I purchased a new iPad (gen 10) and now my Zoom icons are along the side and top of the screen instead of down at the bottom. How do I move the icons back to the bottom of the screen?  Also, my RAISE HAND icon is now buried under the MORE (3 dots) and no longer easily accessed on the bottom of my screen. How do I bring my RAISE HAND feature back to the bottom of the screen as well?  Thank you

I recorded a Zoom meeting, but the exported MP4 file does not include the speaker's video or participant views. However, the recording folder includes a file named double_click_to_convert_01. Good morning,We have the following problem in Intune with the Zoom for InTune app:The employee receives a Zoom invitation in Outlook on the smartphone via Outlook. He opens this link and afterwards the following error message appears:"Action not allowed: This data is protected by your organisation. You must log in to the app with your account "...." to access the data. For big conferences, I am currently using the Caption API to display subtitles and would like each participant to be able to switch them to their preferred language. Because the Caption API has a “lang” parameter, I tried sending translated subtitles using different “lang” values. However, Zoom displays all of those subtitles for each language simultaneously. Is there any solution?

I was trying to trim a recording of a lot of dead space at the end. Pushed the button, and realized I saved the dead space and lost the meeting itself.Is there a way to reverse the process or recover the original recording from the cloud?

HelloI have been using Zoom successfully for the last 18 months at home.2 days ago I started having the problem where all other people are a black screen.  I can see myself but can't see others (when their video is turned on). This is the same problem across different devices (mac, android, PC)Same problem with different meetings in different parts of the countryThis is the same problem is wired or wireless.Same problem if I log in using different accounts. The statistics page shows severe packet loss on the Video -> Receive side (like 80% to 99%). I have created a group in Zoom to restrict AI Companion for Workplace to a specific group.  It doesn't look like I can do the same for Meetings.  It only seems I can enable or disabled AI Companion for Meetings for the whole organization.  Is that correct?  Does anyone know if that functionality is upcoming? Thanks in advance!

I just upgraded to Zoom Pro. I had a meeting this morning and I can't figure out how to get the transcript from it. I did everything that the support page instructed as far as checking all the right boxes under Account Settings. Can someone help?

I understand how to add a new doc to zoom, but when I search my saved docs on my laptop, it is not showing new docs.  How do I access new docs to upload?thanks~! 

When sharing computer audio the participants hear a loud hissing sound.  It does change with the sound/music being shared, but it is still mostly static.  This is true with audio from a video, just amazon music, and even just system sounds.  The system sounds end up sounding like an electric guitar but change in tone similar to the sound itself so this seems to be a bitrate/sampling problem or something. Feel like I've tried everything.  Similar issues can be found back to 2021 with the biggest solution back then to downgrade to 5.6 which is now too old and an upgrade is forced as soon as that version starts. * I've disabled all audio enhancements in windows 11* Tried 16 and 24 bits* Removed dolby effects and realtek console* confirmed I have the latest audio drivers* tried both the mono and stereo options in zoom* tried the different audio options in zoom (though most of those seem geared t

The icon which appears after turning the video on  (Refer to the image for understanding better).I'm writing to bring to your attention an issue I've been experiencing with the video feature in Zoom.Whenever I turn on my video during a meeting, the camera icon appears in place of my actual video feed, despite having granted full access to my camera. I've double-checked the settings, and my camera works perfectly with other applications, so this seems to be specific to Zoom.I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I can take or if there is a known workaround for this problem.

My mentor today told me that we have access to 1080 HD video recording but that we need to have turned on for us. How do I go about getting access? I attempted to get answers from the agent but got no where.   

Received an email notice that Phone Management is being updated to "Number Management" portal. The email also states the following: Zoom will discontinue the existing “Phone Number” section, and the new “Number Management” service will become the default number management interface starting on January 15, 2025​​. My question is, as an Admin, do I need to manually update? Or will this update apply across the board regardless of intervention? 

Hello, I recently updated to the latest zoom version, and after doing so, I now seem to lose my bluetooth mouse connection once I start a zoom call using my airpods.  This did not happen previously. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hello!So: we had and have another a meeting with interpretation in three different languages (also two interpreters per language channel who take turns).The problem: the interpreter, who wants to translate something from another interpreter, hears also the original audio of the sepaker - which is chaos, because he hears two people talking at the same time in almost the same volume. As a pnormal praticipant you have the button "Interpretation" and "Mute Original Audio", but not if you are assigned as an interpreter! So how can an interpreter mute the original?I need help urgently, because we have another meeting coming up soon... Thank you!Caroline

hello, I have recorded a meeting on the cloud but I can't find the video after I left the meeting. I am concerned it I might not have access because I dont have a pro account. Where can I find the video recording? do I have to upgrade to view/download it? I dont want to pay upfront if I can't even find where to locate it and I hope it recorded it in the first place. 

Do delegates have to have a zoom account to sign in to a webinar that has the Registration function enabled?
