I have a free account that I'm locked out of. When I log in, I'm asked to use an authenticator app, but I don't have a Zoom code in my current app. I do not have access to any back-up codes and so am effectively locked out of the account. To be honest, I do not recall even setting up 2FA on that account. In any case, now I cannot access it—how can I gain access again?

I have a Server-to-Server OAuth app that is activated and live on my account. When making API calls I receive error code 124 Invalid Access Token. I have verified my Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret are correct and have regenerated the Client Secret multiple times. The app has the following scopes: meeting:write:meeting:admin, meeting:read:meeting:admin, user:read:user:admin, webinar:write:webinar:admin, webinar:read:webinar:admin. Please help me identify why the token is invalid.

The Avatar tab is completely missing from both my Zoom app (Background & Effects) and my web account settings. Another account on the same free plan has the Avatar feature available.Please help restore this feature to my account. 

Hi, at the end of the meeting. ZOOM didn't convert the meeting. I go to manually converted from Meeting - Recording. I open the folder and then I double click the file named: "double_click_to_convert_01" and I get the message: " Failed to convert recording. There is another recording conversion in progress, please convert this recording later from Meetings>Recording". Any help?

My Outlook mtgs show on my phone zoom app and online zoom, but not on my zoom desktop

My account is a single user account (Zoom Workplace Pro) and I am locked out by Admin to change settings but I am the owner and should be able to change settings.The live chat was not able to help me even though I changed browsers, cleared my cache - still no access.

Hi everyone,We are currently facing a critical application-level issue with Zoom version 7.0.0. Issue Summary:Zoom is consistently showing “Offline” or getting stuck on “Connecting…” across multiple devices and platforms (desktop, mobile, different networks). Observations: Issue is not device-specific Issue is not network-specific (tested across different ISPs) Occurs on multiple accounts/devices Other internet services are working fine  Troubleshooting already done: Reinstalled Zoom on all devices Cleared cache / data Switched networks (WiFi / mobile data) Disabled VPN / firewall Restarted systems Impact:This is a blocking issue affecting usability of Zoom entirely, making it a high-severity / critical problem.Questions: Is this a known issue with version 7.0.0? The zoom app is causing my mackbook M4 heat, I worked with Apple support and performed all tests and identified that its Zoom which is causing the issues

I have Zoom Workplace 6.3.0 (52884) installed. The computer is trying to update to 6.4.2.During the course of the update, I receive the message that the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I am to look for “zoon InstallerFull.msi”, which cannot be located.Downloading the latest version of Zoom does not resolve anything. The computer does not accept the msi file that has been downloaded.Attempts to delete the app failed, with the same error message generated.Suggestions / Guidance please.Thank you

My husband can’t log into his account since he doesn’t have access to the email he used when he signed up. So, he can’t reset his password and his phone number is not in the account. We have gone through the AI black hole and nothing. And it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. This is the worst customer service and experience.  And when I try to submit a ticket, it just sends me back to AI.

I have been getting help for weeks and no one can figure out why I cannot add a background photo or use Virtual backgrounds this happens on my Samsung phone as well as my chromebook. It does not give me the plus option to add a background photo and on the Chromebook when it gives me the arrow to add virtual backgrounds it comes up error occurred and it does that on the phone as well. Hi everyone,We have been experiencing a complete inbound service outage on our main number for 3 days now.The problem:When anyone calls our main number (assigned to our Auto Receptionist) from an outside phone (cell or landline) they hear "the number you dialed is not in service." However, calls made from within the Zoom environment to the same number work perfectly.What we've checked:- The number is assigned to our Main Auto Receptionist and shows "Normal" status- IVR menu is properly configured and working- Business hours are set to 24/7- No changes were made to our settings before the issue started- Tested from multiple external phones (cell and landline), all fail with the same message- Other direct user numbers on our account also cannot receive external callsSteps taken:- Opened multiple support tickets- Contacted Zoom support via chat and phone- Zoom support confirmed the issue but has not provided a resolution- Attempted to escalate but tickets remain at Normal priorityBased on

This red dot from the Zoom dock icon needs to go. It entirely bypasses the system preferences, even if you disable badges and notifications the red dot persists as long as you have unread Team Chats.This is entirely unnecessary and horrible UX design.

When did hosts stop being able to assign directly from the waiting room to a breakout room? The new Zoom Workplace Application offered an amazing feature that allowed Host and Cohosts to view the waiting room, assign the participant to a breakout room and admit. The participant would go directly to the Breakout Room and bypass the main room. (Referenced in the “2 new features you might have missed” Article) My coworkers and I have noticed one by one we are losing that functionality. Can this be fixed?

I work in a medium sized office (roughly 40 staff) and have an issue with clients calling back and not knowing who initially called them. The sequence is as follows:* Office staff member calls client* Client does not answer* Office staff member either leaves a voicemail and the client just blindly rings back OR doesn't have a voicemail set up* Client calls back, goes through our auto-receptionist but doesn't know who initially called them* Office staff member that takes the call back shrugs their shoulders and tells client 'they will try you again if they need you'* Cue the client getting annoyed - and rightfully so! Is there a way to identify who previously called a specific number so the staff member taking the client call back can say "I see Staff Member X tried to call you previously - please hold while I transfer you over" ?? We currently use a Microsoft Teams chat but it really doesn't work effectively in managing the process. Thanks in advance!!

For zoom meetings in my group I will copy and paste the zoom link in our chat for easy access. Recently, when I paste the link a WhatsApp phone number shows in the pasted message even though the WhatsApp number is not in the original message. When I try to edit the number out the number doesn't appear in in the edit box. What can I do to stop the WhatsApp number from appearing. I do have WhatsApp on my phone but I rarely use it and only to read messages, not send
