I have recurring meetings every single day with clients - this merge with calendar update does not prioritize meetings, it minimized the same recurring meetings that I've had for years, and makes it difficult for clients to find. I've even gone as far as disconnecting my calendar in hopes the meetings tab turned back into meetings, but instead it's still a calendar. 

I have two zoom room controllers, version 6.0.7 and version 6.1.2 (latest). I am using a logitech rally plus setup with speakers, camera, and table mics. This issue just started recently, I have not had sound issues with teams calls on a zoom room for quite some time. I am trying to find a solution other than using Zoom for calls.  Problem - When a teams meeting is started the participants can hear us, but no audio comes from the rally plus speakers. If I leave the meeting and rejoin the same issue occurs.   Troubleshooting - I left the above teams call and went into the room controller settings and tested the speaker, it made an audible tone. I rejoined the teams call, no sound.  Workaround - repeated leaving and joining teams did not work to restore the audio, as a test we started a new zoom call and invited the participant and then the audio from the speakers works.  This seems to

Seeking advice as to whether or not it's possible to add a separate/unique passcode to a recurring meeting? Our team meets weekly and we'd like to add an external project group to attend monthly. But, as they are contractors and not employees of our firm, I would prefer to issue them a separate and unique passcode for our meetings. Can this be done? Thank you

We use Yealink W56H. I have two locations and two call queues with members assigned. Are the users of the call queues able to check the queue voicemail on the physical phones or is the website the only option?

When I play back my recording the first 3 minutes are corrupted.

Hello, I am unable to update my profile on the zoom website. I can sign in, and when I navigate to the "Profile" tab it does not load. I get a blue spinning circle. I have tried to log out and go back several times for the past week. No change. I also cannot delete my account or make changes. It is a free account

When I opened it now, Zoom updated itself to version: 5.14.10 (19202). Now all my previoiusly scheduled meetings and recordings have disappeared. ALSO, I see no way to get from a Zoom meeting screen back to "Home" and it's link to Settings. WHAT'S UP? (I am running Apple Mac OS Monterey 12.6.7 on a 2016 MacBook Pro.)

We've been testing the webinar feature lately for a big event coming up. In one of our tests, we were able to invite all audience members to unmute so they could applaud for the main speaker. But during our second test run, this feature didn't work. The host clicked 'invite everyone to unmute' but no one got the pop up bubble asking them to unmute. Does anyone know what could be going on here?

Sorry for something so basic, but cannot seem to find the profile page where I could see my virtual background and eyebrow choices, etc.  That page seems to be gone!  Is it?  

whenever I try to join with computer audio zoom kicks me out of the call and if I try to access my zoom audio settings it kicks me out of settings, how do I fix this? Any help would be appreciated. I tried redownloading the app, clearing temporary files, checking drivers for updates, updating windows, and my zoom has permission to use my logitech camera. It might be because I can't actually select the camera as an input device because it has a mic on it. If that is the problem, how do I fix that? Thanks.

Hi, I am hosting a webinar and cannot figure out how to disable the raise hand function. I thought I used to go into the participants, and I selected "Disable raised hand", but it is not there anymore.    

Is there a way, when a call queue goes through several overflows, to direct voicemails back to the original queue when they reach the end of the the overflow?  For example I am setting up the following queuesSales Team ASales Team BSales Team CI also have these overflow queues:All Sales EmployeesAll Phones The overflow for each sales team is this:Sales Team A -> All Sales Employees -> All Phones -> VoicemailSales Team B -> All Sales Employees -> All Phones -> VoicemailSales Team C -> All Sales Employees -> All Phones -> Voicemail What I want to do is when the overflow reaches the voicemail, it goes to the relevant sales teams voicemail inbox. I am having issues with my zoom. I send out my invitation, and they are just waiting there, but I never get the notification to add them on my meeting. I just see myself on there.

I was using zoom the other day, and you know the team chat emotes that can be added. I thought what if you could add some to your Rollie o you can type them in any chat without having to add them

Ever since updating to the Zoom Workplace 6.0.x versions (currently on the latest 6.0.2) on my Mac Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224), I am unable to share my screen. The exact error displayed as a dialog is:Screen sharing has failed to start. Please try again later.  Error code: 105035 And just to be clear, the solution posted here does not have any effect and the same error continues.

Has anyone ever witnessed this issue before? Unfortunately there is no option to include screenshots, but in the Zoom Workplace, all my other tabs "meetings" "team chat" "phone" etc. are functioning except the "contact center". It seems to be stuck on the loading page, with "loading contact center" and the loading wheel. I've updated all system requirements, and my Mac version seems to be compatible, but no avail.

Please pull in the required registration data into the participant report for the Zoom Meetings.  Too much time is spent re-keying license numbers into the participant report to issue required certificates. Does anyone know of an easier way to do that or a possible workaround?

Hello everyone! In our school, we use Soundpad software to play music during breaks. Right now, for some reason, the program isn't playing the music, and it's not audible. I used a special feature in the settings (seems to be called 'Original sound'). Could you please help us resolve this?

I attend a Zoom, in which once we were in Gallery Mode, the background was changed.  It was a nice floral background.  Our "gallery" of attendees was only 2.  The boxes (of attendees) were centered and had round corners.  As a participant, as well as the owner of the zoom, our "view" or  background remained the same.  The background in my view was blurred, the background in her view was her home office.  I would like to know how to change the Gallery background.  Would love to round the corners of the gallery tiles as well.  Thank you.  @gallery

Hello Zoomlanders,    OtterPilot seems like a nice feature as a virtual assistant to take notes. However, on Zoom settings side, I have not been able to figure out how to configure Zoom so meeting owners can restrict or allow for a scheduled meetings.Is there a way to restrict or manage the use of such virtual assistants (OtterPilot) without entirely blocking the app (OtterAI)?    Ideally, Zoom has the ability to allow each meetings to set their own restrictions as meetings are scheduled.   

Looking to get information on when/how a camera make/model will be Certified by Zoom. I'm particularly interested in the new AVer TR535N dual lens PTZ Pro AV camera. Zoom has certified a number of other AVer models, and I'm just looking to get a gauge or information on how they choose the models to certify, and how long that process may potentially take. I'm currently testing this model and would love to be able to create/recall presets from Zoom, which is currently unsupported on this model. Thanks

I really dislike the new layout after the update - I only use recurring meetings that aren't on a set date. Now in the desktop app all of my meetings are hidden away and it shows a useless (for me) empty calendar 😞  How do I easily view all of my recurring meetings in the desktop app? Where are the options settings to choose what gets displayed? How do I turn off this calendar feature??

Hello there,I've been looking around like crazy why I can no longer share my iPad or iPhone screen anymore on my Zoom (desktop) I've done this successfully for over 3 years but suddenly the option doesn't exist anymore?There are no more button for sharing iPhone or iPad screen, neither with cable or screen mirroring.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Is it possible to turn off threaded replies in meeting? I've been through the options and i can't see the 'new meeting chat experience' option any more?
