Error 1132 in a second hand macbook

I bought a second hand macbook pro and came with the error 1132. Was in contact via email and appeal was accepted . However my macbook is still blocked . After trying to contact with Customer service and be sent to sales to buy a licence (what I did) . Now i am still asked for extra 200USD if I want to speak with a real agent and not AI. Is absurd and a real extorsion. Just want to have my computrer un-blocked what is used solely for meeting about recovering addicts. Looking forward for some real help
