I have the camera for the zoom meeting - BUT in stead of showing me it is a full black window - no image, no background possible - it just stays black. I have given zoom access to the camera in my settings, I have reinstalled zoom, but it remains black. I have daily meetings, it never was an issue. It just suddenly is there. Is in on a Mac Book Pro - Anyone nows the solutions? Any feedback appreciated. 

I have created several templates that I want to share with my entire company (account). There doesn't seem to be a way to do this right now, since I am not able to add templates to a Shared Folder. How can I set a template to be available account-wide?

I recorded a meeting yesterday using my iPad Pro (2018) running IOS 17.4.1  & Zoom version 6.3.5 (21266) Where will I find my Zoom meeting file on my iPad?     After logging in to my free account and switching on the option to record the meeting - I am now unable to find the location of the meeting file.    Can anybody help me, please?   Thank you very much DHW  

Suddenly we can no longer see future Zoom meetings beyond a couple of months ahead - I have just put one in for July but I cannot see it. Why can't I just arrow through and see ALL my meetings. We schedule for a year (education courses) - seeing just a few months is no use. The search between dates option at the top doesn't work either. You cannot select the date range you want.

Hello, Recently we scheduled a webinar and during this process we had the option to set an Alternative Host for the meeting. At the time we did not set it up because we needed to upgrade our colleague's account. However, now that the account has been upgraded it seems that I cannot find the option to add him anymore. Is it not longer possible since the webinar is already scheduled, or does it move places from the tabs? Apologies for the newbie question but this is the first webinar we run on Zoom. Thanks for your help.

Hi, I'm having an issue viewing the attendees information during a live Webinar. I tried to turn on and off the feature, tries to reset all my setting it checks that i can view all but when I jump on live webinar the feature doesn't work. Also the chat feature, I can't see the chat of my clients during my zoom, i tried to turn on these setting but still no working. Does anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong? I have a licensed account for up to 500 participants.

Hello, We've added tags to a few sessions in our multi-session zoom event. They appear on the registration page on each of the sessions. See the image below, you can see two tags, one of them says construction.    Unfortunately, they do not show up inside the lobby. See below.   I can filter by audience and product, but users need to click into the filter button. Is there something I can do to make them show up in the lobby by default?

Once the zoom meeting ended, there was no pop-up window saying that the recorded meeting is under the conversion. I've been using Zoom Interpretation feature a lot for some international meetings. So, we prepare 2 PCs to record the zoom meeting with 2 different languages - One for the mother language, another one for the interpreted version-. As a participant, of course, I asked the host allow me to record and save the zoom meeting into my PC. I absolutely saw the host clicking "Yes" button so that I could started recording it. During the meeting, I found that the zoom meeting had been recorded (On the top, there was a green icon or something with a message like "it is recording" and at the bottom of the zoom meeting screen, pause/stop the recording was also activated) Once the meeting was over, there was a pop-up window to show the progress of the conversion on the host's PC. I just set up a scheduled meeting on YouTube and i want to use custom live streaming, there is no problem at the very first time, but when i want to stream a new scheduled meeting, in the zoom app, i cannot set up new custom live streaming datas, because it wants to stream automatically with the settings before. How can i reset it?

System : Dynabook Portege X40-KOS : Windows 11Zoom version : 6.3.6 (56144) Zoom audio output is very, very low. I can hardly hear anything. Volume is maximized (100%) in Zoom as well as in the system. No problem with YouTube videos. Tried https://zoom.us/test also. Same results. However, in this I noticed that the output sound starts loud and clear but goes down within a second. Googled a bit and based on what I read, I tried the following in the zoom Audio settings    - Set signal processing by Windows audio device drivers too "off(Windows - raw)"   - Windows system audio enhancements to "off". Problem persists. How to fix this? Thanks

 I've been producing webinars on zoom for several years now, and in the earlier versions of Zoom, there used to be an option to automatically engage "Original Sound for Musicians" when a certain sound source was selected. Right now if you change audio sources, it toggles off as well and stays off when you come back to the sound source which previously **was** in "Musician" mode. Would it not make more sense for it to have to be turned off if you DON'T want it, (after all you've already selected to engage it the settings). It worked fine before, could we have that again?

I'm not sure if there's been a change in the way zoom does it, but it used to be that I was able to set up "Speaker View" as the default view for attendees in a webinar.Does anyone know how to set this up now? I've tried looking up and down the settings, and I can't seem to find a way to do it. In case this feature is not built-in, I hope the folks from zoom are looking at this. it's especially helpful when there are many moving parts in the Webinar and sometimes changing the view is overlooked - which leads to the audience seeing what it's not supposed to...

Hi,With the new feature added with v6.0.10, I can now configure the default settings of breakout rooms beforehand— thanks for that.Unfortunately, they still have to be "opened" by a Host or Co-Host every single time.Could you please add the option to have the rooms opened at the start of the meeting?Alternatively, adding the option to allow non-hosts to start them would also work 🙂Thank you

I have a Pro subscription. I host a meeting three times per week. Occasionally, it's as if I'm not the meeting owner of my meeting. The main way to tell when this is happening, is that I am unable to start the timer. When I click Apps, I am asked to purchase a package of apps. Then I check to see if I'm the host by checking to see if I can assign someone else as the host and that isn't an option.I try going into my account and at login, I'm asked to "Please check your other device." What device is this? I've tried checking my phone, my email but there's nothing there. Has my account been hacked?I've had non-host attendees that have been able to access Zoom features that I appear to be locked out of... AGAIN, this is an intermittent problem. What is going on?

Is there a way to turn the auto-recording off for only one or two members of the team? Or is it an on for one, on for all situation? Thank you 

When on a conference call the other parties are able to hear me from the first word to the last, but once it shifts to them to talk, there is a significant delay before I can hear what they are saying... so much so that I have to ask them to repeat themselves, which if we are talking and they aren't quit for too long, we are fine.  But once I have talked for a bit, I hear a beep, then when I ask them to respond, it takes a bit of time for Zoom to recognize that they are speaking.  They get the green boarder and the mouth is moving, but the audio is delayed, and I pick them up halfway thru a sentence.  How do I fix?  Also, when there have been three parties, the other two don't have the delay on their side, it's only on my side.

Is it possible to permanently turn off someone else's status message? This never used to be there, is this part of an update? I keep clicking the X to the right but the Status message keeps coming back. I don't want to see the status message as it is irrelevant as some people do not use it as status message. I have removed the status message in the screenshot below but it pops up in a grey banner at the bottom of the screen where the text I have put "some text here...." 

I'm not really sure if it's a bug. However, I haven't encountered this issue before updating to version 6.3.6. So, I assume it might be a bug that showing double vision when writing on screen. Could you please check? Thanks
