Where are Survey settings in Webinar

In the documentation, it says that here are settings in the Survey tab which allow you to check whether you want a pop-up survey or a link in the follow up email. (see below) There is no "Survey Options" setting in my webinar Survey tab. What am I missing? 

 

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Survey tab.
  2. Next to Survey Options, click Edit, and select any of the following check boxes:
    • Show in the browser when the webinar ends: Display the survey in a browser when the webinar ends.
    • Show the link on the follow-up email
  3. Click Save to make the change.

    You have to create the Webinar then go in and edit to get the Survey options below

    Thanks for the reply. My webinar is scheduled and all set up. Could it be something else?

    Check with your Zoom Admin to confirm that Survey is enabled for Webinar.  

    Account Management > Account Settings

    Thanks, Lennie. I was finally able to get the settings to appear. I had to create a survey question and turn on the "follow up email" option. I think it's because if you're not sending follow up email, then it just does the pop-up. But that's just a guess.
