"New Experience" in Web Portal - Anyone actually a fan?

Personally, I’ve found that other than functioning as an aesthetically displeasing ‘skin’ with less access to intuitive operations and worse color contrast (that also disregards our previously-set branding choices and still fluctuates between Sentence case and Title Case with reckless abandon - classic Zoom), there’s no significant user/admin-facing functional difference between the ‘new experience’ and the old one (required migration on September 30th, 2026).

I’m a grumpy-grump, but I’m ready to listen/learn. I am legitimately curious to know a.) if anyone finds the new experience to be a quality-of-life improvement and b.) why?

I also expect that there are some changes under the hood that the new experience facilitates - would be great to hear from Zoom as to what we can expect with this in play after forced transitions at the end of the month.
