Hey, I for my webinars i use GotoWebinar at the moment and send automatic Mails with Pardot. But now I want to change to ZOOM. Does anybody know, how I can send automatic Mails (1 day and 1 hour) before the webinar? So how are Pardot and Zoom connected?

I created a webinar with a registration link. I see that I have 38 total registrants but I am unable to download the list.  Any tips or help? 

When we host a webinar in our Zoom room, we have found that if we are sharing audio from inside the physical room that it will cut out and then come back in. It almost seems like some digital audio processor is kicking in and interfering. We have had our Zoom room implementer look at every setting that we could find and have tried settings for high fidelity and things like that and it still occurs. If we take the Zoom Room out of the equation, the audio in the room performs flawlessly, the issue only occurs when Zoom is being used. I have asked support and they pointed me towards a bunch of audio settings to change in the Windows client, but I don't really see a way to make those changes in a Zoom room setup. There is a PC in the room that runs the Zoom room client that auto-launches on boot. I didn't see any way to get into any settings on it, like I could on the standard meeting client. Hi there, We use a non-anonymous post-webinar survey to send personalized certificates to our attendee after the event. Unfortunatly, it seems that attends who don't use the desktop app don't have the possibility to answer this survey (the links does not open for them). Is there a way to automatically send the link by email to these users, in order for them to answer non-anonymously? Thanks for your help!

I need to add a test (quiz) for attendees to track individual answers. I used the "survey" option but all answers are submitted as "anonymous." I need to test attendees and track their answers to their email addresses. Is this part of "polls/quizes"? 

Will participants automatically be notified after a webinar of how to access the recording? 

Zoom has taken over mixer settings in Window 10, Which unfortunately prohibits high quality audio.Zoom's audio mixer settings need to be separated ASAP.  This is highly unacceptable and forced us on to the Apple OS eco system for productions.   

My organisation has set up a panel discussion in meeting and we have 50 people registered. To give the hosts less to worry about, I am considering changing it to a webinar. If I change the meeting to a webinar with the 'add on' will the join link etc change?

I work in international company, where we are using translation to Ukranian. Ukranian is not in the default list of languages. I've added Ukranian to the list. In English version of the account it starts with a capital letter, but when I switch to Russian as my account language Ukranian doesn't start with a capital letter (unlike to other languages in the list). During the meetings this could be considered as an unpolite gesture to my colleagues. How can I change this in the settings? Same situation is valid for any other added language in Russian

We are using Zoom Webinar where we have set-up a number of advanced polls.When we share the results of a Short Answer Question - our attendees are only able to see the result they inputed, not of anyone else.Is this a problem anyone else has come across?

We have found that some users can share their presentation backstage in a Event webinar and it will continue to be shared once the webinar has been started but some users cannot, they have to re-share their presentations once the webinar is LIVE. These users have confirmed that they are at the current version of Zoom.  We can't figure out what the problem might be and need to be clear in our instructions to presenters in large upcoming event.. I did search the Zoom Support pages and Community but wasn't able to find anything. Any help would be appreciated! 

Hosted a webinar and needed the recording. I noticed the recording split up in two  as recording 1 and recording 2. Why is that? Usually, I would get one recording making it easier to deal with. Now I have to figure out how to join two recordings together.

guten tag ich habe eine aktive webinar lizenz - allerdings noch nie ein webniar durchgeführt. das hätte sich heute ändern sollen ABER es ging nicht. problembeschreibung:- Webinar konnte nicht gestartet werden und war bei "vergangene" - obwohl das nicht der Fall war- Ich kann die registrierten Teilnehmer-Mails nicht mehr einsehen (ging letztens noch) Lag das am Tag (19.5.) oder hab ich was übersehen? DANKEPascal

When on a Zoom webinar with breakout room  the wrong website shows under my name , How do  change this 

Emails coming from ZOOM and not the person creating the webinar does not make sense.  How can we put my own name down so people who register do not get confused?

In the documentation, it says that here are settings in the Survey tab which allow you to check whether you want a pop-up survey or a link in the follow up email. (see below) There is no "Survey Options" setting in my webinar Survey tab. What am I missing?  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Survey tab.Next to Survey Options, click Edit, and select any of the following check boxes:Show in the browser when the webinar ends: Display the survey in a browser when the webinar ends.Show the link on the follow-up emailClick Save to make the change.Thanks,Mary

i am sorry if this may be a repeat but i couldn't find the guidance to make this happen. am looking to embed a webinar registration form into my wordpress site. the iframe suggested in one thread was of no use - i get the "oh, no - you're lost" page from Zoom"... can someone have mercy and help me with this question, please? thank you very much! nico  PS: am not an IT professional so would greatly appreciate a more "lay-term" response... thank you, again!

Hi zoomies 🙂  Our organization is currently hosting Zoom webinars for up to 500 participants and we are interested in customizing the registration confirmation email and registration page. Basic options are pretty substandard.We are using Zoom OnePro and have seen that it is possible to edit the email template under account management > webinar settings. However, we are wondering if there is a drag & drop option available for this customization, as it seems quite complicated.Additionally, we have been able to edit the registration confirmation page, but we are curious if it is possible to also edit the registration page itself, and if so, how and where can we do so?Basically, the questions are:1) Is it possible to customize the confirmation email that is sent to registrants upon registration?
