Solved

I bought a Zoom line to keep my personal cell phone and business number separate. I've been able to set up the phone so that it rings and I can make calls out. However, when anyone calls my business line, my cell just rings like normal. I can't tell if it's a call for my business or if it's a call to my cell. It shows the caller ID, but that doesn't differentiate between personal and business.I'd like to know if it's a business call so that I can answer like, "Thanks for calling ABC Business."Is there a whisper message feature or some way to mark which calls are coming from my business line?

I can't find in the FAQ that how I can assign a co-host BEFORE the meeting.  I'd appreciate if someone can tell me I could do this.  There is a set-up in the template but I got a response that I cannot do that for some reason. THX

When I'm in call, the hangup softkey is on another screen - very annoying as I use speakerphone nearly exclusively.   I read an article on how to change "features.cfg" as a means to remapping these softkeys, but that sounds like something which will be wiped out whenever a provisioning/phone update takes place.  Is there a better way to change the softkeys?

Since a month or so, my Zoom desktop client on my laptop fails to produce sound over the speakers. I can't hear any sound, others in the meeting do hear me. I have already reinstalled the app twice and followed the instructions in the support article about sound output for Realtek. Also on latest version of Windows (Windows 11 Pro, version 22H2) and have latest audio drivers (for Realtek Audio). All other apps that use my speakers (Teams, Spotify, etc) work without problems, and so is the web-version of Zoom. Just rather use the app for my meetings! Anyone with a suggestion? Hope to fix this soon!

Good morning, I really need help with this as it's causing me a lot of trouble:I'm always the host of a meeting (an online class, actually). Since last week, every time I share my screen, black boxes appear on the side of the participants: they are "the back" of my tool bar and my "participants +  host" squares where our live faces are shown. When I move the tool bar and/or the boxes where my students and I appear, the black boxes move too. It's difficult to explain. It happened overnight, I didn't do anything at all.  Can someone help me, please? I've tried to uninstall and install again, rebooting the laptop and the problem persists. Thanks in advance Laia

Can you tell me what internet upload and download speed is required for the contact center?

Zoom on Linux (Ubuntu)Version 6.1.0.198 So, the new version (see above) finally brought the new look that was announced earlier with version 6.0.0 (4563). Yes, it looks more modern. 👍 ButIt removes window decorations like the title bar and the borders. As someone who uses the title bar to see whether a window is "sticky" in a multi-desktop setup (sticky means, it moves around with me while I change desktop), this makes the Zoom app less efficient. In just one day, I had already so many occasions on which I left behind a Zoom window (keep in mind that the stickiness changes whenever someone stops sharing a screen) that I got very disappointed with the change. I looked around in the settings to find something that would bring the window decorations back, but wasn't successful. Does anyone have any pointers how to get window decorations back? Is it even possible? If not, is there any chance the Product Management at Zoom listens? (If I need to ed

One of the departments that I support is moving off of the zoom phone system to the one that I administer for our company. Is there a way for me to forward the 4 the auto receptionist to an external DID? I need to do this prior to porting the number out so they have no interruption. Thank you.

Hello Zoom team, I recently purchased my first Zoom Phone license and set it as the main company number. After that, I bought two additional licenses. Although I received a confirmation email stating that my order was processed and that I could get started with my new numbers, I am unable to see the numbers in my account.Additionally, I have not been charged for these two numbers, despite seeing the invoice on the Zoom website. However, I have not received the corresponding invoice via email.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your prompt support.

Updating Workspace. I have paid to update from Basic to Pro. But my Zoom is STILL showing Basic. How do I make my Zoom go to Pro now?

My scheduled zoom meetings are not being received by invited participants. When I type their email in, there is a red dot next to it?

