I've had two instances where my scheduled appointments were cancelled, but they still show as busy when others try to book an appointment with me. This is becoming a problem. How can I fix this and what might be causing it? The opening has been available for over a week but isn't visible to others, and the same issue happened with another time slot, which became visible again after a few days.

I had a meeting and now I cannot find the recording.  It looked like a person in the meeting AI meeting notes.  Is that different from zoom recording?

You open ZoomMate for the first time. The box says "Ask anything." You type a question, get a decent answer, and close the tab.A week later you still haven't found skills, scheduled tasks or projects. Most people stop at the chat box because nobody showed them what sits around it.The ZoomMate Onboarding Guide is built for that moment. It's a self-paced course in 8 short modules, and it ends with you building a ZoomMate project for your own team.ZoomMate's outputs are AI-generated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require correction. Always review outputs before acting on them or sharing them with others. Who it's forYou're new to ZoomMate and want to know where things are before you start asking it for work. You've used the chat box but haven't touched skills, scheduled tasks, workflows or projects. You lead a team and want one link to send people instead of running the same demo five times. No admin access needed. Everything in the guide happens in your own ZoomMate tab. What's ins

I find the live transcipt feature very useful during our calls. I don't usually make an audio recording of calls. But when the conversation is finished, I usually have to wait until everybody has signed out and then shuffle about to find the transcript,  then open it, then view it in folder and then save it in a relevant directory on my computer.  If I exit the call myself as the host, there does not seem to be way to find the transcript.  My method seems clumsy and wasteful. Is there a better/faster way to do this and can I do it after the call is completed.  TIA GB

Right now getting your meeting reporting is buried in your profile for some reason?! It should be called out here as it's a key functionality:

I am trying to export a registry to exel. the problem is i can not see the names ****** when i go in as owner I can find the BAA settings. Has anyone else had this problem?

We’re exploring the idea of integrating Zoom ZVA into Manage Engine and would like to reach out to any of you that have done this already. The documentation is quite limited therefore we’d like to start a conversation with anyone doing similar or who’ve implemented already.

Danke

I bought a second hand macbook pro and came with the error 1132. Was in contact via email and appeal was accepted . However my macbook is still blocked . After trying to contact with Customer service and be sent to sales to buy a licence (what I did) . Now i am still asked for extra 200USD if I want to speak with a real agent and not AI. Is absurd and a real extorsion. Just want to have my computrer un-blocked what is used solely for meeting about recovering addicts. Looking forward for some real help

Danke.

Hello Zoom team, I would like to suggest an improvement for the Enter key behavior in Zoom chat. Adjust the Enter key behavior in Zoom Phone so it doesn't send the message immediately. I’d like the option to have pressing Ctrl + Enter create a new line instead of sending the message. Thank you for considering this feature request!

The team at Zoom have just introduced Agent Architect, a conversational builder for Zoom Virtual Agent. There is a lot to like here as it takes an already accessible Virtual Agent solution & makes it even easier to build & enhance agents. Now you can build straight away from prompts or evolve & enhance existing agents. Lots to make use of here to be more efficient & effective.Check out the video on YouTube:

Same audio issue on iPad Pro M4 (2024) – iPadOS 27.0.1I am experiencing exactly the same issue on my iPad Pro M4 (2024), running iPadOS 27.0.1.When another participant shares a video containing music during a Zoom meeting, the audio initially sounds clear and normal. However, after just a few seconds, it suddenly becomes muffled, noticeably quieter, and loses its clarity, almost as if a pillow has been placed over the speakers. What I have confirmed:The problem only occurs in Zoom when using the iPad’s built-in speakers. Audio through AirPods Pro sounds perfectly normal. YouTube, music, and other apps sound excellent through the iPad speakers. Other devices playing the same Zoom meeting audio do not have this problem. Switching between AirPods and the built-in speakers does not resolve the issue. The problem has existed since I started using Zoom on this iPad.Troubleshooting already performed:Completely reset the iPad and freshly installed Zoom. Disabled Zoom’s microphone access. Tested

