Hi,I am considering using the zoom interpretation feature in a hotel event with more than 300 attendees.The presenter(s), present at the venue, would address the audience in Language 1 through PA which would also be sent off site through Zoom to interpreters somewhere else.Each attendee would then use the venue's WIFI to join Zoom (audio only) and select their preferred target language. Is this possible? Is it usually done? Besides the number of devices that a router can handle (sources mention around 250) and bandwidth (Zoom states 60 - 100 kbps per user for audio only) , are there other considerations I should take into account?Thank you!

Is there a way to attach a survey to a webinar template?  I use the same 18-question survey for every webinar and I currently recreate it for each webinar.  If I could create a survey that would automatically be attached to each webinar using that template, it would save tons of time and aggravation.   Thanks in advance for any assistance! 👍

We will frequently get >50 questions during a 60 minute webinar -- often 100+. Questions are often of a technical nature. When an attendee poses a follow-up question, which happens a lot, it is difficult for our presenters to connect the follow-up to the original question. Does anyone have a solution for implementing threaded Q&A in Zoom webinars OR some other work-around (perhaps a third-party Q&A that integrates with Zoom webinars)? 

Hi all,   we are planning to block certain free mail domains as we could only accept company domains for our webinars and workshops from our clients. I tried using the domain block setting but that just results in people still being able to register with a blocked domain but when entering the webinar they just receive the useless error message attached to this post.Any idea how if we can change that either blocking registrations as well or having a manual allowance step without too much time effort?Thanks all!Regards,Niclas

Im producing a hybrid event that is coming up and my client would like to play a prerecorded trivia video prior to the webinar for virtual attendees while the presenters are in the practice mode. Is it possible to set up a waiting room in a webinar and play a video for attendees while they wait? does anyone have experience/insight on this? I have contingency plan if not. Thanks!

If it's possible...How can i create a backstage area for Zoom webinarAn area in which only the moderators and the host can stay and talk without the attendees being able to hear the conversations. Nevertheless, the current video of the speaker who is currently giving his presentation to the audience should be visible and audible in this area.

Hey there, I am currently creating a new webinar for our event series.Last year, the work was done by an agency that had added minor details that I can't find at the moment.For example, a clock with background music was always played before the webinar started. Where and how can I set this up?At the start of the webinar, a short video was automatically played before the moderator could be seen. Again, the question. Hi, We want to host a webinar during which we want to involve the attendees in our discussions. To ensure quality interaction, we also want to be able to see (video on) the attendee who will be speaking. This means the attendee has to be given Panellist rights. During a webinar we tried this, but got error code 3041. I entered the webinar as attendee and my colleague was host. She could invite me to become panellist, I got the invitation on my screen, but when I clicked to accept, nothing happened and my colleague got the error code. The Zoom articles to support in this only speak about making attendees panellist before the webinar starts, but not how during webinars. Your advice would be highly appreciated!Best,David

Hey folks. So I have a webinar coming up. The event itself starts at 6:30, but panelists show up at 6 to make sure everything is good to go. Participants also join the meeting early, but I'd like to find a way to ensure that the panelists can speak in private until the actual start of the event. I've considered a waiting room but I'm also not entirely sure how to go about this. It would be best if everyone could join whenever they want, but participants cannot hear panelists until it's time for it to actually start.

I would appreciate you help me and my team. Here's our need. We Will have a webinar and a number of attendees who Will interact with a presenter AND I need the panelists to be able to interact with the presenter unnoticed to attendeesduring presentation . Can anyone help?

If I was a hoster, May I see who were the participants at the last Web seminar?

 I want to live stream Zoom Conference via OBS Studio: I want to know if is there a way to activate NDI Output on Zoom Desktop Client (not Zoom Rooms) in order to have native video/audio separate scenes for each participant directly in OBS Studio.

Our panelists entered the practice session/backstage but couldn't turn on their video. It said "host has blocked video" and when I went into my Zoom account, I saw that the video was turned off for panelists in the individual session/webinar, but I'm unable to edit it there in my account. When I click "edit event" in my zoom account it takes me back to the Zoom event/hub. Where in that hub can I change/turn on panelist videos? 

Hi.I do zoom webinars through eventbrite.com. Before the webinar begins I'll log into it, just to make sure I don't miss/forget it, and I've been doing things this way for about a year (I participate in 30+ webinars per month).A few weeks ago something changed, and I know it wasn't me that made the change because I don't go into settings for anything related to these.What is happening now is that about fifteen minutes before start the "Please wait for the host to start this webinar." message comes forward in my Windows and centers on the screen. If the popup is minimized it returns a minute later, where it was. Every few minutes it centers itself on the screen again. What I've had to resort to is making my work window 1/3 my screen (either to the left or the right of the popup) so I continue working unimpeded.How can I prevent this from happening?Thanks 🙂

Hello to all of you,When I upgrade from Webinar to Zoom Events can I still organize webinars? We would like to use Events for conferences and Webinar for simple one hour sessions.Do we need both tools?Or does Events include all features of Webinar?

Hi, My company plans to hold a webinar in a few weeks' time.  Our two main sources of registration is via our website and through LinkedIn events. We'd like to open a registration for people who visit our webiste (we'd like to have their emails and phone numbers) and yet, we'd like to keep the event open for unregistrants as people who register on LinkedIn will be able to attend the webinar using a link. What is the best way to go about it? Thanks @webinar

HelloI set up custom questions for Zoom webinar registration, for a session that hasn't taken place just yet.  However, I've gone to Account Management, Reports, and Registration Report, selected the webinars I would like to know who has registered and what their answers are.  I'm able to download but it doesn't include the answers to the custom questions.  I've checked the questions and they are in the webinar I set up so I'm a bit stumped about how I can get access to them.  Can you help as I need this for research before the webinar/s. Thanks 

Hi all,  It seems there is a bug - my webinar is starting in about 2 hours, and it seems the practice session yesterday triggered the webinar to generate attendees. So now the 3 people in the practice session were registered as Attended, and all folks who registered are "No Show".  I even checked the webinar reports and it looks like it generated an attendee report in Zoom. The date and time are correct (date: 5/31, time: 10AM PST) and we did not start the webinar in our practice session. The event is synced to Marketo and we have email campaigns triggered based on registration status.  Please let me know if there is a solution! 

I am trying to share 2 PowerPoint slides at once on my screen. The context is that the presentation is bilingual and therefore, we need to present both English and French PPT deck side by side at the same time. Do you guys know how I would go about doing that? I know it's doable as I have seen other people do it.Thank you

I purchased Zoom webinars But when I got to that section it won't let me create oneIs there something I need to activate to get it started? 

Hi, we are organizing a sales training program for refugees in Kenya.It will be over 1 week with 1 live session in the morning , and ideally using rooms, lobby, expo or other feature to enable the participants to have a number of Roleplay sessions in the afternoon (ideally in groups of 2)We have a zoom event 5000 license, what is the best way to setup the above? Cannot seem to find a way to rooms
