I am a 93-year-old writer and I Zoom technician set up a Zoom recorded transcript to a Zoom meeting which worked for him. I did a practice Zoom meeting with a friend and connected, recorded, and got the transcript but it didn’t differenate betwwe me and the invitee. Also, I would like it placed in a word document. I appreciate your help. I can’t find a live Zoom technician again.
