Hi Zoom Support / Community,I need assistance setting up a co-host moderation workflow during meetings where participant chat is restricted.Current Account & Meeting Configuration:Account Type: Zoom Workplace Business License (300 Participants) Desktop Client: Updated to the latest version on all host and co-host devices Focus Mode: Enabled during the meeting Meeting Chat Permissions: Set to "Host and co-hosts" by admin policy Direct Messaging (Participant-to-Participant): Locked OFF by admin policy Q&A in Meetings: EnabledThe Problem with Meeting Chat (No Shared Inbox): No Shared Inbox in Chat: In Meeting Chat, there is no shared message box for the moderation team. When a participant sends a message or replies to a co-host, it goes only to the Primary Host's window instead of a shared box accessible by all co-hosts. Co-host Messaging Isolation: When a co-host messages a participant directly, the reply routes strictly back to the Primary Host, leaving the co-host unable to s

Use Case:I am a student musician. I need to record myself playing instruments over backing tracks that are provided by the instructor. PC audio is piped into the aux channel of an amplifier that the instrument is also plugged into. The combined signal is recorded through a high quality studio microphone positioned in front of the amplifier, close to the grille. Zoom Version Number: 7.1.8Steps Taken:I have double checked all of the settings. I’ve check the input level of the mic, the output level of the amp. When I record in Clips, it sounds completely useless, with the majority of the signal dropping out. I have ensured that:Original sound for musicians is enabled in settings. High-Fidelity Music Mode is enabled in settings. Echo Cancellation is disabled in settings Under the Advanced tab: Echo cancellation is set to Auto (it cannot be turned off on this screen) Windows System Audio Enhancements is disabled Signal processing by Windows audio device drivers is disabled When starting

When scheduling a meeting in the Zoom Workplace desktop app (v6.6.2), the attendee search field gets stuck loading and then turns into a blank white box. The app does not technically go into “Not Responding,” but it becomes unusable and requires ending the task through Task Manager. This seems to happens when the app tries to pull contact suggestions from the user’s Google integration. Typing certain letters (like C) eventually returns results after about 10 seconds of loading, while others (like J) trigger the freeze. The Zoom web portal does not experience the freeze but also doesn’t provide any attendee auto-suggestions — it requires typing full email addresses manually. Meetings created this way sync correctly back to the desktop app. EnvironmentWindows 11Zoom Workplace version 6.6.2Signed in with a personal Gmail accountGoogle Calendar and Contacts integration enabledTroubleshooting PerformedUpdated Zoom to the latest versionVerified latest Windows updatesReinstalle

I’m preparing to lead virtual coaching sessions and would love to hear what has worked for others. What Zoom features or activities help participants feel comfortable speaking, asking questions, and staying engaged?

Court hearing. Having problems signing on.

Is there a way to revert to the UI for the previous Zoom admin portal? The new UI is a huge downgrade and hides frequently used settings for a corporate environment within several sub-menus that are not organized intuitively. It seems to have been designed with the intent to hide functionality such as Zoom Phone number management.

I am new to ZCC and have been working with our ServiceNow team to setup the integration.  We have the integration working; however, we are running into an issue with phone number matching/lookup between ZCC and ServiceNow.  Anyone else run into this and have a fix?  ZCC formats phones numbers as +1xxxxxxxxxx and in Service Now the phones are store with parenthesis and/or dashes.  If I change the number in ServiceNow to match the ZCC number format then the User lookup works and the user is populated in the Interaction record.  I am hoping there is a way to normalization the phone numbers between ServiceNow and ZCC so the integration will find Users by phone number.  Updating all the phone numbers in ServiceNow is not an option.

Hi!There is a new feature in version 6.1.10 where a banner is present in every chat showing External members are present. Is there a way to disable that? It is very annoying and distracting. Thanks in advance.Ana

I have attended thousands Zoom meetings since 3/12/20. However, in the past few months Zoom consistently turned my camera off.  If I turned the camera back on, Zoom will greyed out and frozen.Eventually I figured out that when my D drive has free space <3.75 TB, I will have Zoom problems.  I have a 10 TB Dell XPS 8940 computer.  OS C is 2 TB SSD with 1.32 TB Free, D is my 8 TB Data Drive with 3.62 TB Free.  I consistently need to move data out of my computer to external HD to have free space over 3.75 TB.  So I re-installed my Zoom 2 weeks ago. Then the real problems start.  I cannot see presenter's slides or maps while other attendees can!  I checked “View”, the Side-by-side with Speaker or Side-by-side with Gallery (sorry since I’m no longer able to see them, the names are from my memory) are no longer there.  I checked my settings many times.  Under “Share Screen” I have “Side-by-side mode” checked and “Focus mode” on.I turned the

Dear Community,The way particpants start recording has changed. Your Recording starts when the host approves it. You should also note that the audio message of recording started and stopped DOES not play when cloud recording is in progress.