Hello - I purchased a Zoom phone to make calls, and send SMS when coaching with clients. Not exactly a "campaign" one can say. My two questions please - 1. My "brand" is approved and active. Do I still need to submit a 10DLC campaign just to send messages? 2. I previously submitted a campaign which got rejected for the following reason. The abbreviations make it difficult to understand what is being said. Can you please explain what they are trying to say. Thank you! "Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign CPBEAES. Explanation: Webform requires TN; update CTA/missing disclaimer. Please include Message Frequency, Data Rates, Help, and Stop disclaimer with the webform."

Hi All, Is anyone aware of a way to set up Zoom Phone so that our users can dial to an extension and their call will automatically be answered by multiple devices simultaneously?  Think of a scenario where the head of security needs to announce something to 3 guards located at desks throughout the facility.  The guards only need to hear the message but don't need to respond.  The new push-to-talk feature would work great if we were using the Zoom smartphone app in this scenario.  However, we're using Polycom VVX 311 and VVX 411 handsets.  In general, is this possible?  If our Polycom phones are the limiting factor, is there a handset where this would definitely work?

Hello! I kept getting Error Code 1132 when I tried signing in on my iPhone. Even when I tried using a different email to sign in or uninstalling then reinstalling the app, it kept encountering the same error. I already sent an appeal to Zoom Trust & Safety as well. How long will it take to be resolved? Thank you very much!

Hi everyone. Can someone point me to where I can find the release schedule for Zoom Phone? There was a recent update to the call logs which really threw me for a loop. I found the release notes but obviously too late. I'm mostly familiar with Salesforce where they publish pre-release notes that tell you what's coming. I'm looking for something similar for Zoom Phone so I'm not caught off guard after the next release. Thanks!

I have been leading a consistent Zoom meeting every morning. Done it for 5 years now. I'm wanting to know if all the people who have ever come to the meeting after they register their email is there a setting that Zoom has all we can send them an email on a regular basis. Like the automated system does for webinars. I get emails for webinars on the consistent basis. And I'm wondering if we can send out the same kind of consistent notifications to remember this meeting that we do everyday. Any help is appreciated

Paid for PRO and need it today to do a live webinar.  Followed all the steps suggested in support form and still I am stuck in Basic.  The chat bot is worthless. How can I get this fixed?  I tried assigning user per the form here and it keeps saying I need to buy a license and don't have one available.  I already upgraded.

During our initial Zoom onboarding, we had set up multiple bots, with multiple campaigns, and multiple campaign locations. After operating with ZVA for 6 months, we've decided to streamline and consolidate product bots and campaigns. We have been able to delete the bots no longer in use and the campaigns no longer in use, but cannot delete campaign locations. Out of the 40 campaign locations, we need just under half of them.As part of our process, we use different campaign engagement windows to notify users of service interruptions, and this change is handled by individuals with less knowledge of ZVA than our day-to-day ZVA admins. Our concern is that during a product incident when a user is under great pressure to quickly adjust all of the bots/campaigns, the user may also inadvertently change the campaign location. We would like to be able to delete campaign locations to help reduce the potential human errors, but also to reduce the clutter of our ZVA environment.

I try to remove virtual background from zoom meeting.  From more and choose none but its not working

Hello. I can't join a meeting using computer since end of February. Before that everything was working. Now I can only use my phone. Why?Windows 11, MSI computer.

I am running the latest and greatest everything.  I hadn't used my Zoom client for a week or so; when I signed in today, it updated the client. Now I can no longer turn the mute on/off in Zoom with my AirPods.  Previously, I could simply squeeze them and it worked just fine.  When I do it now, I get the error, ""Cannot control mic with AirPods Pro".  I double checked my device settings; everything looks fine.  I also checked the within the client and found nothing out of sorts. Anyone else seeing this...?

I am setting up a virtual receptionist station; four users are assigned to receive the call. It always goes to the user whose last name starts with B, and if they decline it, the call ends. Is there a timeout period on when it would go on to the next person? If the first person declines it, why doesn't it move on to the following user?  I would like to avoid having an individual button for each person.
