HiI have tried to read through previous discussions and find some answers, but I cant seem to understand why I can not choose to record my group meetings with gallery view? I can not simply find in my settings that particular place I could choosethat even as an option.So I read from previous discussions that people have ticked yes to Record Gallery view with shared screenRecord active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately - and have only checked yes to gallery view and shared screen.Where can i find these options? I cant seem to find any answers elsewhere Many ThanksSanna

I have tried everything suggested in Support and online but haven't been able to get an answer.  Yes, uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, camera is working elsewhere and whatever else was suggested.  Help is appreciated.  Thank you

When recording (or streaming to YouTube) webinars, the branding name tags are HUGE and when multiple people are on screen do not scale properly, and obscure the view of those on camera. This used to not be an issue. The change happened sometime between - Jan 10, 2025 (last good looking recording with scaled name tags) and Jan 24, 2025 (first bad name tag scaling).  Please advise.

Hi! We're hoping for some advice/best practices- anything would be great. Situation:1. We have a webinar scheduled for "date a" with 100+ registrants. 2. We need to reschedule this webinar to "date b". 3. All registrants have already received an email confirmation with the information for "date a" and they need to be updated with an email for "date b".  What is the best way to handle this? If we change the webinar date, will registrants be notified and/or can we control the email that they receive?  Would love recommendations, we can't seem to find any info on this.  Thanks!

Looking for some guidance or best practices on rescheduling a recurring webinar when attendees have already added it to their calendars.Situation:We created a recurring Zoom webinar (even though the sessions weren’t happening at regular intervals) so registrants could sign up once for both sessions.The first webinar has already taken place.The second webinar was originally scheduled for 13 November.We needed to move the second session to 20 November, so we edited just that occurrence in Zoom, we did not create a new webinar.Registrants already received the automatic Zoom confirmation email for 13 November, including the auto-generated calendar invite link.After changing the date, the Zoom calendar entry on attendees’ calendars did not update, they still have the original 13 November date.When we resend the confirmation email, attendees do not

My organization has hundreds of recordings from weekly webinars over the years. Is it possible to generate a transcript for these existing recordings and if so, how would I do this. All my searching only leads to generating transcripts going forward and the answers do not seem to be applicable to this specific use case.  Thanks

Hello, I am trying to download the Q&A section for the session I just ran today but it shows up as 0 in the summary analytics. There were about 28 questions so I know for sure there are more than 0. Let me know how to obtain this info. thx! 

We stream in-person lectures to at home attendees.  All technology including mics and the laptop go through a system that projects into the room and to the audience at home (through Zoom).  When our lecture speaker includes videos in the PowerPoint presentation, a few issues happen with the volume.  Attendees on Zoom are only able to hear choppy/underwater sound clips (it's like a mix of the speaker talking and the video--just jumbled noise).  Also, attendees are saying after the videos are played, the speakers volume gets really low for a minute then comes back to normal.  How can we 1. Have a video play with the volume from both the video and speaker audible, and 2. Regulate the volume levels so the speaker's mic doesn't dip after videos are played.  Thanks!

Hello, I am looking for ways to better customize the email templates that are sent out via Zoom upon registration, reminder, and post webinar emails. Similar t what Webinar Jam does.   Is there a way to do this?

In the webinar tab, created a webinar weeks ago as I have done many times. Just yesterday, I no longer could edit the webinar as when I went to save, received this message - "something went wrong. Please refresh and try again." Refreshing does not work. Today after the webinar got the attendee page but on step 3, it would not generate the report and again, I got the message -  "something went wrong. Please refresh and try again." Bot is of no assistance other than to clean my cookies off, which I have done. 

Hi - I just did my first Webinar. I recorded it and I have easy access ot the recording and the participant's log. However, I cannot find the Q&A log. There were a few comments/questions I did not have time to answer during the webinar, and I would like to go back to those people.  So ... is there a record of the webinar Q&A?  Thank you!Irina 

I added a new language inside ZOOM settings and it appears among the list on the website. However, when I schedule a new meeting and want to add the interpreter, the said language isn't present. Is there something that I'm missing? Thank you in advance. 

Hi, Usually when I share a screen, all user thumbnails appear on the side (when recording to computer), but when I am on YouTube Live streaming, only the thumbnail of the person speaking shows.How can I make all user thumbnails show on YouTube live?

I use the same survey content every time I schedule a webinar. Is there a way for me to not have to type in the content from scratch everytime? I schedule webinars daily and it seems like a tedious waste of time copying out the same survey content each time. I like the survey being part of the Zoom follow- up email so it is important for it not to be a third party link (that is currently an option). Anyone else come across this problem?

Hello,On September 18, we organized a Zoom Webinar for one of our clients, but we experienced trouble connecting to the Zoom servers.The client has a strict firewall policy and needs to know which ports to open before we can access Zoom. I sell my coaching program through webinar zooms. I would love to add to my landing pages and emails an "Add to Calendar" BUTTON to improve show-up rates. I hate having to pay AddEvent over $30 a month just for that, when it feels like a feature that would need to be included in the Zoom webinar subscription. Is there a way to do this that I'm missing?

HelloI have many webinar sessions set up for a Zoom event. My question is about hosts and who starts the webinar. As an example, I've attached a screenshot of the Speaker section for a webinar.  Do I need to assign one of them as an alternative host?If I don't, who can start the webinar besides me?  CheersEDIT: I am the admin that is created and is producing the webinar

How do you disable speakers from entering the webinar from the backstage? As well as disable them from leaving the webinar into the backstage.