I recently attended a Zoom call hosted by someone else. I joined as a guest, and didn't have my own Zoom account at the time/wasn't logged in.   I requested permission to record the call, which the host granted, and the recording icon was present throughout the call.   After the call ended, the host does not recall seeing the video converting message, and cannot find the recording locally/in the cloud. Likewise, I cannot find the recording locally, and as I say, wasn't logged in/didn't even have an account at that time. What has become of the recording, and how can we access it?Many thanks in advance!

zoom wont let me cancel the free trial through the website. They tell me to go to google play but google play doesn’t count it as a subscription so it doesn’t show the free trial. I need to cancel the free trial but zoom keeps telling me to go to google play. Who do I contact to cancel the free trial?

Dear Zoom Support Team, I used to have a Zoom Pro account but switched to another provider due to a recurring issue I encountered. Many of my clients, especially those using Zoom for the first time or installing it for the first time, had significant difficulty joining the audio via their mobile device – specifically through the app, not using the phone network. For many users, the process of joining audio via mobile was confusing and led to frustrating delays. In several cases, I spent up to 20-30 minutes helping my clients figure out how to properly connect to the audio before we could start the actual conversation. My question is: Is there now an option when creating a Zoom meeting to allow participants to join audio only via computer or mobile app, similar to how platforms like Google Meet or FaceTime work? It would be very helpful to have the option to exclude the phone network entirely to simplify the process for my clients. I look forward to your response and

I am able to receive chats during a meeting and can type a reply but am unable to send it . What am I missing ?

When analysing the surveys in a meeting where guests can also register, the names are not displayed.I have a meeting and a survey in which everyone can participate, I did a test and registered as a guest where I can also enter my name.If I now take part in the survey and then look at the results, I only see Guest in the name and not the name entered by the guest. So I can not do any analysis of the result because I only see Guest as name. The anonymised participation option is switched off.

Since the last update, I can no longer see any of my recurring, anytime meetings under the meeting tab. Does anyone know how I can access them in the desktop client or is this another thing that I must do from the browser?

I have enabled Zoom AI Companion as the owner of our account.  I would like to only allow this add-in for one user to test before we offer it house wide.  How do I select which user's can have this option enabled to start?

This red dot from the Zoom dock icon needs to go. It entirely bypasses the system preferences, even if you disable badges and notifications the red dot persists as long as you have unread Team Chats. This is entirely unnecessary and horrible UX design.

Currently when I create a meeting, the default setting is to have the meeting run for 30 minutes. The vast majority of meetings I book are 1 hour in duration, so I have to adjust this every time I set a new meeting. How do I change it so that the meetings will be 1 hour be default? (i.e. a meeting that starts at 10 am will end at 11 am by default, instead of 10:30 am, as it does now)

I am so tired of this platform always making changes to “make it better” and all they do is make it harder to use!  I have spent COUNTLESS hours trying to resolve this and quite frankly I am sick and tired of the horrible support for this platform.I have gone in and changed multiple settings to enable chat in my meetings but it still does not show up.  I also have a problem with it not displaying the correct image in the waiting room even though the picture is there and is enabled!I have tried to chat with an actual person but all I get is these absolutely idiot bots that do absolutely NOTHING but waste your time!  I’m so sick of this platform.  And,  yes, I am looking for other alternatives!  I’m stuck using this at the moment.  So, if anyone cares to try and help with these 2 issues, I would be MOST appreciative!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I know this could be fixed in 5 min or less if I could just speak to an actual person but no, Zoom thinks they are too big to have to worry about us little guys

Hello everybody! Need some help with my Zoom video converting. Today I recorded a meeting on my computer (locally), 2 files with the extension *.zoom were formed. One takes up 1.2 GB, the second - 8 MB. Usually I double-click on one of these files and everything is converted to mp4. But in this case, nothing happens. I tried to transfer everything to another computer and try to convert the video there - no changes. What should I do? Thanks for support.

Hello, I want to report about a spam subdomain https://raynerdavies-co-uk.zoom.us/. I saw its Source and it is having thousands of Spammy links being hosted on official Zoom.us subdomain.
