i just held a webinar for my clients and want the replay to be passcode free.  i don't understand why they need a complex passcode if I require them to authenticate (giving email and name) before theyre allowed to access the webinar recording.  there must be a little box to check somewhere that allows this.  can anyone help me? thanks 

Hello, We hosted a webinar and our panelist ended the practice session and some of the hosts and co-host did not realize, so the attendants were joining what it was meant to be the webinar practice. Is there a way to stop panelist starting the meeting from the practice session?We also had some trouble letting her join her screen, we were told she had to be host or co-host to do so. Can we make sure all panelists have access to screen sharing by default?Thanks for your help!!  

I just got a month-to-month webinar subscription. I need to set up a webinar but when I click on the webinar tab I get a page which says: "You can host a free 30 minute webinar today on OnZoom! Contact your IT Admin to enable you to host. Learn more about how to get started Learn more about how to get started here link."  See attached image.  ANY HELP PLEASE?? 

I've set up a webinar via Zoom Events for next week. I would like to do a practice of the webinar without having to set up a whole new webinar to do it. In my Upcoming Events list next to the webinar I have a button that just says JOIN. Does it allow me to do a practice without starting the real webinar? I can see no reference to a practice session in my Event webinar settings, only in my Personal webinar settings where I can't set up a webinar. The ability to easily do practices is one reason we have recently switched to Zoom, however it is proving to be far more complicated than our previous system.

What settings do I need to select at all levels of my account so that my speakers and attendees on an Events Webinar don't have to log in? I thought I had it set correctly but my speakers have all struggled to join the practice - being asked to log in and 2FA not working.Also, the speaker invite to someone not in my company won't send. The email address is correct and I've added the domain to my allowed list. How do I get that to work?

I'm learning more about Zoom every day.  Today I learned a lot.  I've been planning on getting a Zoom Events Annual License for some time.  As some of you know, I'm a small (1- person) business that helps nonprofits and small businesses with limited event budgets by producing low-cost Zoom Meetings, Webinars, and now Zoom Events.  I've had a "legacy" Zoom Events 500 license since Zoom Events went into General Availability 18 months ago (October 2021!).  My small business can't afford a large license, but I decided I'd buy the lowest-level Zoom Events license I can get: 100 attendees. Today I went for it.  What happened wasn't bad... but it was surprising!  I decided some of you might want to know about this... especially if you're planning to make the leap to Zoom Events soon. So here we go! On the Zoom Pricing page there's a view for Zoom Events.  I went there, then made sure the 100 attendee license was selected: N

Help! Our webinar registration page is not formatting correctly:a. The webinar title isn't centering as it is supposed to do.b. The speaker pics are teeny tiny--even with them pre-formatted.c. The uploaded logo is also especially tiny. We have gone through all Account Management settings and general webinar settings. We are on a deadline; any advice would be great. We need help launching TODAY.

Hello, I have a webinar set up but the co-host want access to edit the details of the meeting. Is this possible or does the webinar licensee have to do all of the editing?

I'd like to organise an event that is only open to those who are members of a specific professional body.  Is there a a way to request that registrants, complete their membership details when registering for the event?  Can I set up the registration form, with a section where this information can be completed?  Thank you in advance for any information.

Hello, I found that there is a black frame around my custom wallpaper and it looks ugly.  During the test, I used Zoom for Windows on a laptop PC with 1920x1080 resolution.The meeting window is full screen, however, my custom wallpaper is not actually full screen.As you can see from the attached picture, there is a black frame around.In the picture of Zoom Webinar's introduction page, the wallpaper is pretty much full screen and ideal for me. Please help me to solve the problem, thank you!

I'm organizing a webinar and am wondering: is there a way to add an opt-in box that webinar registrants can tick if they wish to receive future updates from us? I'm hoping to be able to develop an email list of people who have chosen to receive future communication.

I would like to record an on-demand webinar without attendees and then make the on-demand webinar available for registrants. But, I don't want the registrant to see that the "webinar is over" or see a message that says that someone "shared a recording with you". I would like a link that the public could click, register, and view. Is type of customization available?

I am hosting a webinar with 4 other panellists and would love to be able have all the slides in one large deck and then hand over control to each panellist in turn. The issue i'm having is that only i can currently see the presenter view and i would like all presenters to be able to see the notes and upcoming slides.  Is this possible without the attendees seeing it too?

I am trying to set up automations on my CRM for attendees and non-attendees for our zoom webinars, however I can't seem to find a way for the attendance to be automatically either sent to me or used zapier to update contact details. Is this possible?

Dear Zoom. I attended a paid webinar recently, and the link to join it was sent to me via a WhatsApp link. I joined the webinar, and it wasn't started yet and there was still 10 mins to go. So, I minimized the zoom App in my laptop . It was 10 mins later i suddenly realized that the zoom app was running in minimized mode, and got a panic attack that my private moments might have recorded by the Host. Im feeling suicidal and giving me sleepless nights   Does your Zoom app give the capability to the Host to record the attendees videos by our webcam? Can the host see our video in a webinar or can other attendees see our video? Is our webcam made on by your zoom app, by joining a webinar by default?   Kindly reply

I record my PowerPoint Presentations (shared screen). The Presenter's View shows a full screen of the presentation. The Recording, though, shows that part of the presentation is covered by a minimized version of the Gallery View. See attached. I want a clean recording with nothing but the slides I am sharing. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

We are looking at having a company townhall meeting and setting it up with Zoom Sessions. What are the viewing options for everyone in the session? Can we have gallery view, or is Zoom Sessions similar to Webinars where we are limited to seeing the presenters only?

I'm holding a virtual panel discussion in a couple weeks, and I want to record the panel discussion.  However, I only want the 4 panelists on the recording, not all the participants.  How do I do this?Thank you,Rick
