Dear Community, I have created a meetings page for upcoming event and handed over the html code to my teammates in the web team to embed the registration on a landing page. Unfortunately, I am receiving the feedback, that the html code is not including responsive code, something I was told comes out of the box in Calendly. Is this also supported in Scheduler? And if so, where is it to find or how should I change the existing code? Many thanks!

Hi Everyone,I hope you're all doing well!Our company pays for Zoom, and part of the package includes the AI Companion feature.During meetings I host, I'm able to activate AI Companion, and other attendees also receive notifications that it's enabled. However, I never receive an email summary, and when I log into Zoom Web > AI Companion, only old summaries are visible. It never generates summaries for meetings where AI Companion has been enabled.Other people in our company receive AI Companion summaries without any issues.I've checked the AI Companion settings, and they are enabled. Ich möchte Meetings durch den AI Companion zusammenfassen lassen. Die Meetings finden in deutscher Sprache statt. Leider fasst der AI Companion die Inhalte nur in englischer Sprache zusammen. Ich finde keinen Weg, dass die Zusammenfassung (Catch me up) automatisch in der gesprochenen Meetingsprache erfolgt. Kann mir jemand helfen?

Hello there, everyone. So, I am trying to access the class recordings inside the CANVAS website/portal. However, I can only get this message " Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again."I have a hypothesis that is: I have logged in with the wrong zoom account and, in order to make everything work, I need to log out and, after that, log in with the correct one. The problem: I don't know how to log out. Help, pls. Here is a print screen of the "error":  Btw: The language is portuguese.  

I recently received the notification to update zoom client. Cool. Looked at the release notes and saw this: "Changed local storage to one year for free accounts. The local storage duration for free accounts has been changed to one year, allowing messages stored locally to remain accessible for a year for free users. This change will take affect for both new installations and reinstalls." What does this mean? Why is there a timer on what I can view in my own local storage?? Why will it be applied retroactively upon new install? How can someone else decide what I can and can't have access to on my own device?

I need to schedule 25 to 30 zoom meetings a week and until recent I would set up the meeting day and time. I would then be able to enter the attendees by starting to post their email address. I did not have to enter the entire email. Now, the system does not do that. Instead, I have to manually type in the entire email address. Not only is it more effort but it increases the chance of error. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

When I am sharing whiteboard and editing live, participants' pen edits to my whiteboard jump from the original place the pen is placed. This issue started after I completed the latest update and is preventing my online teaching business without this functionality corrected. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?

Hi, I have an issue onsite with with camera preferences when using the Teams WebRTC on the Zoom room. We are running Zoom on a Crestron UC Engine and we also have teams button on the page to do teams calls. What we're finding is when a teams call is initiated it isn't defaulting to the camera we want and always selects a different camera. We currently have to remote into uc engine and select the correct camera. Is there a way to select a camera as a default. I can't find anything on the UC engine to do it. Is there a setting on Zoom backend to do this?

Hello, I have encountered a problem where I cannot access the meeting link of my teacher. This issue occurs only on my device, while on other devices, the same meeting can be accessed without any problems. On my device, I can only join the meeting through the web version. I have tried using a VPN, changing the DNS server, completely reinstalling Zoom with the removal of all folders, and many other solutions. Thank you for your understanding.

I am not able to add members to a group or channel. I receive an error message: this email address cannot join. These addresses are in my personal contacts.

Hi All, I searched the forum and support section but didn't see a post on this particular problem. I have an iPhone and I use Zoom phones desktop and mobile app for work. When I set up the phone system I accidentally synced my call history and contacts from my Zoom Phone with my personal calls and contacts. Is there any way to undo this?  It's not impossible to work with, it's just kind of annoying and redundant. Thanks,Anna

Hello,I have set up a focus on the Macbook when zoom is active. As soon as I share my screen, the focus is turned off because Zoom is no longer in the foreground and my shared screen is. What options are there for activating the focus mode when I share my own screen? I don't want any messages to be displayed when the screen is shared that the audience can see. ThanksAndreas

Hello,I am trying to record a Zoom Clip while sharing my iPad screen, but I can't find the option to do so. When I start a regular Zoom meeting, I can share my iPad screen without any issues, either via AirPlay or a cable connection. However, in Zoom Clips, I only see options to record my webcam or my desktop screen, but not an external device like my iPad.Is there a way to share my iPad screen while recording a Zoom Clip? If not, is this feature planned for future updates?Thanks in advance for your help!

