I was supposed to do a live webinar today with a live restream on LinkedIn. My tests 2 days before were perfect, everything worked, I was able to do this but during the "real" webinar, there was no option in the "more" option to connect zoom to Linkedin (share via the "live on custom stream service"). It's strange because the option that I had to find in the 3 small dots under the name "more" (at the bottom of the streaming window) simply did not exist. However, the 3 Linkedin data were encoded for the webinar. Do you have an idea of the origin of the problem? What can prevent this Linkedin login/sharing option from appearing? We were 2 activ with the same account just for info, 2 laptops connected on the same account. Maybe... I was not host, I'm not sure, I dont remember exactly. I thought I was because linked with the account of the client. I will try to recreate this kind or problem/possibility to see what happens
Hi, i'm located in Italy. I have a Zoom One plan, plus i'm on a trial period of Add-on. I need to plan a webinar with an option of payment with PayPal but i cannot find the edit button to charge my Paypal account. Do you know if we have any restrictions for Italy members?? i've already get in touch with the support team but we can't find any resolution tips. Thank you in advance
I recently did a series of educational webinars. I set up a link to a third party survey for attendees to complete once I had closed the webinar. The team I was working with wanted to debrief the webinar after it was done. We waited a few minutes for attendees to leave on their own, but when many didn't leave, I removed them from the webinar. The response rate to my post-webinar survey was extremely low, and I'm wondering if the survey did not appear for people who were removed from the webinar. Does anybody know if this is the case? And on a related note, is there a better way to end the webinar for the attendees, but to keep my panelists so that we can discuss the webinar?
Looking at options perhaps I'm just not thinking about for an event we produce monthly. We have approximately 8 panelists join a month, each with a small slideshow (sometimes with video), and contribute to the webinar at the end doing a Q&A in gallery mode. Currently just spotlighting and sharing graphics and video from another co-hosts computer for speakers. Wouldn't there be a better way to input the slides and video doing a side by side with something like an ATEM mini without lag? Any suggestions welcomed and encouraged.
Hello How I can make my webinars more professional by adding the frames around the shared screen and the speaker's video and this frame work as branding for the event? I hope i made it clear?
I plan to offer my first zoom cooking demonstration. At this point, I have a free account. Will I be able to access and share a recording for those who sign up but cannot make the live event or do I need a paid account? Thanks!
I suspect this cannot be done but I really would like to find an answer to this!I am the host and presenter of a webinar. I am presenting content. But, when I share my screen, I'd like to disappear to the attendees: I don't want them to see my video, profile picture, or even the black box with my name. I just want to be gone - poof!- until the screen share is over and I come back as a presenter. I have one other person with me as a co-host, but she also needs to remain invisible, so spotlighting her is not an option. I have read everything I can on this topic, and I cannot find an answer! HELP, please!
Hello,Can we integrate zoom webinars with email auto responders like convertkit or mailchimp. I'am basically looking for getting attendees and non attendees tagged and pulled in my email auto responders tags. and also tagging if someone stayed for x amount of time on the webinar. Thank you
As a host, can I disable the option for webinar panelists to unmute themselves? There seems to be no concrete answer to this in any of the Zoom articles I've read.
Hi, I understand that zoom recently restricted the multiple registration to add sessions in the same webinar series directly from the public link the host provided. Attendees who registered one session, and trying to register the future sessions, instead of getting PayPal window as usual, they get 'registration attempt detected' email from zoom. From that email, then there are many steps to be able to check the date for adding sessions and seeing PayPal window (my instruction attached). There are so many people struggled with this procedure (because previously, people could add as many as they want from the public link in one step). Even I created detailed instruction for long re-registration process, people still have troubles to register.Question is, are there any settings the webinar host can change for attendees to be able to add future sessions multiple times in much easier way within the same webinar series? Please, please, please give me any solution!!!
I recorded a webinar session of 1 hour in cloud and saw the file size is only 355 MB.. Same video if I store locally will be around 1 GB.. So why files in cloud are smaller? So is there any quality difference if we store videos in cloud as compared to locally?
Good day! I've just hosted a webinar with up to 1000 participants. Is there any way to get a list of participants following the session of who attended?
We recently held two webinars on Zoom, with a pop-up survey for participants at the end of the webinar. Both times, the two presenters stayed on Zoom to chat afterwards. At the first webinar, all of the attendees closed out of the webinar at the end, and the presenters stayed on to talk. We had a 80% response rate for the survey. At the second webinar, when the presenters stayed in the Zoom session to chat, we noticed that quite a few people were still in the session when we ended the formal part, so we closed them out. We had zero response to the survey. So, my hunch is that people only see the survey pop up if they're the ones that exit - but not if we close them out. Does anyone have experience with this issue? Thanks in advance for your help!
We hosted a webinar last week but when I went back to look at the registration list, it was gone. Turns out our month-long webinar license had expired. Is there any way to recover the info on the event? Seems like we should still be able to access that info as it's associated with an event during the month that we paid for
HiI would like to add invitations/register to my webinar attendees but i don't know how to do it.I can send invitation with "add to agenda " to my panelists but not the attendees Can you help me ? ThxBaptiste
I access zoom through a paid platform, and today by mistake I clicked on record the webinar in the cloud... I can't find it. What can I do? Can you help me?Tky
Hey, I for my webinars i use GotoWebinar at the moment and send automatic Mails with Pardot. But now I want to change to ZOOM. Does anybody know, how I can send automatic Mails (1 day and 1 hour) before the webinar? So how are Pardot and Zoom connected?
I created a webinar with a registration link. I see that I have 38 total registrants but I am unable to download the list. Any tips or help?
When we host a webinar in our Zoom room, we have found that if we are sharing audio from inside the physical room that it will cut out and then come back in. It almost seems like some digital audio processor is kicking in and interfering. We have had our Zoom room implementer look at every setting that we could find and have tried settings for high fidelity and things like that and it still occurs. If we take the Zoom Room out of the equation, the audio in the room performs flawlessly, the issue only occurs when Zoom is being used. I have asked support and they pointed me towards a bunch of audio settings to change in the Windows client, but I don't really see a way to make those changes in a Zoom room setup. There is a PC in the room that runs the Zoom room client that auto-launches on boot. I didn't see any way to get into any settings on it, like I could on the standard meeting client. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to shut off any Zoom audio processing when using Zo
Hi there, We use a non-anonymous post-webinar survey to send personalized certificates to our attendee after the event. Unfortunatly, it seems that attends who don't use the desktop app don't have the possibility to answer this survey (the links does not open for them). Is there a way to automatically send the link by email to these users, in order for them to answer non-anonymously? Thanks for your help!
I need to add a test (quiz) for attendees to track individual answers. I used the "survey" option but all answers are submitted as "anonymous." I need to test attendees and track their answers to their email addresses. Is this part of "polls/quizes"?
Will participants automatically be notified after a webinar of how to access the recording?
Zoom has taken over mixer settings in Window 10, Which unfortunately prohibits high quality audio.Zoom's audio mixer settings need to be separated ASAP. This is highly unacceptable and forced us on to the Apple OS eco system for productions.
My organisation has set up a panel discussion in meeting and we have 50 people registered. To give the hosts less to worry about, I am considering changing it to a webinar. If I change the meeting to a webinar with the 'add on' will the join link etc change?
