HiWe have a Webinar of 2 x Panelists being interviewed by my Co-host.Panelist #1 will be present at the start of the Webinar.Panelist #2 will arrive later - about 20mins after Webinar begins.Is there a way I (as host) can meet/greet Panelist #2 on arrival and only turn on his video/audio when Panelist #1 interview is over.

We use the Q & A feature during webinars, where customers can comment on questions, so that we can have an ongoing discussion for a single quesiton. However we've noted that when the question is answered, if the customer replies to it the question remains in Answered, which makes it very easy to miss any additional comments. Is it possible for the question to be reopened when it's answered?

Hi  I just purchased one pro account with an ad-on that allows upto 1000 audience now.Wanted to test how things work but couldnt scheudle a webiner with this error message Not enable webinar feature. (1,122) Can somebody teach me how to enable Webiner function pls? 

Hi everyone, I'm unable to find the option to  "Allow livestreaming of webinars" under the In Meeting (Advanced) section as instructed in the help centre. Does anyone have any idea what is the cause? Do I have to upgrade to Pro?

I have reviewed the "Zoom Events & Webinar" page that lists the differences between the two (i.e. Cloud recordings vs. Post-event recording library), but it is extremely vague.For example, Zoom Events allegedly include both the Zoom Webinar option of "Detailed audience engagement reports" and the Zoom Event-exclusive option of "Event reporting, including registration, attendance, and ticket sales". But I was wondering,1) What the difference is--i.e. what is in the "detailed report" that isn't covered by "reporting, registration, attendance, ticket sales"?2) What is the difference between a "Post-event recording library" and "Cloud recordings"?3) What are event hubs?4) Webinars are  "up to 30 hours each"--do events have similar restrictions? If there is an explanation somewhere with more detailed information than the official pricing page, I would be much obliged.

How do i activate the zoom lobby for webinars

Hello, We would need to enable the interpretation in the webinars in our Zoom Event, but it seems that it is not possible. I tried also to edit the webinar from the webinar section on our Zoom profile but it is not possible. Can you help?

I've just signed up to zoom events and finding it really difficult to understand. I created an event linked to an existing webinar that is set up with registration. Where is the registration page set up in zoom events? I want attendees to enter their details such as name, email, company name, job title etc.  Do I need to create this in zoom events, or does it link back to the original webinar?  It doesn't seem right to have a link to a separate registration page and a link to an event page. What am I missing?   

We are organizing a webinar and we would need to offer a "virtual desk" to our sponsors in order for them to be visible to the attendees. Is it possible? I thought about put each sponsor in a break room, but that would be possible only in a meeting, not in webinars. Any ideas or tips on how to do such a thing? Thank you very much

We require registration for our webinar events. It appears that a person who was denied registration, was able to attend our webinar.  The were only on it for 20 seconds.  Maybe we weren't hacked but how could this happen? Attendance - User Name listed was - GuestEmail -this was that showed up in the email. unlicensed_wswvkav518apmedqi0tlzs03pon7_d0mfnayg4taeoo@iamnotadomain.zoomrooms

Hello I have a zoom webinar and I have a question. I schedule multiple webinar with my account becasue in each webinar  has a person(a teacher) who will give a class, but when people enter to room, zoom tell that they wait to host to open the webinar so my question is how teacher can open each webinar?

I had a meeting on 30th August 2021, which was mandatory for me to attend. I have attended the meeting, but I received a big letter from my boss that I didn't attend. Can zoom provide me with evidence that I have attended the meeting? I didn't have zoom account at that time. The meeting had registration at the beginning, but I can't ask my boss to pull post webinar survey for me. I will host an digital event in November, with participants from all around the world. (Mostly Africa and Asia).I am located in Norway.Will it be possible for me to use the Zoom Event?

Am I missing something? I hope there's a solution I'm not seeing. For context, we are a small non-profit hosting a 2-day annual conference. We want to hold webinars for a series of presentations and panel discussion followed by an audience Q&A within the webinar. After each webinar, we like having a face-to-face conversation for to develop/strengthen relationships. Typically, we have about 150 people attending the webinars, and 10-30 people in the subsequent meeting to talk. I have a Pro meetings account (99 attendees in a meeting) and an events account (500 attendees in webinars). When I create a Zoom Summit with only webinars, I can offer 99 tickets for panelists, alternative hosts, and speakers, AND 500 attendee tickets. Hi there,I've encountered this question many times post-webinar as I often use the Zoom webinar survey option. My question is - how do I get the link to the survey I've created in Zoom that is displayed in the browser after my webinar? I'd like to link to it in an externally crafted email (sent via hubspot) but haven't been able to do this in the past. I've even chatted with Zoom support who weren't able to help. Has anyone found an effective way to do this without using a 3rd party survey platform? Thanks!

I am hosting a webinar, halfway through, all of sudden, my control panel functions stopped responding.I can open Q&A, PARTICIPANTS, but are all blank, nothing on it.The meeting continues, I can hear and I can see live subtitle, But I cannot do anything, all functions disappeared.I did not try to close the app, afraid it will cause ending the whole webinar. When the webinar finished, I cannot stop the recording either. Very very strange! Can anyone explain what went wrong...  

During  a webinar, after updating to the latest version (5.7.7) our PC experienced unique anomalies that other participants did not.  While other panelists were sharing their screens (Powerpoints) our screen went dark.  Our PC also lost the ability to switch between views (swap between large shared screen and presenter, etc.).  It just froze.  And after the panelist finished sharing their screen nothing changed.  Our screen remained dark.  Eventually we lost all picture.We left the meeting at one point and logged back in.  Fine for a while and then problem reoccurred.  Became an audio-only Zoom.  This is an older HP Pavilion laptop with an i5 processor.  We'll be replacing with a newer computer but I'd like to get to the bottom of this before we possibly replicate the problem.  Thank you for your thoughts. 

hi. We had a technical issue (well a few of them) on a webinar last night. I would love to actually talk to a human to help me through what went on. We couldn't connect a person to help run the webinar and some people that were on the call, weren't showing up on the attendee list. Can someone please help me?
