Recurring Meetings NEEDS HIGHER PRIORITY

I have recurring meetings every single day with clients - this merge with calendar update does not prioritize meetings, it minimized the same recurring meetings that I've had for years, and makes it difficult for clients to find. I've even gone as far as disconnecting my calendar in hopes the meetings tab turned back into meetings, but instead it's still a calendar.

Hi dclemente31, welcome to Zoom Community.

 

When the Zoom update arrived where Mail and Calendar were added, the meetings icon was removed, where we could see the entire list of meetings scheduled or to which we had been invited, however, now we can see them in the Home tab. I add a screenshot.

The meetings are still available in the interface although agreed less visible. You could try creating an excel spreadsheet to easily access in one place. There is also a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you schedule and organize all your recurring meetings in one place. It also sends reminders to your clients automatically and calendar invitations to they have an easy time locating the link ahead of each occurrence.
