Zoom updated to 5.7.7 yesterday.When running a Webinar the program went into an unresponsive state.We had to reboot twice during our 3 hour meeting.Anyone else experiencing issues. I looked for the Zoom log but discovered it wasn't under the C:\user appdata profile.

I've been trying to enter the live Zoom demo webinar, but when I place my information and my company's details, it doesn't let me pick a time and date. Without this, I can't enter any of the webinars.

Hi, the invitations are sent automatically. Or do I have to send them each individually for webinar?

Is it possible to add an attachment (handout) to the webinar registration confirmation email?

When im hosting a webinar, the people watching the webinar are getting blank boxes come up on there screen where my menue is or if i open a drop bown box. Why is this?

Is it possible to run a pre-recorded video in the lobby of a multi-session event for intermission/lunch? I want to run pre-recorded interviews during our break. I am not sure this can be done in zoom events.

Hi! I need to set an end date and time in a webinar registration. How can I do it? Thanks for your help.

We are planning a multi-day event that will have participants from across the globe. We would like to offer on-demand webinar sessions each day that participants can access when best fits their time zone. We will also be offering live, moderated sessions at specific times of the day.  I've done a few test events and cannot seem to find a way to have a pre-recorded, on-demand (simulive) session just available for the day without assigning specific time slots. Am I missing something? Or, to achieve having the on-demand content available all day do I need to have it appear as multiple sessions throughout the day (which - is definitely not optimal and will be confusing to participants). Thanks in advance!

Hi, We are running a single webinar using Zoom Events. I did not realise that registrants must have a zoom account to register for the webinar. Even with email access, the registration process  (with a verfication code) is cumbersome on potential attendees. What solutions exist to ease up the registration process? Is it possible to integrate with another platform (Eventbrite etc)? Many thanks  

I have setuo breakouts in zoom meetings using webinars but panelist or alterntaves hosts who join cannot use video. The message they get is: "you cannot start your video because the host has stopped it". As host i cannot find a sitting anywhere to resolve this and am desperate as have any event coming up very soon. 

I have set up paypal under zoom webinar but when I go to edit that payment is required there is nothing there to click. Everything is set up and the setting says paypal is connected. What am I missing??

During a webinar of which I am the host, we have several different language interpretations running at the same time. However, often the French translation shows as being assigned to the English channel, even though it is set up correctly in the dashboard.Does anyone else have this error or know how to resolve it?

 I have been testing the new ASL interpretation channel. I generally have two ASL interpreters that rotate every 15/20 minutes or so.I have not used the channel yet in a webinar because I can't figure out how ASL interpreters activate/deactivate their videos when they rotate in their function. Any ideas on how to do this? Are they able to do this on their own or does the host need to intervene? Thanks in advance for your help. 

Experiencing a data issue while extracting Webinars Analytics data using Zoom Attendee and Polling API.In API response, we have found few cases where registrants are available in poll data but not in Attendee data.Logically polling registrant list should be subset of attendee list. Same is happening when we manually extract Analytics report from Zoom platform. Please suggest how can I solve this. 

Hello zoom peeps and pros, I'm hosting my first ever online seminar in a month and before I post the announcement Im double checking that I have what it takes! I know I can have up to 100 participants, that would be a great problem to have. It will be either 2 hours or 2.5 hours. I would hope for 20-30 peeps if super lucky. I found a checklist for Zoom webinars that is super helpful and also overwhelming. I was hoping it was as simple as emailing the registrants a Zoom link and have watched enough Seminars to know what I want with chat feature and sharing a Powerpoint doc (50 slides). I don't need to purchase a co-host license, will just let my colleague who is attending, watch the chat when i turn it on. What else do I need to consider? I saw a post about not selecting 'Requiring attendees authenticated users to join' - so that participants can join with just a browser and not need a Zoom account. Check. good to know. Other question: Do I have to purchase a Webinar feature ? Or c

Hi all!Who can help me regarding the meetings recorded on Zoom?How to make the meetings be recorded in higher quality, even if they are saved in mp4 when I watch them, these videos are not high quality anyway, especially the shaded screen looks bad. Another question is that when I share the screen, namely a portion of the screen, a video with me is automatically placed in the upper right part of the recorded meetings (see screen 2 of a recorded video). Even if I put it in different places of the screen during the meeting (see screen 1 during the recording) anyway in the recorded video it shows me in the upper right. How to solve these problems?Thank you very much! Andrian

I set up a survey to show post-webinar and we have tested it. It does not appear in the attendees browser after the webinar ends. How do I get it to show in the browser straight away?It does come to them via email but not until 1 hour after the webinar - this is too long a gap - is there any way to make the survey email send out sooner after the webinar? When I set up the survey there is no option to select browser/email as is suggested in one of the help pages. Update: When they did receive the survey email they then had to additionally get some kind of verification code. Very surprised and disappointed by this poor survey process provide by Zoom. Now we are using a different free survey website to send it out immediately after the webinar.

I added a person to be a Speaker at my Zoom Events Webinar via the Speaker quick join option. This was great as he previously had issues logging in and the quick join meant he didn't have to log in. However, he did not have access to the Backstage area of the webinar. Me and the other Speakers (panellists) from my organisation did have access, but not this one Speaker from a different organisation. I had tried to add him the normal way but the invite email would not send. I tried making him a Co-Host but this did not help. How do I give this Speaker access to Backstage while also being quick join? (I have re-posted this as the answer given to my previous version of this question was not relevant and I haven't had any other responses. This is not in reference to the speaker (audio) hardware on my computer.)

Hi everyone  I have a basic account at the moment but every time I schedule a meeting on the zoom desktop or mobile app it generates the link but does not send it out to any of the invitees listed. Does anyone know why?  Thanks very much
