I had an event on 30th May which i had two external attendees hosting the session as our experts.  I have checked everything and all appears to be correct.As they couldn't join and the audience was in excess of 1000, the event was cancelled, can you tell me why they were unable to join as a panellist and were held waiting as an attendee only.I need to reschedule and can't have the repeat issue! Thanks 

Can someone explain to me why on Tue this week when I added Panelists to my Webinar they all received Zoom email notifications of their specific link to enter webinar for practice session, yet on Wed when I added them to another webinar they checked box was not visible and the comments about sending email to Panelists was no longer visible.  Therefore the 2nd webinar, no-one received the Zoom email giving them access to the webinar early to practice?  

I would wish to extend my trial period for webinar to have an experience at least with one event. How do i send a request?Chat zoom virtual assistant was not helpful.Thanks in advance

I need urgent support. I want to set up a webinar soonest. I have paid webinar upgrade from 500 - 1,000 attendees of $340 but not able to add participants to 1000. when i am setting the meetin. How do i gett my attendees to 1000 of what i have paid for.Find receipt of payement    

Hi. For Zoom webinar, we set a 1-week reminder for attendees and panelists. A panelist received the reminder email, but the email did not note that they were a panelist. Also, the Join link/URL in the email is slightly different than the link/URL in the “Invite Panelists” section of the “Invitations” setting.Is there a different setting that needs to be changed so panelists receive the correct email reminder, noting that they are a panelist? Or do we need to let the panelists know that they should ignore the reminder, and that we will send the “panelist” invite manually?Thank you. 

We currently have a zoom webinar setup but we have decided to do breakout rooms and I am aware you can convert your webinar into a meeting. My question is when I go to do it it gives me a pop up that I will lose my registration details. Is it best to wait to change it before the event closes since I will need to pull the registration details of our participants?  

As a long-time Zoom user, I would love to see a 'Chat Replay' or 'Simulated Chat' feature for Simulive/On-Demand events. Currently, I use WebinarJam because it displays the original chat history alongside the recording, which makes the event feel more 'live' and engaging. If Zoom added the ability to sync a pre-recorded chat transcript with a video, I would move all my events to Zoom to avoid the 'jam' issues on other platforms.

I ran a webinar yesterday and some interesting comments came through in the Chat.  I tried to save them before closing the webinar, but failed to do that successfully.  Is there any way I can retrieve the Chat content afterwards?  

I have a webinar scheduled with breakout rooms enabled. I would like someone in each breakout room to record locally (I will make the co-hosts), just like you do in a Zoom Meeting. Is this possible? I tested and it let me as the Host, but I hesitate because of the confusion is here on the Zoom page: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057838Local recordings are also not supported in webinar breakout rooms.

A company that I used to subscribe to receive a service from, but I have since cancelled, is continuing to add my name and email details to register to new webinar series. The company is then using this as an excuse to try to continue to charge my credit card to attend and view the webinars. I never signed up for the webinars and I do not want to receive these spam emails. How am I able to unsubscribe from these webinars that I never signed up to? (a fraudulent company is using the invites as an excuse to try and charge me for attending the meetings!)   

I am organising a Zoom webinar with registration details to be passed to my organisation's Hubspot account. However, I noticed that Hubspot contacts that already exist will not be updated to reflect a new Zoom registration activity. I thought I might instead create a Hubspot form and a landing page for the webinar, with an automation for anyone who fills out the Hubspot form to be automatically registered in Zoom as well. But I can't figure out if that's possible - does anyone have any experience?Also, is there a way to view a registration list in Zoom webinars?Thank you!

