zoom connecting issue

hi all, is there a zoom problem currently going on with iPhone or the zoom desktop app showing connecting and zoom app is not working

    There are currently no reported issues affecting Zoom connectivity.

     

    If your Zoom app is stuck on "connecting" or not working on your iPhone or desktop, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Zoom app installed.
    2. Check your internet connection and try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data (on mobile).
    3. Restart your device.
    4. If using a desktop, try joining from a different browser or the Zoom web client.
    5. For mobile devices, ensure you have allowed Zoom the necessary permissions (microphone, camera, etc.).
