The host is sharing a video, but the video was lagging so we couldn't even hear it or watch it. Me and my friends' WIFI are all fine. The host's WIFI is fine too, his video is as smooth as ever. He tried turning off his video and all our videos, but it's still really lagging. Is there any solution to solve this problem?   

I recently signed up to host webinars and now I can't share my screen during webinars and zoom calls...can anyone help?

How can I enable acces without cookies in my zoom webinars?

We have a series of educational webinars that occur about once monthly during the first week of the month. This has been going on for the last two school years, and our program is about to come to an end. I would like to pull reports on registration sources, so we can evaluate the efficacy of our marketing and partnership programs. (Having to pull the info monthly is a pain instead of a summary for all time, but I digress.) April and May data came back fine with Source data reporting correctly for the ~7 usual sources we track. Then I went to February and January, and nothing--no source data (yes, we had source tracking links). I sampled a few months from 2022, and no source data. Anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions? Do we lose this data? (I thought Zoom said we as admins had access to the meta data for the past 12 months at least.)

Is there a way to remove "Please submit any questions to: *host email*" from the webinar confirmation email? 

I added custom questions to a webinar registration.  Now that some registrations are coming through, I have realized that there is a mistake on the dropdown for one of my custom questions.  My only option seems to be to ADD additional questions, but I don't see an option to edit my existing question. Number of employees needs to be edited. Adding a new question seems to be my only option, but then it would be duplicated, since I can't find anywhere to delete the original question.

The Customizing Webinar Brand Settings says there is a Social Media Share Description section.  This is not appearing for me.  Did it go away or does anyone know if it is somewhere else in settings?

I'm looking for a better way to integrate our email marketing/communications with Zoom Webinars registration. Several times a year, we host state-certified CLE webinars that draw between 500 and 1000 attendees.   We use Mailchimp to manage email communications, including webinar announcements/invitations and a monthly legal periodical, to 14k+ subscribers. We include our Zoom Webinar registration link in those invitations, and thereafter we run all registrant and attendee communications through Zoom Webinars.This non-integrated solution creates a couple significant inefficiencies and headaches:(1) Exporting registrants from Zoom and importing them back into Mailchimp for tagging and filtering (to avoid unnecessary repeat invitations) and pre-webinar announcements is cumbersome, can lead to bounce issues, and can corrupt the quality of the contact record.(2) Oftentimes, Zoom Webinar a

Hi  Is it possible to set up a webinar in Zoom Events that does not require registration? We are trying to embed via a JWT app and it needs an access passcode, but as the webinar defaults to registration there isn't one. Thanks

I signed up for a On.Zoom class that should have started 15 minutes ago and getting a warning saying "Waiting for the host to start this webinar" - I have contacted the host, but I was curious if there were any troubleshooting issues that were on the Zoom side as apposed to the host side.   I have downloaded all of the most current updates, so I should not have any issue getting in - right? Thoughts?  

I'm about to live stream an event to Facebook page, would event attendees with the Zoom meeting link be automatically diverted to the live stream page when the zoom meeting room is full (max 100)? How does this work?

Hi, I have A Zoom webinar that will be for up to 500 hundred users. I need when starting the webinar that only those people who have paid the subscription to the course be able to join the webinar. So, I need to know first:- Which license should I buy? - I need to double-check with something that is: to allow only users who paid to get into the system, - I first have to enable registration, and then enable authentication and disable automatic approval, and then from my account as a " owner role" allow people who have registered to log into this webinar. Are these steps correct?

Hi all, My organization is hosting a town hall meeting next week and we got accommodation requests that we provide captioning. I'm fully aware that Zoom provides ASR captioning. Problem is, the meeting will be conducted solely in American Sign Language. We do not want our attendees to hear anything during the meeting. Is it possible to have voice interpreters connect to a line, and have the captions appear during the Zoom meeting/webinar and not have the attendees hear the voice interpreter? 

We sent out an invite to a webinar via Mailchimp and captured our registrations in a cloud form. We now need to send them the link and passcode, however, as not invite and rego's not done via Zoom that I am sure initiates a unique link/code for each user, where do I find the general link that covers all attendeees?   Unsure.  @registration

Hi everyone,I try not to post in forums or support communities but I’m struggling to find where to approve webinar registrations in the mobile app. I’m beginning to think this feature isn’t available in the zoom mobile app. Does anyone know for sure whether approving or denying webinar attendees is possible using the Zoom app on an iPhone.Thanks

I am the account owner for our organization. I have a staff member who is using Eventbrite to create an online event (webinar). She will be using Zoom for the webinar and wants to connect Zoom to the Eventbrite event listing. Eventbrite is not letting her connect her Zoom account to Eventbrite because she is not a Zoom admin on our organizational account. I don't want to give her admin privileges for our organizational account. Is there a way that I can set things up so she can connect her Zoom account with Eventbrite? For example, could I make a new role for her with permissions to download the Eventbrite app or make her a group admin? Thanks for your help!

Hello everyone. Is the Zoom interpretation service now available for all pro-users during the meetings? Earlier we have to pay for a webinar add-on to get this service. 

Dear Team,I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that we have been facing while playing certain types of Zoom links in the Chrome browser. Specifically, we have observed that when we play the following link - https://mzgroup.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_VFxH4A2hRiix7MtqCqf8gw#/registration - in the Chrome browser, even if we select the English option, we are able to hear both languages being played simultaneously. However, we are not facing the same issue when listening to it via the native Zoom app. We would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible. We are currently running a zoom webinar and for whatever reason it is broadcasting in the 640 resolution - super low quality - you can't even read the slide text.  Have I missed something in the setup for the webinar?   If we change a setting will this take affect during the live webinar? Any help would be extremely appreciated!
