We've had a huge response to our AI MEETING for Career Center professional where we are featuring a different AI expert each week of July to discuss strategies they could use generative AI to provide scalable career and professional development to students.  However with 450 people registered for the meeting, I'm worried about issues of attendees opening microphones and other ways that large of a meeting will cause, so we would like to convert it to a webinar.  I realize you can convert, but every time I click to convert, nothing happens.  Can you convert a reoccurring MEETING to a reoccurring WEBINAR?    If not, do you know what the cost is to add additional seats for a meeting.  If 60 percent show up, we should be fine to stay below our 300 biz limit.  Thanks for feedback

Hello - has anyone had this issue? I'm wondering if it's because my Zoom login is via Facebook.I registered for an Event that took place yesterday. I received an email from the host saying the recordings were available. When I tried to access the recordings, Zoom showed, No Recordings Available. I tried a different browser but ran into the same issue. I reached out to the host who shared a link. He then wanted me to click on Previous Events then Lobby. But my account is showing no Previous Events even though I had registered for the event. 

Coucld you please tell me how to purchase Zoom events on a monthly basis and not on a yearly bsis as I am

Does anyone know if you can have a webinar without participants creating a zoom account.  This is creating a pain point for our clients and killing participation.  Users don't have to have accounts to get on traditional zoom meeting and asking them to create an account for a webinar is creating a problem for our clients.

Excuse me, does zoom has any features for generating reports for :- number of attendance- how many people raise hand?- how many people accepted to speak after raising hand?

Can multiple panellist groups be created in one webinar, say panelists1, panelists2, etc.?This will make it easy to remove a group when they are no longer needed.

Is there a way to customize the message the attendees see when the webinar has not started and the practice session was set?  Can you add logos, videos, etc.?  Right now you just get a message that says "Please Wait.  The webinar will begin soon.  Start Time and title of the Webinar and a Test My Speaker"   

I set up surveys for my Zoom Event both at the event level and at the session level, but I do not know where they actually show up when the session is over. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Recently during one of our live trainings, an attendee noted that the cursors gestures were sporadic and distracting. Does anyone have good ideas on how to handle this when sharing live demo content/slide content?

Por vezes essa condição nos favoreceu e deu certo. Contudo continuamos a enfrentar problemas quando temos som na apresentação, o microfone por vezes é desativado ou entra com muita interferência sobre o som do slide.Precisamos de uma solução para continuarmos a utilizar esta plataforma.

For those who regularly leads Zoom webinars, when the speaker is screen-sharing, it usually looks like this to the attendees... with the screen-shared material taking up most of the screen, and the speaker camera in the corner. I believe there is a setting that the host can do to remove that box, and just have the entire screen be the screen-shared presentation.Does anyone know what that setting is? Thank you!

We had a webinar the whole today in the report, the Time in Session are all zero.  How do I recover the actual number of minutes? 

I would like to use the Post Attendee URL option to redirect people after the webinar to our webpage. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I tried a couple of times to join via browser as well as an application but it looks like the option wasn't applied. I see the standard notification "thanks for joining". My colleague added me as a "user" to her zoom account to help manage a webinar. When I log into my account though, I don't see the webinar.  It starts in 20 minutes...

Hello, Experiencing an major issue with the March 2022 update on reporting practice, despite having an Eventbrite integration.   The integration is supposed to share all Eventbrite attendee registrations with with Zoom and subsequently Zoom is supposed to automatically check-in attendees who attended  the meeting / webinar on Eventbrite.See outline of what to expect here on Eventbrite's website See outline of what to expect on Zoom's App marketplace --> both list the sharing of attendee details between the two platforms.   We now find that registrations are no longer being transferred from Eventbrite to Zoom, and therefore attendee reports are devoid of emails. For a webinar tonight (6/12), I have four panelists (and I am the host). How can I show one panelist when they are presenting and not the others when they are not presenting? And, how do I bring all four back on the screen together for the Q & A?

We ran a 1.5 hour webinar and on review of the downloaded recording, it captured the beginning and then jumped straight to the second half — any way of retrieving the entire event?
