On two separate meetings multiple participants have been unable to join because they got this error message:AADSTS50020: User account '(email)@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant '(company name)' and cannot access the application 'https://urj.zoom.us'(Zoom Web Portal) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. how can we resolve this? thank you!

I would prefer something that is connected to a laptop with USBfor both the camera & microphone something that is tripod-mountablenot a lapel microphone but one that will pick up the podium speaker without picking up the people who will be sitting in rows of chairs between me & the speaker about 6 rows of chairs if they whisper to each other during the service.It will also need to pick up the singing of those attending.  the last one I did was with an iPhone but it was impossible to manage the meeting when it was attached to a tripod & most of the screen was covered it was an utter nightmare to do. Wi

Hello,We have a problem with the ZOOM software. When I use ZOOM, everyone can hear me clearly and I can hear everyone.When I make a sound with the bell that I hold in my hand then they don't hear the bell Such a problem calls out that I use the ZOOM program on the computer To verify this when I use ZOOM in the WEB interface then they hear the bell.How do I solve the problem?

I joined a zoom meeting this morning at 8 - 9 am. I joined in a condition I'm not signed in.I then initiate the recording. The host granted the access for me to record the meeting. I remember there's a confirmation pop up asking about do I want to save the recording to local drive and I respond yes.  This is my first time record a meeting in my device, MacBook.around 2 pm I try to find the recording but, I can't find any folder name "Zoom" under my Document folder. I try Go and find Zoom folder, there was no result.Then I sign in to my zoom account to check in the setting where the default folder is. I click on open button from the recording setting page, it's empty. When I check on the folder info, it created just at that moment. Exactly when I click the open button. Any idea where Zoom save the recording to? How can I access it?

All the YouTube guides on how to confirm the addition of a co host show that they go into the zoom settings and then the button, but I just looked for the button and it's really not where they say, I checked the zoom instructions themselves and it's the same button, I don't have it. Why don't I just have that button?

I created a meeting for Dec. 9, changed it to Dec. 15, then deleted the original calendar entry for the Dec. 9 meeting. I discovered that the (new) Dec. 15 meeting has deleted from Zoom.  The link for this invitation has already gone out via email and social media.  If I click the link - from the invitation I created for the meeting -  the meeting will still open and it appears viable, but I don't know if it is. Also, as the creator, I can no longer see this meeting in Zoom, so I have no way of opening it as the meeting organizer. Help!

I've been having an issue during zoom meetings for my paid account. When someone messages me (I'm the meeting host) in the chat, I can no longer message everyone. The default switches to messaging the person who just messaged me, and when I try to change the setting to "everyone" in the drop-down it remains stuck on the person who messaged me. This seems like a software bug to me. Is anyone else experience this, and do you have any solutions. It didn't used to be a problem, but in the last 6 months or so, it's been happening on both of my zoom accounts after Zoom installed a software update. I'm running on Windows 10 on a PC.

Hi there, I have a series of 7 recurring webinars, however they aren't every week so I deleted the occurrences I didn't need.  Now, I am trying to set one of the webinars from December 19th to 12th, but it's giving an error that the date/time conflicts with an existing occurrence.  I looked in recently deleted webinars and there is nothing there, since it's been longer than 7 days. Is there any way to fix this?

I was going into a meeting and was told to update my zoom workplace which I proceeded to do selecting my Linux system and Ubuntu but it still is not working and no one seems to know what to do about it. Plus all of that made me miss my meeting.  To say the least I'm rather frustrated. Virtual Agents of no use.

Ever since the last update a week ago, my audio is not working with Zoom. Works fine with others apps. How can I unroll the latest update?

I just recorded an hour long ZOOM meeting, it did convert it correctly and now, I see only 22 minutes from my recording, and after that 22 minutes, the recording gets frozen. Is there a way to save and recuperate the recording?Thank you

We interview a group of people a few times a year.  Would it be possible to create the breakout room and assign those for 20 min blocks and have a pre-assigned list where those individuals will be transferred to the next breakout room with a dauting process?  As of right now I have to manually move those individuals to the next breakout.  I would like to make it a smoother transition where I could select the individuals that will move to their next group.  Would this be something I could do?

I have desktop Windows with intel core ultra 7 165U and Windows 11 Pro. I got "Your device does not support Virtual Backgrounds" error when I try to select a virtual background. Looks intel core ultra 7 165U is not on Zoom Virtual Background system requirements list, but it is more powerful and newer. Does anyone know why it does not support virtual background?Thanks a lot!

It would be very interesting to have access to Workplaces via Outlook: for each meeting on the premises, a direct redirect to a plan and route is possible.

Since getting my new shiny Samsung laptop, the sound quality on Zoom meetings has been really poor through the speakers. In a regular meeting I have, where the host plays a piece of music, I can only hear tiny fragments quietly. BUT, if I put iPods in the quality is perfect. I've been putting up with it as I couldn't find a solution. Today I've been testing the audio in Zoom settings, and there's no sound through either speaker option (it gives 2 options but they both look the same 1. Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio or 2.  Same as system Speakers (Realtek R) Audio!) From googling solutions, I've changed the audio profile to Zoom background noise removal Low (previously it was Original sound for musicians). No difference.  I've looked to see if there is an AI Sound setting on my laptop, but it doesn't come up with anything (other Acer users found this solved their same issue). Any ideas gratefully receiv

Bonjour, j'enregistre mon webinaire zoom avec partage d'écran. La vue des participants est la même que celle de l'hôte. Je fais différents paramètres, tantot vue standard pour voir le panéliste en plein écran et tantot tous les panélistes en cote à cote de la slide qui est présentée. Quand je télécharge mon enregistrement, on ne voit que le partage d'écran. J'ai besoin de récupérer mon enregistrement avec la vue en plein écran sur le panéliste qui parle. J'ai besoin d'aide svp 

During Zoom meetings under Win 11 via the Microsoft Edge browser our voices are distorted or reproduced very shrilly when speaking to external and internal conversation partners. We are currently using the Chrome browser as a workaround.

I purchased a Zoom Pro license on 11 November 2024. During the purchase, I provided a password, which was accepted, so it was in the correct format. However, that password is not accepted whenever I try to access the web portal. Using the "Forgot Your Password?" facility sends an email to my email account with a button to click on, which says "Sign in with Google" and that works. BUT the original password I provided upon purchase is STILL not recognised by Zoom systems, which leaves me in a lurch should the need to change the password arises.What do I do?(I use Chrome browser, Win 11 64 bit).

I frequently participate in court appearances via zoom in multiple court rooms.  Unfortunately, when both judges take the bench, I have not determined how to mute one courtroom while I speak to the judge in the other.  My only solution is to type a message to the host that I am leaving and will return after the other hearing is completed.  Is there a simpler way to just mute the host in one court room while I speak in the other?  

I've a situation where in a zoom call my mic picks up voice audio but the moment I play any music the other participants can't hear it. I can speak during that call and my voice is audible to the other participants but not the music I'm playing in the background. I usually play the music on my phone and keep it next to the laptop mic rather than share the audio in a conventional way using 'share' option.Have tinkered with all the settings in Zoom audio video and also my HP laptop sound settings but to no avail.Can anyone help me solve this mystery... thanks

I am using my office laptop, i dont see the remote control option from web when i am joining the meeting. I cannot install the zoom app in my laptop because it is restricted.
