Dear all, We are trying to use zoom webinars and create an automated process using our marketing automation platform aka Eloqua. While we are able to get the registration details from zoom webinars into Eloqua - we are unable to have options to map the fields as per our organisation's rules / policy.The questions we have are1. is there a way to get the embed code of the zoom webinar form2. is there a way where we can have options to choose which zoom webinar fields get mapped to which of our CRM fields3. Is there a way we can set up forms with picklists - if yes how and where can these be defined4. When we use an eloqua form to feed registrants into zoom webinar - our registrants are required to re-register using their details prior to joining the session, ideally it should not ask for the emails again.Kindly adviseThanks

We're looking at using webinars to host live shows, and ideally need the performers to hear the audience members responding, but not have the audience directly hear each other - with the zoom meeting approach, the "loudest voice wins" model messes with the performance too much. Having all audience members muted means the performers are performing into the void, which is very disconcerting. Ideally we'll be mixing the audience audio, softening the volume, and feeding it back with the performer audio to produce the sound of an audience for the attendees. Is this even possible?  

Is it possible to check webinar data that being held 3 years ago?

Just noticed recently that my webinars, which were on demand started disappearing.  Zoom Chat told me:Please note that a webinar will expire if not used for more than 30 days just like the regular webinars.I suggest checking this article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362373-Meeting-and-Webinar-IDs#h_01EJY9K7AW89CSZ8YG928RQS8K for more information, this states:Webinars are deleted 90 days after the scheduled end time or last modification.So my 5 of 7 January events have disappeared, registration pages no longer active, and February too.  I have 2 January still active as well as 2 from 2021.  What do you do to keep them active for a year?  Change the date every quarter?  Just edit them?   I have cloned all my other webinars that are on demand and scheduled them in December/January just in case.  I have 7 that I now need to rebuild for Jan/Feb.   Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Tamie

Zoom Room webinar, removing the sharer's name and the number of participants while sharing a power point. we use this for an all employee meeting and we do not want that information on the projection. How can we disable the option?

I schedule monthly agent webinars and schedule them the same way every time.  Today, in my webinar, my agents could hear ME but I couldn't hear THEM.  I checked the settings on the webinar setup and the audio was checked "both" for telephone and computer audio for both me and my panelists.   An agent said there was a recent update to Zoom and maybe that is what is wrong?  I cannot see anything in the setup itself that could have caused this.

Is it possible to upload videos recorded with tools other than Zoom to my Zoom account for distribution?

Can I remove requirement for registration for a webinar I am hosting? As I have already taken name and email address via external booking platform Eventbrite - I just want to send a link and access code like a zoom meeting. This will present a barrier to attendance. 

I am a healer; not a tech person. I offer The AMAZing Healing Session on my website for payment. This is new. To have a group healing on Zoom, do I set up a meeting with zoom for date and time, advertise that meeting for healing and they go to my website for payment, send the payees the code for the meeting, hold the healing session at the meeting time?Also, can I set up a template for The AMAZing Healing Session meetings and just change the date and time for future meetings and still be able to hold family meeting for family things?Thank you, Gloria

Hello All,   Am I reading this correctly? You can only host meetings / webinars through OnZoom with people strictly based in the US?    This limits our entire business. Stripe and Paypal work fine with international. Is any support coming soon for this? I've created our account and even paid for Pro in order to set this up, and now I feel like we can't use it.   Does anyone know of any similar services to OnZoom that work without any location restrictions?   Thanks in advance.

Has anyone had experience and know steps for setting up a Webinar  where the attendees can not only choice their language of choice with interpretation but choose the PowerPoint. In my case I need to have French and English slides but do not want to have bilingual slides,

I feel like I am losing my mind. I SWEAR the profile pic with video off during screenshare used to be square against the Webinar wallpaper.Now, I see the square set in an ugly black rectangle? It is unprofessional and just ugly.I mean, if Zoom wanted our profile pics to be rectangular, why not let us upload rectangular pics.In order to make it look square and seamless, I had to make a black background. I mean, that is a work around but...not very exciting as a wallpaper.See attached images for what I am talking about. Additionally, the wallpaper doesn't fill the screen anymore. It used to (same computer, by the way) as of February 2023.

i have 2 webinar plans, first is for 500 attendees, and second is for 1000 attendees. How do i choose between them when i will schedule a webinar? thank you

Can you give different registrants differnt access to the lobby? for instance could some people access the recording for 90 days while others have access for 30 days?

Hello,if I would start a record in a Meeting, it's possible to ask my participants for an agreement.But If I would like to start a record in a Webinar there is no request only the audio note. Is there an option to activate the request for agreement? Best regardsYassi

I'd like to recommend two features in Zoom webinars:The ability to remove all attendees with the click of a button (eg. at the end of a webinar, when the panellists would like to have a closed discussion)The ability to return to a practice session in a Zoom webinar, even after going live.

Hello! I've run into this issue for the first time today. After a session finished I went to download the recording from the cloud and i get an error, "this recording does not exist"The Audio recording is fine but the video gives me that error. I've checked and there's nothing in the trash. How can i go about getting that video recording?

I am now working on planning an event in multiple languages with live translations.The live translation part is sorted but there are slides to be presented.Slides are being translated but what would be the best way to get people to follow the slides in their languages? Is there a way to maybe use breakout rooms or maybe some 3rd party tool that can be used for this? Any suggestoins how to approach this issue?

I use zoom for one on one meeting and it works great.  I have tried to use to two time for a group session, 4 to 7 people, and both time disaster.  no one could hear, I could not hear them, started stopped 3 times.   Any advice? 

Zoom crashed while my webinar recording was converting. There's no trace of the recording on my laptop, or in the Zoom account. Does anyone know if the recording could be anywhere?

When trying to invite more than 1300 attendees to register for a webinar, I accidentally uploaded a csv that automatically registered them. I then cancelled those registrations, because i need them to register and only have 500 limit on attendees.Now I've sent them the invitation to register link and they are being denied registration.How do I fix this?

I want to have a training event using Zoom Webinar where attendees can only ask questions via the Q & A option and not in chat. I want to disable chat to prevent private conversations amongst the attendees during the event.  Is this possible and if so, how do I do that?

Hi, Today while managing the webinar i was trying to promote Attendee to panelist on my windows laptop running windows 10 and zoom client 5.14.0 , i was getting Zoom error code 3029. Can anyone pls help me resolve this issue.
