I have Mac OS 10.15 and processor 2.7 GHz dual-core intel i5. Isn't that in the list of accepted processors. I cannot access blur.

    @rkutner you have the minimum specs to use the Blur feature.

    If you do not have the Blur option, please make sure you have updated the client and review the prerequisites on the following support article.

    are you saying that because I have minimum specs I will not have access for blur--even thought I do fit in with the specs?

    You have the correct specs for hardware, but remember to check the other prerequisites i.e...Zoom software version.  If you meet all the prerequisites and you still do not have the BLUR option available I would suggest opening up a support case so it can be troubleshooted 1:1.

    I definitely have the most updated Zoom. How do I start a 1;1 troubleshooting case.
