Hi,I have an auto-receptionist that routes calls to a call queue with five agents. I also have a toll-free number. I would like customers to be able to text the toll-free number, which would follow the auto-receptionist path, allowing the agents in the call queue to receive and reply to customer SMS messages.However, I receive a message stating that my users need a Zoom Power Pack. I do not want them to have admin access—I only want them to be able to reply to SMS messages. We are a canadian non-profit organization, and I cannot afford to purchase five Zoom Power Packs for my agents.Is there a way to enable this functionality without requiring each agent to have a Power Pack?Thank you!

Hi, I need to HOST two meetings at the same time. I set my personal settings (In Meeting Basic) to allow participants to join 15 minutes before the meeting start time. I have also removed the Waiting Room. Question 1: Do these settings allow participants to start and join the meeting without me being there? (This is what I want) I need to JOIN a third meeting at the same time as the two meetings I am hosting. Another user is hosting this meeting. Question 2: Can I join this third meeting as a participant while MY meetings are taking place? I have an Education/Business account.

Hello, I cant seem to set up my zoom phone, I cant set up my direct number nor receive or send sms. How can I set it up?

AI Summaries used to have: Next Steps, Summary and then more details on every topic. Now I only get next Steps and a small Summary. Where did the details go?

We are changing out company domain name, are there any Zoom admin portal knowledge articles or steps to do this?  All user log in accounts will change, not finding any information on this.

I was recording a group session to my computer yesterday afternoon when there was a power cut and I lost connectivity.  When I was able to access the folder later it shows a Zoom icon with the words "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom".  When I do this it it opens a "Converting meeting recording" but it does not start.  Perhaps the sudden shut down of the power cut has corrupted the file.  Does anyone have a suggestion on how I might recover the recording?  DMA001

HelloTrying to share my screen in breakout room that i am not part of.  I don't have the  "share to breakout room option". Is that an upgrade?Click Share Screen in the meeting controls.Enable the Share to breakout rooms option along the bottom of the share window.

On my Mac Mini (with latest everything). When I click on Zoom, I get Zoom Workspace.  If I get an invite from the participants list and send it to someone, they end up in a Zoom waiting room...different from where I am.  At least that happens regularly. I never know whether it will work or not.  I have the feeling there are two Zoom apps running at the same time.  If we both close Zoom and try again, it may work. Suggestions?  Thank you.

The phone tab is not on my Zoom dashboard. I have the phone license and use my cell regularly to make and receive calls, but my phone account can't be used on my desktop since the tab is not coming up. How do I get the tab on my dashboard (signing out and back in does not help). 

I accidentally misspelled my name when joining a meeting then told the sign-in window to save my name. I can't find how to reset or edit that name. Help.

Several days ago, I set up a meeting.  Today, I was not shown as host and people could not get in.  I rescheduled and people could get in, but was cut off at 40 minutes.  I have a monthly subscription that I am paying $15.99 for.  I had no problem until recently, when I bought a replacement IMAC and now things do not go well with Zoom.  Suggestions?

Does anyone know why all I can not get the 'BLUR BACKGROUND' or any virtual background to work without having to tell it I have a green scren? I have an AMD FX 6300 processor... 32 gig of ram, and a MSI 1660Super gpu MAKE ZERO SENSE! IS THERE SOME SORT OF FIX, OR WORK AROUND?Thank You

I am getting very confused with the various options on how incoming calls can be routed. We have a Zoom desk phone that is assigned to a user. During office hours, incoming calls go to that user's mobile device, but does not ring the desk phone. My goal is to have the user be able to answer calls on mobile if they are at an outside meeting, but also have the desk phone ring if there are other staff in the office. However, I am getting very confused about whether I need to change call handling, set up a common area, create a call queue, etc.

Hi there. I am trying to have a meeting over Zoom with multiple participants. I need to see everyone on screen, but I want the participants to remain anonymous to one another. Is there a way that I could see everyone (they must keep their cameras on during their time with me) but keep them from seeing one another? I need help. Please and thank you!! 🙂 

Has anyone ever encountered this problem? I recorded a meeting to the cloud, just as I do regularly. My meeting history confirmed that specific meeting was indeed recorded to the cloud. It was taking an extra long time to convert and become available, so I contacted zoom tech support. I am working on a 13" MacBook Pro, using Zoom Workplace Version: 6.3.11 (50104).  When tech support responded to my query, they said: "We have looked into the meeting logs of the provided meeting ID, upon investigation, we noticed that the recording is already permanently deleted." WHAT.I did not take this action, and the file was never made available to me. It's not in my trash folder, so there is no recovering it.I am extremely frustrated.

I am the meeting host. Sometimes when my meeting partner shares their screen, I am able to write on it with the annotation tools, but other times that option seems to be missing. What's going on?

The new  A I  operations  has presented  many  operational  (limited knowledge & help)  issues and  ZOOM now has NO personal help with phone number  to explain these operational  problems and issues that  A I  .   Suggest  one  of  these  young programmers  go on and try setting up meetings and SEE  the problems that can  happen and then try to get TECH SUPPORT  person   NOT  A I Our association use to use  ZOOM  Meetings  all the  time,  but now ( yesterday) no longer fully works.   Had good video but sound for all 32 remote users  DID  NOT  WORK  and could not get ZOOM  help    Now seems to be NO  real  HELP   

My employer just replaced my laptop but now all of my work-related zoom chats are no longer available even though my zoom account did not change.  Is there a way to transfer all of the prior chats from my old laptop to the new one? Thanks

I have participated in many breakout rooms and share the sentiment that it is a bit of a shock to disappear and suddenly reappear back in the main room or vice versa. Timers help with preparing for the flash transition but it would be fun to have options for animated transitions like a rolling chair, cosmic vortex, river current, or simple frame sweep. Even if the timer triggered a slow frame fade or hand wave.

I've been having an ongoing issue that's slowly been getting worse. My phone won't ring at all, either on my headset or the speakers I have set to ring simultaneously. If I disable the setting to ring simultaneously, my headset rings fine. But I cannot wear that every minute of the day. It also shuts off automatically, so if a long enough time passes between calls, I won't get a ring. I've attempted to contact Zoom support, but it's terrible, I can't speak to technical support through any means. I've attempted a reinstall and an update. and I've checked, all my audio drivers are up to date. 

Hi,My old Mac did not have any problems sharing a document from my desk in a Zoom meeting.My new Mac, has, though.The function does not seem to be there, when I press "share". Other boxes come up, with Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, etcetera. The cannot help me.I use Word on a regular basis when writing my documents. I am used to being able to see my opened documents as soon as I click "share", but now there seems to be a "wall" in the way.How can I pass by this obstacle?Thank you!

The host set the zoom in focus mode and shared the screen. I can see the speaker's camera, but I cannot see the screen he is sharing, others can see. I can see the picture is pinned, I cannot unpinned. Please help me.MacOS 11.7zoom latest version
