on phones, tablets or laptops; There are also people in the room depending on a communal monitor, speaker, mike and camera to participate. Finally, there are some people trying to be in both worlds with a phone for speaker and mike, but using the monitor to see the group.  The pure groups work fine but the mixed groups have problems with not enough volume, not enough mike sensitivity and feedback. I am sure that part of the problem involves managing the layout of the groups but part of the problem is not having the right equipment. We are not a business with

Linux cannot resize the participant screen or show more than 4 participants during sharing.  When sharing my screen or window the participant screen (video of participant) is a fixed size and cannot show more than 4 participants at one time.  When I am not sharing I have full control over the participant window and the contents are not limited to four participants. As reference:I use a single monitor. I run Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS Zoom 5.12.6 (173) Large screen monitor 3440 x 1440 Dell Latitude 5591 Any suggestions?
