How do I set a basic Webinar for free?

I need some help with setting up a basic webinar for free can someone help me? Reply, and let me know!

    Well I am a YouTuber and some fans want me to have webinars and my dad said I can do it for free but I have to register people manually 

    oh and if you want to subscribe to my channel the name is XPstreem on YouTube

    In the general public some people say webinar, web conferencing or online meeting to express the idea of meeting using web conferencing online.

     

    When discussing Zoom specifically there is an exact meaning for the term Webinar.

     

    Zoom does not offer free Webinar accounts. Zoom only offers free (basic) Zoom meetings to free (basic) account holders.

    What Bri wrote is not that straightforward of an answer.

    There is no such thing as free Webinars in Zoom. You have to pay for a license.

      I'm talking about proper webinar (this is what the author of this post asked for), not a free Basic license for meetings. It's not the same. It DOES NOT behave like a webinar.
      It seems like you just wanted to advertise your website here...

        As pointed out here, Zoom doesn't do "free webinars".  If you're serious about trying out some type of webinar for free, take a look here:
        https://webinartv.us/pricing 

        In my opinion, their capability is nowhere near what you can get from Zoom, but for people on a tattered-shoestring budget, it's worth looking at.