I have tried on 3 different computers and 2 different USB capture devices and everything is fine when initiating a zoom meeting when using a HDMi capture to USB device. This fails every time when I try to engage Orignal Sound for Muscians to on. The meeting then crashes. The only way to get around this is to use audio from a different source ie not the USB capture device.

I usually zoom on imac. Once I zoomed on iphone and opened video on iphone. Now on the Mac there is no video until I manually press “detach video” button on my iphone. This occurs EVERY time, even when I deleted the Zoom app from my phone

We have a single Admin team call queue that answers our only Auto Receptionist. They each work 2 or 3 days per week and enable/disable answering queue calls among themselves. Sometimes only 1 team member is on the queue, sometimes 2. If they are only logged in on their iPhone app the app doesn't always ring on their device. AR Greeting > Call Queue (sequential)  4 rings > CQ Voice mail. I now tell them to log in to both their laptop Zoom app AND their phones. This doesn't happen when they're logged in on their laptops as well.

After January 31st, the Zoom app will be removed from all Portal devices, and now, I cannot join Zoom by Portal. But Portal is a perfect device to use Zoom with good microphone and speaker. 

I need some help. I tried to livestream to Facebook, and today, it wouldn't work. I have been livestreaming to Facebook since 2021. When I clicked on the three dots and chose Livestream to Facebook, it brought me to a page that says Live stream Zoom Meeting to Facebook LiveLog in with your Facebook account first[Button says] Connect to Facebook I tried to click on the button "Connect to Facebook" and nothing happens, dead end. I am already logged into Facebook. I tried both on Google Chrome and Safari. I also tried on a brand new Mac, same issue.  I checked all the parameters here on Zoom and also on Facebook, and I have the app for FB added to the group where I wanted to stream. I checked all the settings and they are all ticked as indicated, I just can't livestream to Facebook.  

Hello, whilst Zoom seems to continue to work broadly fine on my phone, any time I try to join or host a meeting on the Chromebook I got recently it just gets stuck on the 'Joining Meeting' screen indefinitely. Tried using both the PWA and browser, but get the same result every time. Any ideas what the issue might be? Thanks!

I have a reoccurring issue with zoom. I schedule meetings for my boss with his clients using his Zoom Pro link and for the past few weeks he and the clients go to their scheduled meeting but cannot connect. They are told the meeting is scheduled for October 9th even though this is not the meeting date. It's happened too many times and quite frankly looks very unprofessional even though the original meetings are not set or changed to this date. Can someone please help! I have asked my boss what system he is using  and if he has Zoom updated however haven't heard back yet to find out this information (we're in different states).  Anyone else have this issue and if so, how did you fix it!!!!

Recently, I encountered an issue where a call that was successfully registered in my database does not appear in the Zoom dashboard.Here’s what I know:The call was recorded in my database with its corresponding ID, participants, and event details.The events logged in my databaseDespite these events indicating that the call was initiated, recorded, and completed, I cannot find any trace of this call in the Zoom dashboard when filtering by the call ID.This is particularly confusing because the presence of recording.completed suggests that the call was successfully recorded. However, there is no record of it in the dashboard, and API calls to retrieve details about this meeting do not return any data.Questions:What could

Zoom Version: 6.1.6 (37851) OSX 14.5Zoom Licensed userI've linked zoom to my gcal for business. In fact, I just went and refreshed it. On the home view: No events scheduled. On the calendar view: Events.  Scheduling has occurred from: * Schedule a meeting on the home page* In Fantastical (linked to my business gcal which has join button on events* Via Zcal which has access to the same calendars  I can't for the life of me figure out why zoom isn't talking to it's own dashboard. 

Hi there, I have tried and tried again to turn off the waiting room in my Zoom account, and even though the settings show it to be off, and show that participants can join without the host, it never works. Any suggestions?

My Zoom add-on is not syncing my meetings with Google CalWhen participants click on the zoom link in the meeting, it shows that the meeting is set for the date I created the event (as opposed to the date/time it is supposed to be).  This is a non-issue if I can login before everyone, however that is not always the case. I also cannot copy and paste the "joining instructions" as the details are incorrect (the topic does not transfer over, the date/time are incorrect). Please help!