I want to run a webinar where I’m sharing my screen and have my thumbnail to the side of the screenshare for attendees. I’ve followed the instructions to have “side by side gallery” and have attendees following host’s view, but all you can see is the screenshare, not the thumbnail. Any idea how I can resolve this?  I’ve seen this info from support but it doesn’t work:“The “Live” View In Zoom Meetings, each attendee has control over their own display configuration; the Host can affect that to some extent, but ultimately the Attendee has control. You can advise your attendees to change the settings in the upper right View menu, with the side-by-side option being most often used to make the full presentation unobscured.  In Webinars, the Host has full control over the attendees’ view – though panelists (everyone “on stage,” so to speak) still have control of their own view. First timer … searched Focus Rite, but the results padlocked on the camera function of Zoom.I have a Focus Rite Scarlet Solo device.  It takes an external Shure Microphone with the “XLR” connection and my bass guitar in the standard 1/4’ audio jack … digitizes and sends to the computer with USB.  The device works fine on Apples “Garage Band.”  It will discern for the vocal track the mic, and for the bass track, the “instrument.”  However,  when I try to use this device in a Zoom session with my bass instructor, he can hear my voice, but he can’t hear my bass guitar.  Seems to me, it’d be “all or nothing” … I DID discover yesterday, in starting my own session, I could hear my bass … but when I joined the session my instructor started … no bass.what do I need to do in Zoom to avail the bass guitar to the program so that my zoom participant can hear it?Version 6.7.7 Zoom software.  Thank you for helping a newb! 

After a recent webinar, I went to watch the recording and noticed that the resolution isn't 1920x1080. This keeps happening. How can I fix this? I want to record my webinars exclusively in 1920x1080.

As the webinar host, I am unable to connect to the Q&A widget during the webinar.  Attendees, co-hosts and panelists are able to open the widget and enter and answer questions.  For me the widget pops up but at the top, the words connecting and disconnected keep alternating. This went on for the entire webinar.  I was absolutely blind to the questions.  It appeared that I could change the settings for the Q&A in the pop up but no luck seeing or answering questions.I am using the latest version of Zoom workplace on a Windows 11 computer.  I have deleted and reloaded the Zoom App.  Any suggestions?

Is there a way to set up a webinar in which the webinar participant will have their camera on, but mic will be off until unmuted by host?

I'm being added to webinars i didn't sign up for by people i don't know. I don't know how they got my information but i got zoom meeting confirmations and reminders for webinars that I didn't sign up for.And the organizer is obviously very shady. They use throwaway email addresses as their reply-to email adds.  It's messing up my calendar cos these webinars are automatically added to my calendar.Isn't this a privacy and personal data violation? How can I stop this?

We are hosting a zoom event and want to be able to control the zoom production studio from backstage without joining the webinar ourselves. How can we do this?  We are finding we have to start the webinar to set up production studio first which eliminates the waiting room.  Help please! 

Hi every time I set a webinar to record to the cloud a local recording is also made on my computer automatically, resulting in extra GB's on my hard drive and CPU usage. I am not sure, but it seems it only happens when I check the “Automatically record webinar - to the cloud” setting when planning the webinar. Anyone els have this issue? Thanks, Siep

quiero hacer un seminario web y antes de empezar la reunión dejamos unos 5 mint en espera a que todos puedan acceder y en ese momento comparto pantalla con una slide donde pone en breve comenzaremos y a la vez pongo música, pues no me deja la opción de compartir pantalla con sonido. No sé como podemos solucionar esta incidencia.

I saw it mentioned that "users can't access simulive from a mobile browser"I haven't not made the investment into the package to test this, but does this translate to mean that:If I send an email out to 300 registered attendees for a simulive webinar, and 80% of them click on the link on a mobile device, they will not be able to access the webinar? Or will their mobile device redirect them to download the Zoom app - and if they have the zoom app installed on android or iPhone, it'll open in that. Curious because normal webinars do that, it seems so odd Simulive wouldn't function the same way.Maybe I misunderstood what the comment of not working on mobile means.

3月15日にウェビナーのライセンスが切れます。次回の開催が4月14日に予定しておりますので、更新する予定なのですが、せっかくなら4月14日の前日にライセンスを購入しようと考えております。ただ、4月14日のセミナーの告知はすぐにでも始めたいので、ウェビナーの招待リンクは今から発行します。そこで、質問です。4月14日の前日にライセンスを購入した場合、購入前に設定して告知をした招待リンクのURLは変わらない認識で問題ないでしょうか。

Is it possible to track and/or collect data (Full name, email address, location) for a webinar with livestreaming if the attendees do not have to register for the event. Meaning “no registration required”. Any advice is appreciated.