When i record my lectures, my whiteboard gets laggs, and i am unable to write on whiteboard .( And when i turn off recording, whiteboard runs smoothly) plz help

There’s a weekly meeting that I’ve attended for years. Never had a problem with seeing and saving the live transcript until a few weeks ago. Now, when I click on Transcript nothing happens. No error codes, nothing happening to the display. Zoom’s VA is dumber than mud and after literally hours trying to troubleshoot with it, I’m done wasting my time there. Others in the meeting can still see/save the live transcript just fine.I have a basic, free account. I’m using the zoom app on a Windows laptop. Windows is up to date, zoom is up to date, everything is up to date. Please help!

Community-sourcing! Personally, I’ve found that other than functioning as an aesthetically displeasing ‘skin’ with less access to intuitive operations and worse color contrast (that also disregards our previously-set branding choices and still fluctuates between Sentence case and Title Case with reckless abandon - classic Zoom), there’s no significant user/admin-facing functional difference between the ‘new experience’ and the old one (required migration on September 30th, 2026).I’m a grumpy-grump, but I’m ready to listen/learn. I am legitimately curious to know a.) if anyone finds the new experience to be a quality-of-life improvement and b.) why? I also expect that there are some changes under the hood that the new experience facilitates - would be great to hear from Zoom as to what we can expect with this in play after forced transitions at the end of the month.

For a couple of weeks, my Zoom Workspace client freezes for a couple of seconds after almost every interaction with it.  If I manage it into the meeting room, the meeting itself is almost issue-free. During a freeze, GNOME opens a window offering me to terminate Zoom Workspace (or to wait for it). Thus, the message queue is not processed by Zoom anymore in these moments. The technical support has been unresponsive so far. Google search suggests that if at all, only very few other people experience the same problem. Thus, something in my elaborate Debian configuration is in conflict with Zoom Workspace. How can I proceed, possibly finding the problem by myself? Can one activate log files or enable debug output on the command line?My basic configuration:Debian 13 GNOME 48 Wayland AMD graphics

My Personal Room settings seems to have "Mute participants upon entry" set as a default because every time I turn that option off, it's selected again a few days later. I've been battling this issue for years now and it's just not practical to keep having to go into my Personal Room settings and turn off "Mute participants upon entry" every couple days. Anyone have an idea why this option keeps reverting back to being selected?

I am an Arabic language teacher, and I use Zoom to teach my students online. I would like to learn how to use Zoom effectively for teaching Arabic, including sharing my screen, using the whiteboard, sharing educational materials, and managing my students during the lesson. Could you please provide some guidance and useful tips?

With the recent update, has anyone else noticed that the pop-out chat window was removed for (multiple) users on Zoom Workplace 7.0.5; not present in right-click menu nor in-chat … menu; If you recently updated your version, it disappears after application restart.   :(

I launched the app today to an unpleasant surprise - there seems to be no way to get my list of recurring meetings to show up other than from a tiny dropdown?  This is a terrible change for my use purposes - most of my meetings are "no fixed time" and I rely on being able to see and access that list easily throughout my work day as I meet with clients. The other thing I do at start is launch my personal meeting room for drop-in meetings, and that is also difficult to find and access. I do not want Zoom to manage my calendar, I do not want or need a calendar view, and now there is no option other than this useless view? I would like to have choice in what kind of display I have, because this is not it! Older questions about this kind of issue reference a "merge meetings and calendar tab" option in account settings, but this setting DOES NOT EXIST - I have searched the account settings using Zoom's search feature and it returns no results (see image 2 below).

Hi, Has there been a change to setting the meeting duration to great than 1 hour for the One to One Booking type?I created a booking for a 5 hour meeting a few weeks ago and all was good with setting it up in Scheduler. However, today I tried to set up another 3 hour meeting and it looks like the max duration is hard coded to 1 hour now.Am I missing something?
